CaptainHause.com review: 12 foot black umbrella with free base

On July 22, 2022 I ordered a 12 foot solar powered LED Double top Cantilever Patio Umbrella from Captainhause.com and paid them with a credit card. My order was confirmed by email and after much communications with their customer service I still have not received my umbrella I paid for. They even gave me a bogus tracking number finally after many requests for one. They keep lieing to me saying it has been sent but I've never received it. This is October 11th. The last response from them I looked up the tracking number they finally gave and it said it was delivered in my mailbox in Sept. Well the last time I looked my mailbox is not big enough for a 12 foot umbrella to fit in. This is obvious a scam which they advertised a lot this summer on facebook.

I wanted to make sure that people know about this so they don't get scammed and this company supposedly exists in California. They even post a phone number. Oh and I also paid extra for fast deliverey for shipping.
