CCS CCS.com Customer Service Review: Quick Response to Glitch in System

So, I was browsing the internet last night and stumbled upon CCS.com. I was looking for a skateboard and thought this website would be a good place to start. I added the skateboard to my cart and proceeded to checkout. However, when I entered my card information, it kept saying that my card was "declined". I was confused at first but thought it was just some type of mistake, so I tried to purchase it again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and I couldn't complete my purchase.

I decided to give up and try again another time. However, this morning I woke up to my bank informing me that I had been charged 8 times the amount of what I was trying to purchase. I was in shock! The total was nearly $1000! I couldn't believe it.

I immediately contacted CCS customer service and explained the situation. They were very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. They explained that there was a glitch in their system that caused my card to be charged multiple times. They assured me that they would refund the extra charges and fix the issue.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received from CCS. Although the glitch was frustrating, they were quick to respond and fix the issue. I would recommend this website to anyone looking for skateboarding gear. Just be aware of any glitches that may occur during checkout.

CCS Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from CCS

I recently purchased a shirt from CCS and unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to wear it until a month later. When I finally did, I noticed that the inside and outside thread was falling off from the bottom back of the shirt. I was really disappointed and decided to contact customer service to see what they could do for me.

To my surprise, they only offered me a 50% discount on the shirt. I mean, seriously? Why would I want to buy another shirt that could potentially have the same flaw? It's ridiculous! This experience really made me question whether or not CCS even checks the quality of their products before shipping them out.

Overall, this was a horrible experience and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I can't trust CCS to provide me with quality products anymore.

CCS Disappointing Experience with CCS.com: Cancelled Orders and Unhelpful Customer Service

I had a really bad experience shopping on CCS.com. I ordered a skateboard from their website and the next day, they cancelled my entire order because they said a part was missing. I was really frustrated and decided to call their customer service. The call was really long and expensive, but I wanted to get my order fixed. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I finally spoke to someone who said they fixed my order and it was ready to go. However, the next day, they cancelled my order again!

I decided to try again and made a new order on their website. This time, I paid for fast delivery and didn't use the discount they had because it had a time limit. I was finally able to get my order, but now I'm trying to get a refund for the shipping and missed discount. It's been really difficult and they're not making it easy for me.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience shopping on CCS.com. I don't think I'll ever do business with them again. It's frustrating to have to deal with cancelled orders and unhelpful customer service. I hope they can improve their service in the future so other customers don't have to go through what I did.

CCS CCS Review: Disappointed with Product Quality, but Impressed with Customer Service

I recently purchased a hoodie from CCS for $95 as a Christmas present for my daughter. Unfortunately, the hoodie arrived late, but I was able to wrap it just in time for Christmas. However, when my daughter opened the gift on Christmas Day, she noticed that there were holes on the right sleeve. I was disappointed with the quality of the product and decided to return it.

I tried to contact CCS via phone, but was unable to get a hold of anyone. I eventually reached out to them via email and am currently waiting for a response from their customer service team. As of now, I am giving CCS a 1-star rating because they did not properly quality control check their product before shipping it out.

However, I received an email from CCS's customer service team on January 5th, 2021 at 4:26 PM. They informed me that they would be giving me a store credit to re-order the product. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast response time and the willingness to help me resolve my issue. I appreciate the excellent customer service and am changing my rating based on their response.

Overall, while I was disappointed with the quality of the product initially, I am satisfied with the customer service provided by CCS. I would recommend them to others based on their willingness to help resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.

CCS CCS Review: Shady Shipping Practices and Useless Return Policy

I recently had an experience with CCS that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. It seems that they use a shipment program that intentionally makes it difficult for the receiver to file a lost package claim. This means that if your package goes missing, you're out of luck. However, the sender can file a claim and potentially receive a refund. When I brought this up with CCS, they denied that it was possible to file a claim with the shipment program they use. But when I contacted FedEx directly, they told me that was "bull$#*!." It's clear that CCS is lying to their customers in order to avoid taking responsibility for lost packages.

Another issue I had with CCS was their return policy. They advertise easy, free returns, but in reality, they don't give refunds under any circumstances. Instead, they offer store credit, which is essentially useless if they don't have the item you want in stock. And from my experience, they have very little stock in each item, making it nearly impossible to repurchase the item you originally bought. It's frustrating to feel like you're being forced to spend your money at a specific store, especially when they don't have what you want.

Overall, I would not recommend CCS to anyone. Their shady shipping practices and lack of a proper refund policy make it clear that they are not a trustworthy company. It's a shame, because they have some great products, but the risk of losing your package or being stuck with store credit just isn't worth it. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

to anyone who needs skate gear or anything related to skating. CCS is the real deal, they have everything you need to keep your board in top shape and your style on point.

I have been shopping at CCS for a while now and I have never had any issues with their service. They always deliver my orders on time, and sometimes even earlier than expected. I have never received the wrong item or anything like that, which is a huge plus for me. I trust them completely with my money and my orders.

One time, I did have a small issue with an order. I bought something that was missing some screws for assembly. I called their customer service and they were very helpful. They sent out the screws I needed and they arrived in just three days, free of charge. I was very impressed with their customer service and how they handled the situation.

CCS has a huge selection of skate gear, shoes, clothes, and accessories. They have all the top brands and the latest styles. I always find what I'm looking for on their website. They have everything from decks to trucks to wheels to bearings. They also have a great selection of clothing, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and hats. I always find something I like on their site.

Overall, I highly recommend CCS to anyone who needs skate gear or anything related to skating. They have great service, a huge selection, and everything is legit. I stand by this site 100% and I will continue to shop here for all my skate needs.

CCS CCS Review: Free 2-Day Shipping & Stock Updates, But No Order Changes

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of CCS. I'm a CCS+ member, which means I get free 2-day shipping and some other sweet perks. Sometimes it takes a little longer than 2 days, but that's usually only if I order on the weekend or something. It's not a huge deal though, I'm not in that much of a rush.

One thing to keep in mind is that once you confirm your order, you can't change it. I accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt once and tried to change it, but it was too late. It was a little inconvenient, but I was able to send it back for a refund. So it all worked out in the end.

Another thing I like about CCS is that they show you how many of a product are left in stock. That way, you can see if you need to act fast before it sells out. However, I did have one experience where I ordered a shirt that said there was only one left, but then I got an email saying they were actually out of stock. That was a bummer, but it hasn't happened to me too often.

Overall, I really like CCS and I order from them all the time. The few hiccups I've had haven't been a big deal in the grand scheme of things. So if you're thinking about ordering from CCS, I say go for it!

CCS Disappointing Experience with CCS: Misleading Product Representation and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had an experience with CCS that left me feeling quite frustrated. I ordered a Toy Machine deck in the color charcoal, and the picture on the website showed a charcoal deck. However, when the board arrived, it had a clear wood bottom and was not stained at all. I was disappointed, as this was not the aesthetic I was going for.

I reached out to customer service via email, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I then decided to give them a call to see if they could help me out. The customer service representative I spoke with informed me that they simply send out whatever color variants they receive from Toy Machine, and that they do not specify colors on their website. I was surprised and frustrated by this, as I had assumed that the picture on the website was an accurate representation of the product I would receive.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative did not seem particularly sympathetic to my situation. They simply stated that they could not do anything about the color of the board I received, and that I would have to make do with what I had.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience with CCS. I have been ordering from them since 2010, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel that they should be more transparent about the color options available for their products, and that they should do more to ensure that customers receive the product they are expecting. If I had known that there were other color variants available for the Toy Machine deck I ordered, I would have made a different choice. As it stands, I am stuck with a board that does not meet my expectations.

CCS CCS Review: Frustrating Experience with Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with CCS (ccs.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My wife had placed an order on December 18th, with the website guaranteeing that it would arrive before Christmas. However, when the following Tuesday, December 26th, rolled around, the order still hadn't even shipped out.

I decided to reach out to customer service via email, but received no reply. I then tried calling their customer service phone number, but was put on hold for a whopping 10 minutes before being told that "the party I'm trying to reach isn't available" and being sent to voicemail. I called back immediately and was put on hold for another 15 minutes before finally speaking to someone.

The representative informed me that the reason the order hadn't shipped out was because a pair of sunglasses were out of stock. They had apparently tried to reach out to me to see if I wanted to remove them from the order or wait for them to become available again. However, when I asked how they had tried to contact me, the representative realized that they had left the "m" off of the ".com" in my email address, meaning that I never received their message.

The only solution the representative offered was to either ship the order without the sunglasses or to issue a refund. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. It's a shame that a company that promises fast and reliable service would fall short in such a major way.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from CCS. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your skateboarding needs.

CCS CCS's Shady Business Practices: Beware of Their Customer Service and Refund Policies

I bought a hoodie from CCS for my son as a Christmas gift in 2019. Unfortunately, it turned out to be not what we wanted. We never even opened the package to try it on. I tried to return it for a refund for two months, but their customer service was unhelpful. I spoke to one representative who was rude and obnoxious. When I asked for technical support, he interrupted me and spoke to me condescendingly, as if I were an old lady who didn't understand technology.

After another month, someone finally responded and authorized the refund. They walked me through the process and even sent me a discount code for 10% off my next purchase. However, when I checked my account in April, I realized that the refund was not in full and the discount code was deactivated. I emailed them several times, but they only responded in fragments and never fully addressed the issue.

Their most recent email was the final straw. They proposed to refund the remaining amount IF I signed up for an account with them. What kind of shady business is this? Why negotiate to return my money? As an adult, I can see how they are trying to take advantage of me. I wonder if they treat their teenage customers the same way, knowing that they have limited funds to spend.

Consumers, beware! There are plenty of other skateboarding stores to purchase from. Don't be a target for CCS's shady business practices. They clearly don't care about doing the right thing. If you have a similar experience, I suggest reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Reports, or social media. Either they have hired incompetent staff who don't know how to do their jobs, or they simply don't care about losing business.

CCS CCS Lost My Package and Refused Refund: Beware When Shopping

So, I ordered a couple of pairs of sneakers from CCS (ccs.com) and unfortunately, the package got lost during shipping. I was pretty bummed out about it, but what really got me upset was when they refused to give me a refund. I mean, come on, it's not like I lost the package myself.

They did offer me a gift card, but honestly, there's nothing I really want from this vendor. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from a company that doesn't even have a phone number to call. It just seems sketchy to me.

Overall, I would say to beware when shopping with CCS. It's a shame because I was really excited about those sneakers, but now I'm just left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

CCS Disappointing Customer Service Experience with CCS: Refusal to Accept Return of Defective Shoes

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with CCS. I had some issues with a pair of shoes I ordered and when I reached out to customer service, they were less than helpful. We went back and forth over email and they straight up refused to take the shoes back. I mean, come on! There's a piece inside the shoe that's stabbing my foot - that's not exactly a minor issue. But apparently since I wore them once, they're not eligible for returns. What kind of policy is that? I've dealt with some pretty bad customer service in my time, but this takes the cake. I won't be shopping with CCS again.

CCS Disappointing Customer Service Experience with CCS - Good Products, Poor Policies

I had a bad experience with CCS. I bought some wheels and a tool for my nephew's birthday, but I messed up the shipping address. I quickly sent a message to their customer service to try and fix it, but they didn't get back to me until after the products had already arrived at the wrong address. So, I just got some shorts from CCS and I messed up the address. I mean, come on, we all make mistakes, right? But when I called them up, they wanted to charge me $20 to fix it! I used to work in a warehouse and I know it's not that hard to fix. I called again and this time they said it was too difficult for them to do it. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty frustrated. CCS Disappointing Service from CCS: Skateboard Never Arrived and No Communication

I recently made a purchase on CCS.com for my grandson's birthday. I ordered a skateboard on November 21 and was told that it would arrive within 2-4 business days. Unfortunately, I never received my order. Today is December 2 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I checked the tracking information and it says that it was delivered on November 30, but I have no idea where it could be.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from CCS. This was supposed to be a special gift for my grandson and now it seems like it may never arrive. I have decided that this will be my last order from this company. I plan to contact them and demand a refund or for them to finally deliver my order. However, I am not sure what they will send me at this point.

Overall, I would not recommend CCS to anyone. The lack of communication and poor delivery service has left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope that they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

CCS Disappointing Experience with CCS.com: Grip Tape Out of Stock, Flawed Board, and Scratches on Habitat Board

I recently tried ordering some grip tape from CCS.com and was disappointed to find out that even though the website said it was available, it wasn't actually in stock. I had paid for 2-day shipping, so this was a real bummer.

To make matters worse, when I did receive my order, one of the boards I got had a huge air bubble in the concave where the nose of the board is. It was an almost board, so I was really disappointed to see this flaw.

And to top it all off, the habitat board I received had scratches on it like it had been scraped against something already. There were even grip tape scratches on it too!

Overall, I was really unhappy with my experience with CCS. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money there.

CCS Terrible Customer Service Experience with CCS Skate - Do Not Recommend

I had a pretty bad experience with CCS skate. I made an order and realized I had made a mistake with the shipping address just five minutes after placing it. I quickly emailed them to correct it, but they didn't get back to me until a whole week later. By then, it was too late and the order had already been shipped to the wrong address.

I asked for a refund once the product was returned to the sender, but it was a whole month of back and forth with customer service before I finally gave up. I ended up losing my money with no product or refund to show for it.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing business with CCS skate. They don't seem to care about their customers and don't even bother with the bare minimum of customer service. It's better to take your business elsewhere where you can be sure you'll be treated with respect and care.

CCS CCS: A Scamming Company - Avoid at All Costs

I had a really bad experience with CCS. I ordered a custom board from them, but they cancelled my order because of copyright issues. The worst part is that they still charged me $109 for the cancelled order, and when I tried to contact them about it, they wouldn't even let me talk to a customer representative. The only way to get in touch with them is through email, and even then, they dodged my questions and concerns and didn't do anything to help me.

I know I should have listened to the bad reviews, but I still gave them a chance. I regret it now because they turned out to be literal scammers. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to stay away.

CCS CCS.com Review: Disappointing Experience with No Delivery and No Customer Service

I ordered some shorts from CCS.com for my friend's birthday. I was really excited to get them in time for the celebration. However, I never received a confirmation email from the website. I was a bit worried but I thought maybe it was just a glitch in their system. Unfortunately, the shorts never arrived. I was really disappointed and frustrated.

To make matters worse, CCS.com had already charged my account for the shorts that I never received. I couldn't believe it! I tried emailing them several times to get some answers but I never received a reply. I was really upset that there was no actual number I could call to get help.

I started to think that maybe this website was a scam. I mean, why else would they charge me for something they never delivered and then not even respond to my emails? I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted my credit card company to do a reverse charge.

Overall, I had a really bad experience with CCS.com. I would not recommend ordering from this website. It's really disappointing when you're excited about a purchase and then it never arrives. The fact that they charged me for something they never delivered and then didn't even respond to my emails is unacceptable. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid this website.
