As most, I was skeptical about this company because of some of the negative reviews. I am so happy that I decided to move forward CarBuyerUSA because they offered the highest amount, over their competitors, for my vehicle. The process was seamless and *** and his staff always stayed in touch with me via text, email or over the phone. The process from start to finish (vehicle inspection until vehicle pickup) was 6 days. It probably would have been a day or two less had the transaction not happened over the weekend and Federal holiday. I really like that the inspector came to my home to assess my vehicle. It was very convenient and I did not need to leave my home. I received a final quote that was a little less than the initial estimated quote, but I completely understood that because I forgot to mention that I had a cracked windshield. The equity payment from my vehicle appeared within my bank account within 3 business days. CarBuyer paid off my auto loan within 4 business days. Everything went so fast and easy and I am so pleased and I recommend this company. I will recommend CarBuyer to my friends and family! What a wonderful experience !PS: even the signing of the important papers was easy. You will work with an online notary and the contracts are worded to protect both parties so this is a legit company.

Great experience. They offered the best price for my car. Very professional, great communication. Created an online portal for uploading photos and sharing docs. A multi team approach with someone presenting an initial offer and explaining their process; another conducting an on-site inspection; a third who finalized the offer; money wired to my account by their financial person; a transportation coordinator for pick up; and even a social media person requesting feedback. Great people to work with. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Im extremely impressed and grateful for the professionalism exhibited by Car Buyer *** team. Specifically, from the attention that I received from *** and ***. From the first contact with ***, through *** in dealing with me with the utmost care ( Im 75 years old) in helping me through the process of selling my car to them and all the way to receiving the instructions from *** to deliver my car and sending the payment, which I promptly received today as I was told I would. I know how dubious it might be to complete satisfactory business transactions through the internet based on all the horror stories that permeate online, but my experience with Car Buyer USA far exceeded my expectations. I started the process on a Wednesday (11/15/22) afternoon, the car inspector came to my home on Thursday afternoon right inside the 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM as we had agreed upon and on Friday morning I received the final offer after the inspection was completed, I accepted the offer and drove my car to the drop off area, overnighted the car title by *** the company paid for it) on Saturday, got confirmation that title was received by 10AM today (Monday 11/21/22) and funds were wired and in my bank by 4PM! Have no doubts in your mind that you will have a similar experience to the one that I just had with Car Buyer USA, this company knows what they are doing and stand by their word and service.My neighbor was impressed with my experience and decided to use them too!Thank you, *** and ***, for the way you treated me.

Firstly I will admit that the staff at this company were polite and professional. Having said that, I own a 2014 Infinity QX60. Granted it has over 100K miles on it, but it was extremely well cared for and a dealership had just, 1200mi earlier, completed a thorough inspection and service. This dealership gave my SUV a 100% clean bill of health for electronics and drivetrain. My wife and I "were" made an offer from CarBuyerUSA to pay us $2100 more than its trade it value. I should have known that "its too good to be true". The vehicle ran well and like it was supposed to for having the dreaded CVT transmission. When the inspectors for CBUSA got ahold of it, they called to say the transmission had a noise and they "assumed" (their words) there to be a problem with that transmission. As such, without an actual diagnostic, they reduced their offer by $4500. When I attempted to speak with the manager, he was very nice and polite but explained that it was their "assumption" the vehicle was damaged and in need of a transmission. They would not take into consideration that I had documentation stating otherwise from the dealership. At this point, I was only out gas money and time getting it there. As such I called for my AAA service to tow the vehicle back to my residence. They apparently gave my wrecker driver a hard time about picking up MY vehicle citing covid restrictions. My driver subsequently submitted to there tests and nearly 2hrs later my vehicle was on its way back to me. For his trouble I felt compelled and tipped my driver for his patience. If its too good to be true, it probably it.

Very nice people. Answered any questions that I had. Met the offer I had from another dealer. Didn't have to leave the house to have car picked up. Only problem I had was the guy that came and checked car and took pucs of car for estimate was late. I had to wait all day for him to arrive. It was at my daughter's house.

After researching on the caste amounts of online buyers, I went with CarBuyerUSA mainly for the offer and other positive reviews. Didnt realize later that they were local to my area. They had the most competitive offer compared to Carvana and CarMax. Communication via text and phone calls with initial buyer was smooth. They worked with me on pricing, which was beneficial to both parties. I was apprehensive about sending off my title after accepting offer but was reassured and blown away throat I received payment via ACH on the day the title arrived to them (they paid for overnighting). Blown away that they sent out an inspector that was thorough to protect both parties. Transport of my vehicle was also done quickly, the day after receiving my funds. Very smooth an easy experience from initial offer, inspection, title handoff, final payment, and finally the transport. Love the portal where you can upload all docs and pictures. I highly recommend *** and will deal with again.

I recently sold my old car to Car Buyer USA and it was a great experience. I have sold a few cars on *** and I have dealt with dealerships with trade ins but this was the easiest car selling experience I've ever had. I was already quoting Carmax and a couple of other websites when I saw an ad for these guys. Thought I would go ahead and quote them too. Their initial offer was way higher than anybody else so I decided to go further and see what the final offer would be. It's important to know that they base their initial offer on market value at the time based on the information you provide. Then they send someone out to inspect the car and that inspector is paid to notice as much as possible to report that to the company so they can adjust the offer to the condition of the car. So after the inspector looked at my car the offer came later that afternoon and was still better than the other quotes I had received. The price was fair, I was happy with the communication, and I didn't have to do anything really! I e-signed some documents and overnighted them the title. When that was received they wired me the money and then arranged for a carrier to come get the car. As long as you have some idea of what your car REALLY is worth then you'll be real happy selling to them. I dealt with *** way through and he was very responsive and professional. *** in funding was a real hoot, very straightforward and he made the process easy to understand for me. I had never sold a car this way and it was super easy and I got a great price. Do yourself a favor and at least fill out the online form and you'll thank me later.

This was my first time selling a vehicle this way. I researched and even received quotes from about 5 different sites including Carmax. CarBuyerUSA started off well with the highest offer (which I knew was too high) but even from there, the process was easy, quick, and the final agreed on price was still fair and in line with what I expected and wanted. (It was also still higher than what I ultimately received elsewhere).The biggest thing was communication. At every stage of the process which took all of maybe 3 days - quote to payment - I received texts and emails and most importantly prompt replies to my texts and emails. Their website that keeps you updated on the status of each step of the process was very helpful as well. All of this helped my mind stay at ease doing this for the first time. Thank you.

I had a very stressful experience for a no good reason. We did everything we were supposed to. They couldn't wire the payment to our credit union so they overnighted a check. I received an email from Ryan G from the transportation department regarding picking up the truck. I called him several times and he didn't answer so I called the driver Robert that was named in the email. He said he didn't receive the request yet to pick up our truck. I said that's ok as we are still waiting on the money from the company. He said he would call me to arrange the pickup. I didn't hear back in 2 days so I replied to the email and asked when are they picking up the truck.Ryan G replied with an email quickly with the check has been canceled and they are sending back the title. I was so confused as to why so I wanted to speak with him and he would not answer my calls he emailed that I refused to turn over the truck and there was no contact from me. I couldn't believe what I was hearing so I called Hal the person who first contacts you when you agree on a price and he provides the documents that need to be signed. Long story short he said that the deal was back on and they will be sending me another check via fedex on Monday. The package came and in it was the title with their buyer's information on it. What an emotional roller coaster ride. Hard to get ahold of anyone. I had to go to MVD and get the title back in my name. If they didn't want the truck they should have told me the truth and not lied and made it like it was all my fault. I like dealing with honest people and this place is far from being honest. I wonder how they belong to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Was referred to this site by my brother but was reluctant to try it out initially given certain reviews I have seen. But really glad I took the chance! The offer is most likely the best out there (i.e., Caravan, KBB, car gurus, autotrader, etc.) save for actually selling your car privately or other buyers where you have to go their locations in person. Put in the information of my vehicle on the 19th of this month (Oct) to see how much I could potentially get. Got an email and call from *** who explained the process and that an inspector from ACV will be coming out to assess my car.***, the inspector, came in today (24th) at my unit and was very professional and courteous but also thorough. After which *** reached out to me regarding the final offer amount post-inspection, and answered other questions I had. Was then forwarded to *** a few minutes later to assist with notary, and then transferred to *** once I was at funding stage, and then *** for reviews.This was all done in a space of a few hours and at the convenience of my own home! Anytime I had a question or email, everyone responded courteously and expeditiously. There was no click and bait, no fake offer to lure you in only to lowball you at the end. No tedious process, no annoying delayed or non-responses. Just great teamwork from everyone involved. Special mention to all the people who processed this transaction - *** from ACV, and ***, ***, ***, ***, and *** from carbuyerusa! Will definitely be referring your company to people I know if they are looking to sell their cars.Everything's forwarded and just waiting to have payments clear and car dropped off. Thanks again!

Would you hand over the keys to your car without payment or confirmation of funds? I would never accept a check for a car sale. Too many opportunities for the company to back of of the contract and no guarantee that you will be paid the agreed amount. Overall experience was sketchy. They wanted me to drop off my car at an auction house, with keys, before funds were received. I was ok with this until they wanted to write a check. This is 2021 and checks are a PITA, can be cancelled, and banks put holds on them. So I would have been without a car, paying insurance while waiting for funds. Not sure why anyone else agrees to this, unless they are desperate.How are they getting around *** law which states they cant pick up a car without proof of payment? They bait and switch you to drop it off, before wire transfer, or in my case before sending a check. Checks get cancelled (see other reviews/complaints). *** is actually Governed by the ***. We can NOT pick up a vehicle unless we can show that we have paid for it. If you have equity, you will receive a separate wire to your personal account with the equity payment. We will also send the payment to the lender and email you the *** OF THE PAYMENT" (POP). Please be advised that while the payment was made and received by your lender, it can take them up to 3-5 business days for your Lender to actually post the funds to your account. In order for us to continue, you MUST AGREE to release the vehicle to us even though it may not be "POSTED" to your account. After receiving the equity (if applicable) and POP, Transportation will contact you to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle. Should you have any questions. Here's a rundown of what to expect:1/ *** website starts by asking for year/make/model/mileage of your car. Based on those things alone, a formula*** automatically generates a price for the vehicle without even seeing it. Think of this as the absolute maximum you could potentially get for your car. BUT, if you've actually driven your car, the number will naturally go down because this formula isn't actually looking at your car. It doesn't see you've got a scratch or a dent. It assumes you've covered up your car, put it in dust-free storage for 10 years and never drove a single mile on it. So folks, read this paragraph over a few times until you understand YOU WILL NOT*** get this value for your car if you drove it. 2/ Now that you know the "maximum possible value" of your car, you work downwards from there... and now a third-party team to come out to you and inspects the car. They took an hour to inspect mine, looking at every little detail and examining every inch of the car. They wrote up a report, took some pics, ran diagnostics, and reported back to the folks in Georgia. After their inspection, you get an ACTUAL fixed offer based on the inspection (and you'll be told what the inspection observed). 3/ With the offer, I think you have ~72 hours to accept it - and in my case, since my offer was way better than two major competitors, I took it. They set you up with a prepaid *** label, you send the title to them overnight. The next morning they wire you the agreed amount. This took less than 24 hours for both activities. They were fast and everything happened as planned/agreed.4/ After you receive the money, a third-party comes to collect the car...you're done!Super easy process, I worked with *** + ***, who were extremely transparent. It is not very often that I take the time to give a review but in this case it's necessary. Not only did CarBuyer USA meet my expectations, they exceeded it. I had taken my car to a few dealers locally and of course they wanted to steal the car. Posted it for sale on two car sites locally on the Internet and again everyone tries to beat you up. Decided I might check into companies that purchase cars on line. You know, you fill in the blanks and they send you back a dollar amount if everything you said is true. I checked with five online car buying companies and CarBuyer USA gave the most. The next day I had a virtual inspection and their offer was dropped by a thousand dollars which is what I was expecting but was still three thousand over my highest offer from other companies or people to date.I chose to have them purchase my vehicle and it went very smoothly with me dropping it off to an Auction site in which they have an agreement to ship or sell the cars, not sure which.As soon as I did that they said the money would wired to my bank account that day. Didn't come and I said "Oh no". Called ***, who was the gal who processed everything for the big guys and she was back to me in 40 minutes and said my account didn't exist. I checked what I had sent in and it was I who had transposed two of the numbers. So I resent the account again and if you can believe it, I did same thing again. I fat fingered it twice! Duh! Guess I'm getting old? *** however was kind and patient and said they would *** a cashiers check the following day. It came the next day for the full amount we had agreed upon. No Muss, no fuss. Of course I felt like a stupid idiot making the same mistake twice and failed to read the numbers back and re-read a second time. But *** was terrific through it all and shes the one who needs to get the accolades for representing CarBuyer so well! What a Pro! So, all in all if you want to get the best, see these folks.

I finished paying off my car back in February, and immediately started casually looking around at options for selling it because I wasn't really using it and I wanted to sell it with as low of mileage as possible. I priced it out on Car Buyer's website and the quote came back higher than I expected, but I kept in mind that the quote was solely based on the make, model and mileage on my car and that it wasn't factoring in the dents, scratches, etc. That day, Logan called me to set up an inspection. Within a couple of days, someone came to the location I designated and did the inspection. The valuation came in at $1,000 less than the initial quote. This is where a lot of the bad reviews you are seeing is stemming from. But again- the initial quote isn't factoring any potential maintenance on the car, it's just a best case scenario. So if you quote your car on the site and it needs a ton of work, you can't really get mad when the valuation drops after the inspection. So after the inspection, Logan called again and said they wanted to buy my car. I had already explained to him that I had JUST paid it off, so the bank hadn't sent me the lien release yet, which meant the DMV also didn't have the title from them yet. He said that if I let them take the car, they would pay me half right then, and then as soon as the title arrived, they would release the other half. I didn't want to put any more mileage on the car, so I agreed. I thought it would be a fairly quick process, but the bank I had the loan through (Fifth Third Bank) is completely incompetent and took forever to send the title to the correct place. By the time they did, the DMV shut down because of COVID. So it took 4 months for the title to finally arrive, but as soon as it did, the rest of the money was in my account. Overall, my experience with Car Buyer USA was a positive one. I don't think anyone would have a negative experience unless they go into the relationship with unrealistic expectations. There were times where I was getting a little impatient about the final payment taking months to go through, but I stayed logical about the fact that the world is in a crazy situation right now and there was really nothing anyone could do to speed up the process. So if you're considering selling to Car Buyer, be realistic with your expectations and in the end you'll come out of it happy.

Terrible Customer service for buy and sales vehicles via CAR BUYER USA In August 3 I received for second time a email from Mr. Logan M, he introduce himself as an employee for CAR BUYER USA. He promised me via email he can offer me 12150 dollars for my chevrolet volt. My car was listed in ***.COM for 13500 dollars. Because nobody wanna buy it, i accept the offer. And he issued me a pass to take my car to *** Pensacola located in *** Pensacola FL 32505 and pass an mandatory inspection. His email said bases in car condition the purchace price is subject to a 5 to 10% reduction of the offer. So i still agree with it. I left my car inside this car center and wait 3 days for they finish the inspection and today I got a called from Mr. Jason *** around 3 pm said they just can offer 8800 dollars. This is 27.89% less than the price we agreed. So I rejected the offer and request my car back. He said he will do it. Few minutes later I received an email from Mr. Jason said the price is 8800 dollars , I replied " no thank you" and he replied back : "how much i will take" and i replied 11500 dollars (thats 5% reduce) . He didnt reply back and i went to this car center around 4:55 pm. When I went there, the security guys told me I cant take my car out because CAR BUYERS USA didnt send the pass for remove my vehicle. I called this guy to his number and he said he never told me i can take my car today. He is busy and maybe he will send me the pass form tomorrow. I talked to the the guards and they said with not pass paper, i cant definitely recover my vehicle. I called this saleman again and he never answer my phone. I leave voicemail, but he never returned my phone call. I called the first salesman but with the same luck, he dont reply my text message or phone call. I am trap in this scam artist. The form they do is offer good price for our vehicles, we fall in the trap, they take the car to " inspection" and counter offer a super cheap price just a desperate person will take in need. We are a LLC business and we are not desperate. But I am sure they do the same to hundred of people in USA. So now they know they wont make money with my car, I am not their "priority". They issued a pass form in 30 min for bring my car in, but they are taking 2 days ( today and tomorrow and maybe more) for return my car to me. I request 50 dollars per day as compensation because they don't wanna return my vehicle and I have to use uber or taxi to go to work and come back as well as I used money to recover my car today but it was not successful so i have to take another uber back to my house and tomorrow i have to take taxi or uber to go to work. Starting August 6 I request CAR BUYERS USA pay me 50 dollars for damages to my finance and economy unti I recover my vehicle.

I still have not gotten paid for the sale of my car my last name was misspelled so the bank had a fraud alert now they are holding my money it's been since April 20th and I need a check overnighted to me for $22,506 I've been without a car because of this and about to be homeless my name is Faith Bernstein my number is [protected]

It was sold to Hal Ross at the Georgia location

Desired outcome: Need payment asap for my car

They quoted me 12,000 for 2018 Altima and after two months they asked to drop the car in a address and now the amount has been reduced to 10k I requested for a evaluation and then a site engineer visited and quoted the vehicle with 12k and signed off the deal, but due to COVID there was delay. Now, they asked me to drop the vehicle for inspection, this time the overall price has moved down rapidly and the price quoted was 10k. This kind of sales trick is really frustrating and wasting people time and effort. I request the management to get in touch and close this deal at earliest. I tried to reach out to the agent couple of times but no one reverted back, plus they have my car now. I am really frustrated with this kind of activities with CBUSA.

CarBuyerUSA was interested in buying my 2013 grand Cherokee overland so I was looking up reviews online and saw that most complained they'd give you a high offer send appraiser then pu k it apart and low ball ya. I asked *** about this and he assured me they do not change the price and I decided to use them. Horrible choice! Communication was horrible(except for with ***) I missed three days of work due to them not communicating with appraiser and then he did exactjy what he assured me they didn't do. Low balled me. I had passed up deals for 35 hundred more because of their offer and when it came time to discuss appraisal he said"I thought you said it had no mechanical issues" I had said multiple *** and in messages that I thought the transmission was bad He was looking for an out for doing what he said they never do and tried to make me look bad in the process. I dealt with *** after that snd things went smooth as could be but I did not get what they said I would.

October 30 I completed a request online. I provided my vin which provides the details of the make of my car. This was the response "Based on the information given we can pay you up to $63,934 upon verification of vehicle information, condition and vehicle history. In order to move forward please provide the following information. " Based off of this email i decided I wanted to accept it because it was higher than the other offer that I received. I provided copies of my license and registration. I didn't provide any false information. November 2, a car appraiser came out to verify the condition of my vehicle. he verified that my car with 3300 miles on it had no issues. Later that day I received a call saying that even though I did not falsify any information and my car is in like new condition(inspector did not find anything wrong with the car) they could not give me the original offer price because i did not upgrade my wheels($2k) nor did I pay for full self driving ($10k upgrade). So they lowered the offer to 63k. I never claimed to have either of those options. It doesn't even seem customary to assume that someone has a feature on a car when providing a quote to buy and then lowering the quote because the assumption was not correct. I understand that there is a verification clause in the email. However, everything that I provided was verified. Why should i be penalized. November 3rd: I just wanted to see what the site would say if I get another quote just to see if the number was lower( i didn't use my vin this time) . As of today the site is quoting 65,861.

I received an offer on 11/1 from CBUSA for $21,276. My payoff was $20,500 which they knew. I then had my vehicle inspected on 11/3. The gentleman inspected my car and stated that it was in excellent condition and had only a few scratches and I should get the full amount for my payoff. *** was the representative that sent the original offer, reviewed my offer and information about my vehicle and requested my inspection for 11/3. *** knew my vehicle was an 2016 *** Explorer XLT, that it had bucket seats, flex fuel, leather, no sunroof, and was FWD V8. When I submitted my information on their website, I selected FWD not 4WD. After my inspection on 11/3, I receive an email from a *** with CarBuyerUSA stating to call him or text him if he doesn't answer. I call it goes to VM, I then text. I receive a call from *** stating he received my text. I was like I didn't text you, I texted ***. He goes I am the only one that has been in contact with you. So, this was a red flag that he was portraying two people. I have both their numbers and text which are different. *** then proceeds to state that my offer is now *** because I don't have a sunroof, my car isn't a 4WD and I need two new tires. First of all, the guy that inspected my car stated my tires were fine. I never added my car to have a sunroof, limited and or 4WD. And in the beginning, *** knew my car was a 2016 *** Explorer XLT, V8 with FWD. His manager reached out to me, stated Adman should have caught this, then proceeds to be extremely degrading to me, that I wasted their time, that I could go somewhere else to find a better offer. They have not only put my family in a bad position, our *** was waiting on this to clear my loan and now were are left in a very bad position. I have read their reviews and it seems they have tricked other clients into trapping them in and then justifying making it look like the client was the one that made the mistake. This is unacceptable.

This business is a scam. They will offer you a purchase price. The price says up to a certain amount. That was the first flag that this could be misleading. However, their rep *** assured me the price will be honored and would only change per the inspection findings. She stated their company outsources the inspection and they would lose money paying for inspections if their quoted purchase price was not real. My car literally has not a single scratch and it's in perfect condition. This was actually confirmed by the guy they sent to do the inspection. They put the car up on digital auctions as they are somehow connected to Manheim auctions only to make you sit until they get offers on your car. The purchase price is just to buy them as much time as possible. They go silent on communicating with you while this is going on. After my inspection, some guy named *** called me started out by telling me the inspector found scratches and paintwork on my car which is incorrect. These guys are a scam.

Originally approached by them when I was on KBB.org for pricing my car to sell it. The date was 8/19, they texted, called and emailed me all sorts of process and were rushing to process and get the car inspected and purchased. Gave me a super high quote because I gave the wrong mileage, so I understood that part, but a week later they adjusted it when I gave them correct mileage. Took 2 tries to get their appraiser out to my house, one time was me avoiding exposing them to Covid, one they rescheduled. The result of the inspection came the next day and went from $2700 to $500. The check engine light had not been on, yet now it was on and showing 5 errors that have never shown up before, but link to a gas cap not being tight enough during a test. All other items listed were not accurate. She was describing a different car. Really not acceptable and a waste of over a month and a half, now I have car issues because of her inspection.

CarBuyersUSA Offered me $27,000 for a 2021 TOYOTA CAMRY FWD 4C HYBRID with 1,488 miles. They sent me an email requesting my wife's DL front-back registration materials and the original purchase contract. I emailed everything requested. Got a very odd phone call from the Philadelphia area to call back and set up an inspection. I did call back. I have not heard a word from anyone since despite sending several emails requesting the status of the transaction, I am not happy they have such a variety of personal information. They need everything right away to complete the sale fast. Then total and complete silence and no responses CarBuyerUSA. Did we just hand over all of our personal information to a non-reputable company? They guarantee the highest-paid and fastest turnaround time and they are ComplaintsBoard.com+++ rate so we chose them. With NO RESPONSES CarBuyerUSA and the amount of personal information they have, did we get suckered into a bad situation that could lead us on an ugly journey?

Company received my general information about personal vehicle through Kelley Blue Book vehicle appraisal site. They made an offer on my vehicle and persisted over months with alleged intention to buy my vehicle. They have taken my private title and driver's license information and refuse to destroy it as requested although no business has been conducted. Their operation is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. They have asked for a subpoena in order to move forward with the deletion of my private data.

On 5/27 I sold a 2016 Subaru WRX STI to Car Buyer USA. They required me to take the vehicle to their inspection facility. We agreed on Saturday and was assured someone would be there. There was not, but was still able to leave my vehicle. After a few days, they called and said the inspection was complete and offered a price 1,400 lower than originally discussed price. I accepted and completed a purchase agreement. The next day, I worked with a notary and completed the POA and other documents. I sent my ID and loan payoff info. As well as a wire transfer. A check was mailed to my loan company and everything was finalized. The deal was complete. That night a guy named Brian calls and says they can't buy the vehicle. It supposedly had frame damage. Which is does not and have asked for proof, via photos, multiple times. I have received no proof. Carfax is clean. The deal was completed, by the entire team. He (Brian) is the only one to renege. The other members did not understand also.

Haven't heard anything back� feeling nervous about Fact I sent front back my DL n Title and now Silence from CarBuyerUSA. Did I just get played? They Guarantee highest paid that's why I selected their company, however, this went south fast by no response from CarBuyerUSA.

I pinged CarBuyerUSA about possibly buyer my vehicle. They made a generous offer. I accepted and an inspector promptly came to my residence. The independent inspector raved at how clean my truck was. Got my official offer a day later. Over $2,000 lower than original offer. Looking at reviews now echoes this complaint from virtually all that have gone through this company. I then officially signed to agree with these terms over two weeks ago. The vehicle has been sitting in my driveway/carport for over 2 weeks. I reached out the first time to get a status. I was told that they're working to get a driver. Since then, I've emailed twice. And now, they're not even answering correspondence! So unprofessional! Now, I've managed to buy a vehicle out of state and get it delivered here while they are not even updating me. Subsequently, I now pay full coverage insurance on two vehicles due to the poor management at CarBuyerUSA. My next step is getting a lawyer to help expedite this process.

I reached out to CarBuyersUSA on Wed, 10/6 regarding helping my fiance sell a vehicle. I sent text and email correspondence with an employee from then until today, 10/11. I shared photos, registration, etc. The first quote sent to us was sent on Wed. 10/6 for around $80k. This quote was given before I ever directly spoke with anyone at the company. After speaking with someone from the company, he informed me their algorithm messed the quote up, but they could do $70k, pending inspection. Inspection was completed Friday, 10/8. No marks were on the inspection other than a few normal scratches from rocks, etc. On today, 10/11, CarBuyersUSA called and said the most they could pay is $60k. I asked why. He said because of the MINOR scratches (this truck was driven for 4 months total) and the fact that it has a flatbed. The pictures I sent on the first day (10/6) clearly showed the flatbed and I was still offered $70k after that. Something isn't adding up. Very displeased

This took place this past evening (8/28). After spending time on their website, answering every question honestly, I was offered 1515. Before my family even woke on (8/29) the same company, just a different provider. This person emailed to inform me that the offer was wrong and they cannot help me now. I turned down a one time offer to work with this company. They should have to keep their word if I didn't lye; which I didn't. Please help me get justice. The program that is used should not be giving individuals wrong information unless lied too, I agree. Please Help. I am on a fixed income (SSDI); My husband is service connected disabled, he only receives V.A. Ben so turning down that one time offer and going with this business instead has been a very bad choice. It states in the first email that I received that, "Based on the information given we can pay you up to 1515 upon verification of vehicle history." I didn't lie so everything according to them should have been fine.
