I wouldn't recommend Centpropny (centpropny.com) to anyone. They took my money and many others' too. Larry Resnick or David Acer are just two of the many names they go by. The building's super is never around, and the tenants complain about the lack of services. The building owner, Steve Croman, has already been indicted. I have a bad feeling about this company, and I suggest you go elsewhere. I'm currently in small claims court with them, but they never show up. They're unresponsive, unreliable, and just plain bad landlords. The address is 326 East 35th Street unit 21, NY NY *** if you want to avoid it.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Centpropny. I lived in one of their buildings for a while and the service was just not up to par. I mean, come on, is it too much to ask for a little bit of communication? But that's not even the worst part. I had to deal with someone in their bookkeeping department who was just a complete nightmare. I mean, this guy was so rude and unprofessional, it was unbelievable.

I remember one time I called him up to ask a question about my rent, and he just started going off on me. He told me that I was a difficult woman and that I must be single because no man would ever put up with someone like me. I mean, can you believe that? I was so shocked that I didn't even know what to say. And then he just hung up on me! I couldn't believe it.

At first, I thought maybe he was just trying to avoid answering my questions, but now I realize that he was just plain ignorant. I mean, who talks to people like that? It's just not right.

I wish I could show you the email thread as proof, but I don't want to expose the person I was dealing with. All I can say is that if you're thinking about signing a contract with Centpropny, you should definitely think twice. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.
