So, I ordered some stuff from Carter's OshKosh Canada and I was really excited to get it. But, I waited for like 2 whole weeks and nothing came. I checked the tracking every day and it said it was coming, but it never did. Then, out of nowhere, they cancelled my order without telling me or giving me my money back. I had to call them up and ask for a refund, which was a total pain in the butt. I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the whole thing and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. It's a real shame, too, because I was really looking forward to getting my stuff.

So, I made an order from Carter's OshKosh Canada and I couldn't pick it up. I contacted the store and they said they would give me my money back. But, after a lot of phone calls and emails to Carter's, I still haven't gotten my refund. They answer my emails right away, but the refund hasn't come through yet. It's a real pain to try to get back less than $40 on my credit card. I really like the store, but I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from them again.

So, I had a really bad experience with a customer service agent at Carter's OshKosh Canada. I called the phone number ***117 to ask about returning a pair of boots that were gifted to us. Unfortunately, they were too small and I needed some clarification on how to return them. The customer service agent I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful.

He told me that I needed to go to a physical store to return the boots, but all of our stores are closed due to the covid lockdown. When I explained this to him, he didn't seem to care and just told me that it wasn't his problem. I asked to speak to his manager, but he claimed that he didn't have one. I also asked to file a complaint, but he said that there was no way to do that.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I received and I don't think I'll be shopping at Carter's OshKosh Canada again. I also plan to tell my friends and family about my experience so that they don't have to go through the same thing. It's really important to me to support businesses that treat their customers well, and unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. I've been shopping at OshKosh Canada for almost two decades now, buying clothes for my five grandchildren. The oldest one is now 18 years old! I usually visit the Hyde Park store in Oakville, Ontario (store 3017) and have always had a great experience with the friendly and helpful staff. However, on September 19th, 2022, I decided to try ordering online for the first time and chose to pick up my order at the store.

When I went to pick up my parcel on September 23rd, I discovered that a piece was missing from one of the outfits I had ordered. I was frustrated and disappointed, but I called the store for assistance. That's when I spoke to Bonny Oshimo, who was incredibly patient and understanding. She spent time on the phone with me, calmly advising me on what I needed to do. I really appreciated her help and wanted to thank her for her awesome service.

I also want to thank Dom, who assisted me online with the expedited exchange on September 29th. Thanks to their help, I was able to get the missing piece of clothing quickly and easily. Bonny was pleasant and efficient throughout the entire process, and it was clear that she enjoys her job and helping people.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at OshKosh Canada. The staff at the Hyde Park store are always friendly and helpful, and the online ordering process was easy to navigate. I'm grateful for Bonny's help and would definitely recommend OshKosh Canada to anyone looking for high-quality children's clothing. Thank you again, Bonny, for your awesome service! So I decided to give Carter's OshKosh Canada a try and I'm glad I did! The website was easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a cute little outfit for my niece and it arrived in just a few days. The quality was great and the price was even better. I also appreciated the free shipping on orders over $50.

One thing I did notice was that the sizing seemed a bit off. I ordered a size 6 months for my niece, but it seemed a bit snug. I would recommend sizing up if you're unsure.
