The worst swimsuit and customer service I have ever experience in my life. I am 63kgs and 5'3. I ordered a Medium and it fits like an XXS. There customer service only got back to me after I resorted to commenting on their instagram pictures. Such poor customer service they dont give a crap. They dont offer returns only exchanges and you have to pay for postage both ways.

I received a faulty item - not only did it take them over 4 weeks to reply to my original email and then a further 4 weeks (total 2 months) to rectify - they also refused to refund me for the faulty item. They only offered an exchange, of which that item was also faulty. They still wouldn’t offer me a refund, which I thought was ridiculous.

Not only does Ark swimwear have the worst customer service team, but their terms and conditions are disgraceful. I have never purchased from a company where faulty items are not refunded.

Also the quality of their garments are terrible and over priced. You can purchase Monday swimwear for the same price and much much better quality.

DO NOT ORDER ARK SWIMWEAR

It's been a month and I've had ZERO response on my refund request. I am disappointed because originally I wanted to exchange my bikini but the leopard bikini has been on backorder for over 6 months. At this point, summer is over so I've requested a refund of my money. After doing so, I get ZERO response from the team. I've never had a company ghost me like this. I am appalled and still hoping they'll message me back soon.

The bikinis are terrible quality and completely out of line with standard sizing. The items are tiny, doll size - but they advise you to wear and wet them to stretch them out - sadly they do not stretch, and they do not accept returns. I have spent $170 on a bikini to go in the bin, and despite multiple complaints and sending images of the exposed elastics and mismatched seams, I get what seems to be automated replies. I would love to have a positive review, and a bikini to wear. Instead all I have is disappointment and another two payments on afterpay still to make on this scam site.

So, I recently bought some swimwear from Ark Swimwear and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The quality of the swimwear was super cheap and not worth the price. I was really disappointed when I received my order and saw how poorly made it was.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the swimwear, I found out that their return policy is a total scam. They make it really difficult to return anything and even when you do, they don't give you a full refund. It's a total rip-off.

And don't even get me started on their site reviews. They're all fake! I should have known better than to trust them.

To top it all off, their customer service is terrible. When I tried to contact them about my issues, they were super unhelpful and rude. It was a nightmare.

Overall, I would not recommend Ark Swimwear to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

When I reached out to them for a refund, they refused to provide one and instead promised me a credit. However, it's been over 4 months now and I still haven't been able to access the credit. Every time I check, it still shows a balance of $0.00.

To make matters worse, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone from their customer service team. I've had to wait for at least a week to receive a reply, and even then, it's just empty words with no resolution to my issue.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Ark Swimwear. I mean, who are they even making these suits for? The square neck one I got looks like it's made for a doll or something, and it doesn't even have adjustable straps. I'm a 32A, 5'2", and 110 pounds, and I usually wear size 24 jeans, size 0-2, and small-XS. So I thought I'd be good with their sizing, but nope. It was a total joke.

And don't even get me started on their return policy. If a company doesn't allow returns, you know they're not great. And if you want to exchange more than one thing, forget about doing it online. So, I decided to give Ark Swimwear a try and placed an order on their website. After a few days, I received a call from DHL stating that I needed to pay an extra ?60 for the delivery. I was not happy about this and decided to reach out to Ark Swimwear's customer support team to see if they could help me out. They informed me that the website offered free shipment and they would not be paying any additional fees. I then instructed DHL to return the parcel.

After Ark Swimwear received their product back, I was shocked to find out that they refused to give me a refund. I couldn't believe it! They had my money, they had their product, and they still wouldn't give me a refund. This experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel like I have been scammed.

Overall, I would not recommend Ark Swimwear to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they do not stand behind their products. It's a shame because their swimwear looks great on their website, but the experience I had was just not worth it.

So, I ordered some swimwear from Ark Swimwear back in August. They said it would ship in late August, but then I got an email in early September saying they had some issues with the quality of the batch and it would be delayed. They offered me a freebie if I was willing to wait, so I figured why not? They said it would ship in September or October.

Well, I didn't hear anything from them until mid-November, so I reached out to see what was going on. They said they still hadn't received the "good batch" yet, so I waited some more. Another month went by and still nothing, so I reached out again. And again, they said no.

I've been really patient with them, but it's now mid-January and I still haven't received my order. I paid for it months ago! This has been the most ridiculous experience ever.

I mean, I get that things happen and there can be delays, but the lack of communication from Ark Swimwear has been really frustrating. I just want my order or my money back at this point. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you're willing to wait indefinitely.

I had a terrible experience with Ark Swimwear. I ordered a swimsuit for my wedding trip and honeymoon, and they promised to ship it in early August. However, I didn't hear anything from them, so I decided to check on my order. To my disappointment, they told me that it would be shipped in late August. By then, my trip was already over, so I had to settle for my second choice. Unfortunately, my size was already sold out, so I couldn't even get that.

When I got back from my trip, Ark Swimwear offered to send me a black bikini of my choice if I waited a little longer. However, I wasn't thrilled about getting a bikini in September, after my trip was already over. I responded with the black bikini I wanted, but they replied that they were "too fast" and had already sent my order. I would have preferred to return it and be done with them, but they wouldn't let me. They said that was the agreement at checkout.

It's frustrating that they won't honor their promises. They agreed to ship my order in early August and send me a black bikini, but they didn't do either. I'm disappointed with their customer service and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
