Circle K review: Management bullying the power

I was at store 274-6075 in Anoka Minnesota couple weeks ago my store manager she hired her daughter to be assistant manager as soon as she hire we have problem everyday he was acting if her mom's not there she's the boss and she will order us so the last weekend Saturday she has a new person as a CSR coming and her daughter supposed to be training him for everything but she said training him she was sitting in the office watching a training videos and I told the guy do not cook the food because he never cooked the food before and I don't want anything happens and I told him the assistant in the office her daughter that's her responsibility he's supposed to be cooking she made a call to her mother and her mother did not like that she write me up for that telling the coworker not to cook but she's not thinking I'm not telling her daughter I'm doing it for security purposes the power was abused I got written up for it I got terminated and the marketing manager did not do nothing about it he does not care because he is just unmanager side I called the HR no respond but they approve me all my warnings without telling me or asking me any questions also in determinate me they didn't write me any warning after 2 days they put the warnings in the system so to them law is nothing that's just abuse of power even though my story manager I saw her with my eyes playing a lottery when she was in the clock nobody cares they don't care they just care whatever you're saying as long the story is running this all day care if you thinking you're going to earn respect from them you do dreaming
