I sent off for two sets of Full Freedom Comfort Bras, 2 Black Bras and 2 Beige Bras from Clearpointdirect.com, and I have not received them. I got a form from my local Sunday paper and sent off for the bras on 05/28/10 and my check was cashed on 06/15/10. I contacted a "company rep." on 07/01/10 (via phone), because I hadn't received my order, and was told by the rude speaking rep that I should receive my order by the first of the next week. I have not received my order yet as of today's date of 07/14/10. I also have not been able to contact this company by phone since 07/01/10 and I have called every business day since. I want a full refund because I don't believe my order was shipped.

I have sent a letter to clearpoint direct and have called the direct number with the above ext. and left a message for someone from there to contact me concerning this matter. I'm still waiting for a reply.

I finally received the 4 bras that I ordered. The envelope that contained the bras was torn apart (it was literally in pieces), and it appeared that someone tried to tape the packaging together without much success. The bras don't appear to be uniform in size but I hope they fit. I will not order from this company again and I do not plan to contact them again either.
