I have had this company out 3 times, for 3 different things and am completely happy with their work. They are respectful, timely, considerate, and professional at all times. I definitely highly recommend this company.

Capital Plumbing was called to check the work of a previous service provider. They diligently checked the source of an unusual noise in the furnace motor and inspected all of the other components, ensuring everything was in proper running order. I was highly satisfied with the work done. Gil V.

The service was great. Technician John was skilled, polite, punctual and cleaned up before he left. This company has a binder explaining their pricing. The price was reasonable considering he was here for 4 hours, went to get a part, came back and finished the same day. I would call them again.

Capital plumbing did the gas lines for my basement suite. They performed an excellent work. When my appliances arrived, they also installed them. Extra change for installation. But overall it was a great service. Customer service are really nice and always ready to answer your questions. Will recommend.

This is not the first time I have required their services. But, each time they have come over and it didn't matter which technician arrived, the service call has been consistently excellent from start to finish. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful across the board. And I must include the front office staff as well.

I had worked on my furnace and replaced every part I could get my little hands on, some of which we (Capital Mechanical Plumbing & Heating and I) had identified as being 'close to the end of life' such as the inducer motor. The technician from Capital Mechanical Plumbing & Heating came to the site and we talked through some of the issues, he figured out the mystery! Jesse & Paul were very professional and knowledgeable. They reconfigured our community league's pipes in our rink shack, installed the required backflow valve and new shut-off valve. Jesse did a very neat job in soldering and they ensured room was left clean and tidy. Jesse took the time to explain what they did, and I would definitely recommend them.

Capital Mechanical Plumbing & Heating is my go-to firm for all matters relating to the smooth functioning of my now rather old house. They keep the water running, the toilets flushing, the drains draining, and the furnace cleaned and running quietly. He off red a concise and informative assessment in a timely way which was communicated kindly and alerted us to what we could expect from our model for planning purposes in the near future. I recently used Capital Mechanical Plumbing & Heating for a simple replacement of my kitchen faucet- remove the old one and put in a new one. It took just under 1 hour to complete and they charged me $394.00 for this simple and easy service. I also supplied at an extra cost the new faucet as I purchased it from a different retailer. I know they are allowed to charge what they want but I find labor costs of $394.00 for not even a full hour's work is very expensive and when I talked to their management they defended this high price. I will not use this company again for any future needs.

We came back from a winter holiday in Texas only to find our furnace had stopped producing heat 1 day later. We have been with Capital plumbing for just over 5 years and very happy with their service. We called Capital Plumbing and explained our problem. They were very quick to diagnose the problem and attended our home to confirm that the furnace had to be replaced. Paul and Daniel arrived first thing in the morning and explained everything to us. We chose the furnace that met our needs and Paul had one of his co-workers deliver the furnace. Both men worked all day with no brakes and we had the furnace installed by 5:30 pm. Everything was cleaned up and the both men explained what was going to happen with the furnace. Both men were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We feel that both men went above and beyond their call to duty and would highly recommend Capital Plumbing for service and replacement.

My 87 year-old mother had the furnace in her condo quit in the middle of the big Sherwood Park, Alberta deep freeze last winter. The guy Capital Mechanical Plumbing and Heating sent out spent several hours scratching his head and muttering about how he couldn't figure out my mom's high-efficiency furnace. He was sent packing, but not before charging $500 and quoting $4200 for a fix (and recommending complete furnace replacement for $7,700). The technician seemed inexperienced and lacked the necessary knowledge to diagnose and repair the furnace. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Capital Mechanical Plumbing and Heating. I discussed the poor service call with the Capital rep, asking for my mom's $500 back. Needless to say, the shockingly poor service by the service call appears to be the norm with Capital. He pretended to be reasonable, but just kept stalling and has now stopped responding to my emails and voice mail. I cannot recommend their services.
