To make matters worse, there are 48 products missing! They received everything just fine, but now they're ignoring the fact that almost 50 products are missing. It's just not right. I would not recommend China Freight to anyone. They're not interested in helping their customers, and they don't seem to care about the products they're shipping. Stay away from them if you can.

When they received our goods in China, they charged us even more money before releasing them. We were really upset about this. And then, to make matters worse, we found out that our product was going to be delivered three days late by Forward Air in the USA. We tried to contact China Freight to see if they could help us, but there was no one to talk to. We had to spend days trying to get in touch with the actual broker in the USA. China Freight had given us contact information for Swissport, but they don't work with China Freight anymore. It was really frustrating trying to figure out who to talk to. Finally, we were able to get in touch with Maestro. But now we're wondering how we can get refunded or reimbursed for all the extra money we had to pay. It's been a really frustrating experience.

China Freight took on our LCL shipment to the USA, but instead of handling our pallet as one unit, they decided to create 28 separate packages and gave each one a FedEx label. These packages were then placed into a container with 928 other packages. When the container arrived in the USA, a random person was authorized to open it and give the 956 cartons to FedEx cargo. Unfortunately, during this process, 25 of our 28 cartons went missing, and we have no idea how many other packages were lost.

We reached out to China Freight for assistance, but they refused to tell us who the USA agent was. We had to do our own investigation to find the agent, who was unhelpful and refused to answer our calls or questions. We made numerous phone calls to China Freight, but they offered no support and told us to file a claim with FedEx. We did so, but FedEx said they had no responsibility since they never scanned in the labels.

We lost $5000 worth of products, $1000 in shipping fees, and $1500 in duty fees. Mistakes happen, but if China Freight had offered real support, we might have been able to find the lost items. We believe that China Freight is a terrible company, and they were also rude to our partners in China when they called for help.

Overall, we had a terrible experience with China Freight and would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of support and unprofessional behavior cost us a significant amount of money and time. We hope that they will improve their services in the future, but until then, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I emailed at least 200-300 emails to Alibaba against this fraudster and presented all the evidence but I got nothing. You can give as much evidence as you want for your efforts, they won't help you
