Had a good experience with CareLinx. They promptly and efficiently coordinated a caregiver for my Veteran father so I could take a respite trip. The caregiver was excellent.

I signed on for the company to match me with a skilled nursing facility . The promised rate and work hours are not legitimate. They never actually find work so please and do not waste your time with this company. RN

Our experience with CareLinx, Inc. was a five because we were assigned a lady that was so experienced with dementia and she genuinely cared about the patient and helping the family. I am recommending to other friends and family based on the positive experience.

I decided to use CareLinx for a caregiver for my father. Everything has gone smoothly from the interview process to hiring to paying invoices. We LOVE our Caregiver. I also appreciate that they offer the third-party accounting services for all of the legal financial issues with hiring a caregiver.

Working with Carelinx has been easy and convenient in finding a respite caregiver for myself. Although there was a minor hiccup in the beginning in finding someone (mind you this was during all of the Covid 19 quarantine stuff), Carelinx didn't waste time in getting a family member of mine involved to be my respite caregiver. It's easy, efficient, convenient, and I'm so grateful for the Hidden Heroes program for the respite hours I have been given through Carelinx!

Caregiver that was hired was very good, mom really liked her. It seems like the website isn't current. I messaged multiple caregivers with zero response, was told that maybe they are no longer living in the state or found other jobs. If this is the case, I think the platform needs to be regularly updated and caregiver search engine should reflect availability. I have spent/wasted a lot of time searching for caregivers on this site with limited results. Then, when you do go to exchange info with a caregiver so you can communicate easier, contact info gets blocked.

I think this company is a scam and I'm very nervous that they ran a back ground check and got all my information. I NEVER spoke with a recruiter that was supposed to have been assigned to me although I kept getting told They would contact me, no one every did. All the helpers were in a whole other country. I swear NO ONE was in America! Then they started not answering me at all when I questioned why they took all my info but never got back to me in order to get jobs. Beware do NOT trust this so called company. I think it's wrong that this company is allowed to keep practicing and scanning hard working nurses.

I've experienced the worst situation in my healthcare career. Carelinx is a company that cares nothing about concerns or issues in regards to caregivers being neglect inexperienced or caring. It's about filling spots. During this time with Covid you would think people who have integrity and understanding. Carelinx cares nothing about who or what issues occur with staff. That's a major knowing caregivers are sleeping complete shifts leaving clients with coverage or doing the right think with fellow coworkers. I would not recommend this business and they refused to tell who is this owner in the event you want to go over there heads. Run!

I feel like this company did not disclose information correctly. I would interview with clients and then find out they didn't want to proceed. I spent months on this and was only able to work one skilled nursing position. I spent so much time learning and building my page. I did endless interviews. I found out later from my last interview that they were under the impression we cannot have contracts and that basically we are brokered. Is this even legal? I was asked personal questions when getting hired by clients and something didn't seem right. I am having such a hard time getting hired at anything after I added Carelinx to my resume. I think this company might be doing something that is not ok. One client even said I didn't have to be licensed to do this work. But I am licensed. Please someone look into this!

I have attempted to find a licensed healthcare provider through this service and find obstacles in my path. they offer candidate messaging but it's disabled to refer to your care coordinator who is in another time zone and doesn't respond to emails or chat requests to set up interviews with potential candidates. the single interview set up and conducted revealed the candidate was NOT currently licensed having allowed it to expire when she moved to a different state that didn't require licensing. this could be a red flag but not follow up by carelinx at all on the issue. the care coordinator Mechelle Howard has not answered many emails and chat messages this week. very disappointing experience with this company. in the initial days Mechelle called almost daily, sometimes several times per day. now. nothing.

Ive been with carelinx for more than a year. Ive had some disappointments in the past but not as severe as the one Im filing a complaint about. I reached out to carelinx 3x for my tax information and it is now April 15. They told me I was hired by the family or the patient itself but from what I recall the family had no idea that they are the ones to handle hr concerns. With the lack of communication to both the employee and the families, misunderstandings occur. For one thing i found out that they use a third party website to do our taxes then they did not inform me about that. When I complained about my tax information to the third party source they told me CareLinx didnt make sure to finish the paperwork. So now I have to do the tax manually but I didnt know how to do it so I asked CareLinx and they still havent gotten back to me yet. I also have called the employer or residents family a bunch of times.

In November, I sought a caregiver service for my elderly father. As I lived out of state several hundred miles away I utilized online searches along with input from medical professionals.In December, I hired an individual through carelinx. Within a matter of a few days, I was forced to call the police to my fathers home due to the caregiver being intoxicated. I do have a copy of the arrest report as the individul was in fact charged with several crimes. In addition I have statement made by RNs through Hospice that interacted with the individual. These statements describe a incompetent individual to say the least. To date carelinx has done nothing to make this situation right on any level . In point of fact the arresting officer attempted to contact carelinx but did not get through. I would certainly never recommend this company. During my conversations with representatives of this company they took great pride in informing me they vetted their people and assured they were well qualified. I would not wish this experience on anyone seeking help with a loved one.
