I want to file a complaint under the Brady Rule, Brady v. Maryland and United States v. Bagley.
My complaint is against State Prosecutor Edward Quigley & his assistant, Pinal County Prosecutor Jason Johansson and Judge Dyani Juarez of the City of Casa Grande Municipal Court.
Evidence was withheld in case number TR 20-0199. Missing Audio & Video from the initial stop at Whataburger as the dash Cam shows them questioning me, and the building surveillance camera from the Casa Grande Police Department Facility.
In the letter I received from Nicole S. Kaseta dated October 31st, 2022. Page two, first paragraph, I quote “Mr. Gregan states that he requested the video as part of the disclosure and that he requested the same at the first pretrial conference. Mr. Gregan provided documentation demonstrating that the city informed him that the Police Department deleted the video after 90 days. Mr. Gregan states that he was able to obtain an audio recording, however”. Confirming that video was deleted in an open case and did not preserve a copy in an open case.
Judge Juarez was fully aware of what was going on June 30th, 2022. I spoke to the Judge at my 2:15 appointment and informed her that this was a DUI Setup. I had missing Auto and Video from the Officers body cam and the building surveillance camera. Marinda Rights not read to me as stated in police report. Cop Valentino Fractured my arm, I have hospital report as proof and that is why the disc is missing, I sat in county Jail 15 to 18 hours denied of medical treatment, no video proof that is my blood sample, and what little audio I received is tampered with, it out of sequence. In attendance at the time, I spoke to the judge, both state prosecutors, Charlie my lawyer, the clerk sit next to the judge Hispanic male a little husky & glasses, and the four or five witnesses that had appointments after me.

Desired outcome: For the record I am seeking damages of $6 million dollars. If have to hire a lawyer and must go to court, I will ask for 8 million.For the recorded I want charges brought up, for all those who were involved using the Rico Act.
