Charms LOL is a great website to buy squishies from. I've ordered from them twice and let me tell you, it's NO SCAM! The owner of the shop, Amanda, is super responsive and answers messages REALLY fast. The prices are reasonable and the shipping is only $3.25. I live in the US and they're US based, so my squishy came in 2-3 days after it was shipped! Plus, they ship your packages the day after you order them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Charms LOL for all your squishy needs.

I recently ordered from Charms LOL for my daughter who is a huge fan of squishies. As a single mom on a budget, I was excited to find a website that offered a "$50 grab bag includes 10 licensed, non-rare squishies" deal. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when we received our order.

Instead of the promised 10 licensed squishies, we received 17 mini squishies, with only 3 of them being licensed. The rest of the squishies looked like they came from a dollar store and a couple even looked homemade. As someone who knows about squishy collecting, I was incredibly disappointed, and my daughter's heart was broken.

I reached out to Charms LOL and spoke with the owner, Amanda. I didn't even want a refund, just an exchange so my daughter could get what she had hoped for. However, Amanda refused to help and even stopped responding to my emails. This was not only a terrible product but even worse customer service.

I will never order from Charms LOL again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality squishies. It's a shame that a website that claims to offer licensed squishies would deceive its customers like this.

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Charms LOL. I ordered 7 squishies and every single one of them had lint on them. Like, what the heck? I've never seen that before. And some of them were even dirty with black marks that wouldn't come off. It's like they weren't even new. And don't even get me started on the defects. I know squishies can be delicate, but these had more dents and holes than I've ever seen before. And one of them had cracks in the paint before I even touched it. Not cool.

And let's talk about the extras. First of all, you have to add it to your cart separately after your order qualifies, which is just weird. And it's just a round bun with their logo on it. It had dents too, and it smelled bad. I don't even think it was scented, the foam just stunk for some reason. I know it's petty to complain about a free item, but other squishy websites give you extras that are actually nice quality.

The shipping took forever too. It took 20 days to get to me in Europe, and I ordered from another store in Australia at the same time and that one arrived a week earlier. And to top it off, the package didn't even have a fragile sticker on it. I was lucky that my package arrived in good condition, but I've had USPS packages before that were completely smashed. A fragile sticker would have been nice.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Charms LOL. The items were authentic, but the quality was worse than other websites I've used. There are better options out there.

They will make things difficult for you and provide no kindness or customer service. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.
