I handed my wedding, engagement and eternity ring into your stirling branch to get sent away to be cleaned and the diamonds checked. At the same time my husband purchased the new Longines Flyback Watch costing £4200,. I was told my rings would be back in the shop on the 3rd of October.
I phoned the store on the 3rd to see if they were ready for collection to be told by the sales assistant that the work shop were holding them and wouldn't send them back due to the fact that I paid for two rings and not the 3rd ring.
I then asked if they were not going to give me my rings back until I gave them an explanation regarding this matter.

I then told her that I was given a discount on one of them due to the fact my husband had bought the watch on the same day. I then explained surely your work shop should have contacted the store which then should have contacted myself to give the reason. I then went into the store on the Thursday to pick them up only to find out they wouldn't be back until the Friday and to be told that the store Manager had authorised the discount. Why on earth was I not informed on this before then.

I am absolutely so angry that I couldn't get my rings back when they were supposed to be in your store. My husband has spent £20.000 in your store buying watches for our family. The sales team Tracey and the Store Manager couldn't have been any nicer when I went back in but this shouldn't have happened to begin with and I will not be back in your store again.
