So, I recently tried using Certo Software to help me fix an issue with connecting my iTunes. I thought I had followed all the instructions from the CERTO help section, but unfortunately, I still couldn't get the connection to work.

Frustrated, I decided to reach out for some help. I left a message, but to my dismay, I was informed by the support team that I would have to wait 12 hours before getting a response. I guess they must be pretty busy over there.

Honestly, I'm not sure what to think about the experience so far. I mean, I haven't had any success with the software yet, and the waiting time for support seems a bit long to me. But maybe they'll come through with some solutions once I hear back from them.

Overall, I'm hoping that my experience with Certo Software will improve because I could really use their services to fix my iTunes issue. But for now, I'm still on the fence about whether they are any good or not.

This app has been really excellent and I'm quite impressed with how well it performs. It actually does more functions than those regular ones available on the app shop. Moreover, their support staff are quite handy, even though it's just via email, they replied to my inquiries in a jiffy.

So, I recently tried out Certo Software's jailbreak and spyware detection tool. The software claims that it can scan iTunes backup to find any jailbreak and spyware. Now, I've been a long-time iPhone user, and I remember in the old days that iTunes backup did include app executable files, but I wasn't so sure if that's still the case.

Anyway, I bought the license for the software, and I'm really keen to find out how accurate it really is. I mean, if there's an easy way to detect any jailbreak or spyware in my phone, I'd be all for it. However, here's the catch. I don't have any jailbroken backup to test the software with. So, if someone out there has a jailbroken backup and is willing to share it with me, I can try it out and let you know the results.

I've tried contacting the support team a few days ago to ask about this, but I haven't received any reply yet. Hopefully, they'll get back to me soon so I can get this experiment going.

I was tbh pleasantly surprised with this software. The thing is, it's a real struggle to find like any ways to check for spyware on iPhones tbh, so I was ngl a bit skeptical, but it actually worked really well and the support dude I talked to was p helpful too tbh. It's srsly a bummer it's not an app, but I don't think Apple lets it be an app, so that's probs why it needs to work from a computer tbh.
