I must begin by expressing my profound disbelief that institutions continue to engage the services of a company like CCD. The experience I have endured with this organization ranks among the most appalling I have ever encountered. From banks to other financial service providers that inexplicably choose to partner with CCD, the outcomes are consistently substandard.

Punctuality appears to be an alien concept to this company. Delays are a routine occurrence, with the blame perpetually shifted—drivers point fingers at the call center, the call center attributes issues to traffic, and the cycle of excuses continues endlessly.

Adding insult to injury, attempting to escalate concerns is a futile exercise. Managers are perpetually "in meetings" or conveniently "on lunch," regardless of the time of day. The complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect for their clients is staggering.

Frankly, CCD exemplifies the definition of an incompetent and untrustworthy service provider. Their performance is nothing short of disgraceful.

I order my card last week Thursday, but till today I haven't received and messages about my delivery, instead my mother who shouldn't be on file I receiving my messages. and when I try to fix the problem they don't answer calls. My mom has been getting messages of my order arrival but I receive dates that have passed and are no longer relevant to the current date. It's very frustrating because this hasn't changed so far. Absolutely Disappointed because this isn't my first card delivery and I paid for the delivery.

I requested and paid for Natis documents issued by ABSA who made use of this couriers. ABSA informed me that the papers were collected by them on 20/9/2024.

I have emailed CCD Couriers on multiple occassions. It is a month later and the papers are worthless now.

It bothers me that they have my personal information and papers in their possession for longer than a month without delivering it or even making arrangements. This is as much a POPI concern as it is a lack of service.

I am suffering actual financial losses and I have nothing to provide to the purchaser of the vehicle, who are (rightfully) fed up with excuses.

This is unacceptable. This places me in a position where my name is at stake.

I also feel that they should be held accountable for financial expenses occurred.

I am fed up.

1. I am Mr. Bevan Efraim and I am residing in Paarl. A delivery was scheduled for me for at my address which was Lantana Court C3, Lantana Street, Paarl, 7646 dor 2024-04-19. My tracking number is FRB8695279, for you to peruse all records, as I do not have a name for the courier driver I'm complaining about as he refused to give me his name.

2. On the mentioned date at about 15:25 exactly I had received a call from CCD Couriers who had put me through the the courier who has my parcel. The phone conversation started without him greeting back at me just saying, 'Bevan wa is j' I asked him where are you because it had appeared to what he explained he was a bit lost. I asked him to explain tbe surroundings so I can better guide him to my house. I also told him that there is someone at home, as I was admitted to Paarl Mediclinic for health issure that arose in the week.

3. I then asked him to stop being arrogant and rude because I didn't not like the way he has thus spoken to me and he said that I must make up my mind and if I'm stupid enough to not know my address. I then told him that I will explain how to get to my house but however he said ' ek ganie n fok agter jou ry nie ek sal ma in bel en se hulle moet jou delivery rescudule' I then asked him why it's so difficuilt to allow me to give him the right directions because I explained to him, I stay in the flats and the locations is not always accurate because it's not a freestanding house. He then told me that he has other work and shouted at me and said that I am stupid and then hung up the phone in my ear.

4. I am honestly disgusted in the service I had received from your company and I would like this matter to be investigated and that member charged disciplinary for his unprofessional behaviour.

I would like to lay a complaint against the delivery I supposed to have received today..I spoke to the lady delivering for me and gave directions as well...at the moment I could not find my personal information to show her but as she walked out I found my documents..I gave her a call and she wanted me to go to her in the parking lot at another shop..I explained that my kid is not well and I asked if it was possible for her to bring my delivery back ..she has not called me back..she did not assist me or even tell me if they were going to reschedule or not...terrible customer service from her...

my package is being held by the ccd courrier since the 24th of january up to now last week friday i urged for an urgent delivery of which they promised to deliver it from 2pm to 5pm and that never happened .only to find out by monday when i called again that the was no delivery appointment made on my behalf and the courier has already left then they promised to schedule an urgent delivery again from 2pm to 4pm of which it also didnt come thru mind you no 1 is taking effort to call n let me know about this i then query with the team leader and their delivery manage and they both made a promise that ill b getting on tuesday.so hence i querried that i will not be around the drop off coz its my work adress and im staying in a different province the manager said its not an issue coz the package will come to second adress i gave them but still on tuesday the was no drop off to my package so i decided to bring in the rain manage to solve my issue,he promised to send them a direct message to deliver my package with imediate effect but i believe that made no difference coz today is wednesday and i still dont have my urgent delivery and the arent any hopes of getting my package anytime sooner...all people who promised me lies unloyalty unfaithfulness untrustworthy are being dodgy even the MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADERS ARENT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

I clearly do not understand why companies keep on using CCD Couriers and why they are still in business after all the complaints, they are veery, very incompetent and dishonest. I've been waiting for my parcel from Rain to be delivered for about two weeks now, had to reschedule 3 appointments (Appointment 1: 08h00 - 10h00, Appointment 2: 13h00 - 15h00, Appointment 3: 13h00 - 15h00) for them to deliver, which they failed to do everytime. And all the scheduled appointments were as per their request everytime they failed to deliver my parcel. And everytime I had to go home and wait for my parcel to be delivered at home, I had to take time off from work for a parcel that never gets delivered. Then afterwards they have the audacity to lie and say that they had contacted me about the delivery, which they did not do. Right now im still awaiting for another email to reschedule a 4th appointment yet again. CCD Couriers is the worst ever courier company that I have ever had to deal with. I really hope something can be done about this incompetent company.

Thursday 16 November 2023 I received a call from the courier guy to collect my fnb card since they came when I was not t home I asked my mom to collect for me. When my mom went to the courier guy he was extremely rude to her his exact words "you can't hear me hoot outside the gate are you deaf" I'm extremely angry and upset for someone to talk so rudely to an elder like that, this incident happened around 10:11am at my home 28 gower Street Umbilo. I want this guy to apologize to my mom otherwise further action will be taken.

Phoned you call centre after receiving a email that they can not get hold of me.

First call, no response from operator.

Second call the operator understood where to send my bank card. That is FNB Menlyn Main branch in Pretoria.

Today I received a sms informing me that my card is ready for collection at FNB Fordsburg in Johannesburg.

Today I phoned your call centre that that is the incorrect branch but I had the same problem as my first call. Absolutely incompetentcy.

On the 6th of October I placed an order with rain for their promotional package of a router and two phone SIMs. Oh the 10 I get a message from CCD saying that they have received my parcel and would call me soon to deliver. They call me on Wednesday the 18 to say they will deliver on the 18th! This after I was told and have in writing that the delivery would be within 3-5 business days!

I received an email from [protected]@ccdcouriers.co.za (CCD Couriers, on behalf of Absa bank, have been unable to reach you to arrange delivery of your ABSA Premium Credit Card) on the 11/10/2023 which was trying to arrange delivery of my parcel but could not reach me. I responded to the email on the 12/10/2023 with the contact details that I am currently using.

On the 12/10/2023 I have also called one of your consultant by the name of Nompumelelo and she confirmed that I was supposed to have received the parcel on the 10/10/2023. She told me that CCD Couriers indeed have the parcel from ABSA Bank and it is stack in Port Elizabeth, and she also promised that I will receive my parcel on Monday 16/10/2023 but I will first receive a call. When I call CCD couriers on Monday 16/10/2023 I have spoken to Tumi who does not know anything about me receiving the parcel today. Now, I have been promised to receive the parcel on Friday 20/10/2023 which is 10 days late and what an inconvinience CCD Couriers has caused me.

CCD couriers is the worst company for delivery services so I had to wait a week for there SMS with my reference number and when I finily got it to set the delivery appointment I was given a date for a week later when they were supposed to deliver they didn't instead was sent an SMS 5 minutes before the delivery due hour that they are experiencing delays and that the agent will call me but never received that call and I made my attempts to contacting them through calls and emails to no avail then they called me on Friday to arrange a delivery for Monday I told them no I want it today then they promised to call me in an hour or so which they never did then they called me on Saturday to arrange a delivery for Tuesday and I told no on Monday then again they said the same thing they told me on Friday which they never called again till now ...I'm guessing they will be calling tomorrow again to arrange a date so far that I won't want there delivery anymore cause I am fed up with them rain included cause I also contacted them as well to we will get back to you and 5 days later still no form of communication from them.

Very bad service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because I'm about to have a mental breakdown and loose my job because I need WiFi in order to do my job and I have been promising them that next week then next week comes still nothing honestly if they don't bring my package tomorrow morning I'm cancelling everything and look for more reliable company to work with

I am so disappointed and disgusted by the service when the driver deliver my parcel at wrong address but our sister branch. i called the driver he then arranged that he will deliver before 3pm. i called again no luck, called the call centre they couldnt reach their driver then the driver made a comment that the address is wrong. i was told that i need to address wow! but the address is the same what is it that i am arranging. CCD is starting to be a nonsense and worse i have been with Rain when it started and their courier they used then it is awesome. the lady at the call centre that i should know that nothing has be scheduled as if it is my problem and no one is willing to ask the driver or hold some responsible.

to my Rain family you can cancel that order it is useless to take my time out my schedule to make sure i wait for CCD then their driver goes AWOL and they protect themselves about writing a comments. i am client why should i call

them. their customer service sucks!

I had an appointment for mu parcel with reference number rain612422 scheduled to be delivered at 8am to 10am on the 2nd of October 2023 in bloemfontein, but I didn't receive my parcel. I contacted the ccd courier main branch and they said the could not get hold of the driver and apologized. I then proceeded to contact ccd courier bloemfontein and I spoke to the consultant and she transferred me to the driver whom insists that he has no parcel with my name on it, then after that when I contact ccd courier bloemfontein my calls are not answered anymore.

The driver was late to deliver my package and only arrived after I had left my house. He got to the house and never bothered notifying me that he has arrived nor sending me a notification that hes on his way thus I can wait a bit longer for him. My kids answered him to tell him that I had just gone out, he then called me which the phone rang for like 3seconds, I tried returning the call and was only able to get ahold of him on the 3rd attempt, he was very rude on the phone and could not tell me why he did not call me whilst at the house but rather said he was busy with another client during my delivery. He could not give me an answer as to when he would deliver the parcel and he was not even 5km from my house when I managed to speak to him. The call center is also just as useless as they only called me after their delivery person had been to my house to notify me that their driver was on his way and I had asked them when scheduling delivery to just call me when the driver is 15minutes away. I have tried to get assistance from the call center regarding when the parcel will be delivered but they have also since said they will escalate the matter.

Such a horrible company with horrible service, I would give it zero stars if it was possible, I hope rain will change their courier service. They keep saying that my parcel will be delivered then delays happen and another delivery date will be rescheduled only when you call them. They do not even communicate, even after you call them you will not receive parcel they will keep on changing dates only when you contact them.

We were promised by Rain that our parcel wiil reach us by Monday, the phone rang for 3 seconds, and obviously we missed it. We are moving on Wednesday, hence the hurry. The call center is useless, provided no assistance, dropped the call a few times, thet are making Rain to look bad,Rain,i propose you switch to a better courier, ccd will ruin your reputation. Im sure the banks will soon change to someone more reliable.

I made arrangements with my bank to have my card delivered. The driver of this courier company was due to deliver the card on 16.08.2023, no one came through to deliver , however it was recorded that my delivery was missed.

I re-arranged for delivery and was issued with a new delivery date and time, upon arrival at my residence, I received a call from the courier company to state that no one is on the premises yet there were individuals on the property with whom they had spoken to. The driver refused to give my card to they third party that I nominated even though the relevant verification documents were provided.

After attempting to call the courier company numerous times, I finally got through, and was advised that this would be escalated. Thereafter I received a call from my bank rescheduling the delivery for the third damn time. CCD couriers has been far from helpful and their service delivery agents are pathetic!

Delivery was promised between 10-12h00 guess what it is 13h24 I cancelled all my meetings and still waiting ref # [protected]. Your services are pathetic and I will try my utmost to have this business taken away from your company.

Your service is the worst I have come across your customer services the worst I have spoken to a Lucricia,a Vincent a Leon and a Catherine and no resolve or resolution your service sucks and no-one cares there.

I have been waiting for my card for 3 weeks now...The driver called and said he is 7 minutes away but he never arrived then I received a message at 00:35 am saying they can't get ahold of me.How can you call a person at 00:30?I can't be rescheduling every Monday,we also have things to do.And I can't even cancel because the cancelation fee is R150.I am not going to pay for something that is not my fault.These couriers are liars.And how am I supposed to get my card now.

It's been a month now ,I've been waiting every Monday for my parcel for the last 3 weeks this is not acceptable I wil never use your service again in my live if I have to see ccd must deliver I'd rather just cancel it it's not the time waiting worth I'm very unhappy with ccd and by hope I don't want them to make it if it's not their way their is not another way the worst service I've ever had In my life

i am not happy with the service im receiving. i was sent an sms with no phone call that my parcel has been delivered at my work premises. within 5 minutes i was at the gate and no one was there to deliver my parcel. I stood there for 20 minutes and no one came. i called [protected] three times, a lady by the name of Bontle couldnt also track were by parcel was but somehow she had a report that no one came for the parcel. mind due i didn't receive a call. its been a whole week of waiting for my parcel and i will not wait another 24 hours to receive what is rightfully mine, someone needs to make a plan on how I'm supposed to get my Rain. i am dissapointed with the service nonetheless.
