I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing matter that has been causing me significant emotional distress and the financial burden I have endured for the past 6 months. I wanted to bring to your attention the unresolved refund issue regarding my breast augmentation surgery at CG Cosmetic Surgery in Miami, which took place on April 20, 2023.

The total fee for the surgery was $4000. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and the high interest rate associated with financing the procedure, I am currently unable to afford the surgery and did not receive the surgery yet.

During my discussion with the finance representative, I was informed that I would be able to cancel and reschedule the surgery once the credit was refunded to me. However, despite numerous attempts to contact both Alphaeon credit card and CG Cosmetic's Accounting Department, the funds have not been refunded and required to pay high-interest fees. additionally, I still have not signed the authorized financing form yet.

I have also sent multiple follow-up emails to CG Cosmetic, expressing my concerns and seeking a resolution for this matter, but unfortunately, my efforts have not yielded any positive results. It is deeply frustrating and disheartening to be in a position where I am expected to pay for a service that I did not receive.

Considering the inconvenience, stress, and additional expenses I have incurred due to this unresolved refund issue, I would like to request compensation in the amount of $10,000. I believe this amount is fair, considering the emotional distress and financial burden I have endured.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and urge you to take the necessary steps to resolve the refund dispute. I have attached all relevant documentation to this email for your reference.
