I ordered a Custom Print with Canvas n' Decor on November 28. It was a special Custom Order Print for my elderly father for Christmas. It was a wood print with a photo of him and I in the background, and a poem written overtop of the photo. The proof looked amazing, and I was very excited to get this in for him for Christmas.

I had not heard anything about my order so was getting concerned. I followed up December 11, and their response was that I will get this shortly before Christmas. On December 18, I still had not received any kind of confirmation that the product had been shipped. When I followed up, I was told that I would receive it by the end of the week.

Finally I received it late December 22. When I opened it, the product received looked nothing like the print. The photo of my father and I was so faded that you couldn't even see it in the light. This left me scrambling days before Christmas to find something else meaningful for my Dad. When I contacted Canvas n' Decor about my displeasure, this was the response received:

"The image provided is a very light background. Even just looking at the image on the screen you have difficulty seeing the background.

This is normal if you want to have text over the image. You want to see the text first.

Our printer did a good job from what we can see. It matched the image that was provided.

If you darken the background image you will lose the text and things may look muddled.

The issue with this image could be more the layout of the image.

If you like to see the two things clearly one should not be on top of the other."

I will, unfortunately, be out the cost of this product and will have to order this with a company that values their customers and is happy to work with them. I am shocked that this meaningful gift to my father has left such a sour taste due to Canvas n' Decor, and I would NOT recommend using them for any type of custom product.

I gotta say, the canvas prints from canvasndecor.ca were pretty good quality. However, the customer service and delivery time left a lot to be desired. This was actually my second time ordering from them and both times, the prints took way longer than the average processing time listed on the website (which was supposed to be 4 business days). I had to reach out to them both times to inquire about the status of my order. And let me tell you, the customer service availability was seriously lacking. I called them multiple times during business hours, at different times and days throughout the week, and only managed to get through once. Not cool, man. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

At first, I gotta say that the experience of using Canvas & Decor's website was a bit confusing. I had to search for a few minutes to get to where I wanted to be, but eventually, I got there. However, I think that the website could be more user-friendly.

When I was adding my photos to the canvas gallery, it took a few minutes to save. I was a bit worried that something went wrong, but then I realized that it was just because my images were large and great quality. It would have been nice to have an additional comment saying that it may take about 60 seconds or more to properly upload the images to the gallery. This way, I wouldn't have felt so anxious about waiting.

But, I gotta say that the wait was well worth it when I saw how crisp my images looked in the end! I'm excited to get my massive gallery in the mail!

Overall, I think that Canvas & Decor is a great place to get your photos printed on canvas. The quality is amazing, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone who wants to turn their photos into beautiful works of art.

I had a bit of a rough experience with Canvas & Decor. I reached out to customer service a while ago and still haven't heard back from them. I decided to just go ahead and place my order anyway, but it ended up being two weeks late. It wasn't until I finally complained that it was shipped for delivery. I can't help but feel like this was intentional.

Despite the delays, the prints themselves do look nice. However, I was really disappointed with the 8x8 canvas I received. The brightness and contrast were just terrible. It's hard to believe that anyone actually compared it to the png I sent before shipping it out. I'm not sure if this was due to a lack of proper equipment or just poor quality control from the employees. Either way, if this is the best they can do, they really need to let people know before they send in their pictures. If I had known it was going to turn out this bad, I would have exaggerated the contrast myself in paint.net so that the canvas would look more proper.

Overall, I'm not sure if I would order from Canvas & Decor again. The prints are nice, but the customer service and quality control could definitely use some improvement.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the photos I got from Canvas & Decor. They really know how to make those pictures pop! However, I did have a few issues with the ordering process that I think could be improved.

First of all, their phone service hours are just ridiculous. I mean, who only works from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.? That's barely enough time for me to even think about calling them! And if I do have a problem with my order, I don't want to have to wait until the next day to get it resolved. Come on, Canvas & Decor, get with the times and offer some better phone support!

Speaking of ordering, I had a bit of trouble when I tried to add multiple photos to my cart. It just wasn't working right and I had to keep entering the same photos over and over again. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest. But hey, at least the end result was worth it.

Overall, I think Canvas & Decor is a pretty solid choice for getting your photos printed on canvas. Just be prepared for some minor hiccups along the way.

Canvas 'N Decor is the best! I can't believe how fast they got my canvas done. My husband died and I wanted a big canvas for his funeral. I called and talked to someone and they said they could do it fast. They weren't lying! The canvas came to my house and it was so pretty. Everyone at the funeral was looking at it. It was the best part of the whole thing. Now I have it in my room and it looks so good. I'm so happy I found this place. They are so nice and the canvas is really good quality. I'm never going anywhere else!

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the thing I ordered from Canvas & Decor. It was exactly what I wanted and it looked real nice hanging up on my wall. But let me tell you, the shipping was a real pain in the butt. I was waiting and waiting for it to show up, and the tracking info wouldn't even show up until the day it was supposed to arrive. And then, get this, it said it had already been delivered! But there was no package to be found anywhere near my doorstep.

So I called up the shipping company and they said they'd have to talk to the driver and call me back. Well, an hour later, my neighbor from three doors down comes over with the package. It was left on his doorstep, even though it had my name and house number on it and it said a signature was needed. And get this, he didn't even sign for it! What kind of nonsense is that?

I never did hear back from the shipping company, so I had to call them again and tell them I finally got my package. I mean, come on, we pay enough for shipping these days, you'd think they could at least follow some basic instructions. Or maybe Canvas & Decor should find a different shipper who actually cares about doing their job right. But hey, at least the thing I ordered was good.

I gotta say, I'm pretty stoked about this company! They did everything just right, got my stuff to me in one piece and on time for my hubby's bday, even though they were moving in June when I put in my order. (I did give myself a good 3 weeks lead time, but still...) I had them make me 3 big canvas prints and a collage of my man's vintage cars. When I first put the pics up online, I got a warning that the resolution was low for the 36x24 size. I asked Customer Service to check it out for me. I don't know if they fixed it up or if it was good enough as is, but the prints came out crystal clear! On the collage, I had a "now" pic of a 1970's photo that wasn't the best quality to start with, but it didn't lose anything when they made it bigger for the collage. My man is over the moon. This company is the bomb!

I've been ordering from Canvas & Decor for a while now and I have to say, I keep coming back for more. The quality of their products is simply amazing and I can't get enough of it. However, there were a few hiccups in my recent order that I thought I should mention.

Firstly, I received an email saying that I would be updated when my order was shipped. However, I received my order at home before I ever got an email telling me it was shipped. I even checked the website and it said my order was still in production even on the day that I received it. It was a bit confusing, but I'm just glad I got my order in the end.

Secondly, UPS rang the wrong bell when they tried to deliver my order. They rang the bell to my old address, even though I had updated my new address on the Canvas & Decor website. I had to go retrieve my order somewhere else, which was a bit of a hassle. But I know it's not the fault of the folks at Canvas & Decor, so I can't really blame them for that.

Despite these issues, I would still order from Canvas & Decor again in a heartbeat. The quality of their products is just too good to pass up. And besides, I've ordered from them before and never had any issues, so I'm sure this was just a one-time thing. Keep up the good work, Canvas & Decor!

We decided to give Canvas & Decor a try because of their wall display layout options. We've tried other companies before, but their layouts just didn't suit our needs. This one, however, was perfect for us. Plus, the website was very user-friendly compared to others we've tried. Uploading our photos was a breeze, and we especially liked that we could easily enlarge the picture to crop it.

One thing we thought would be really cool is if they included a paper template when you order the wall displays. This would make it easier to hang the pictures on the wall without having to measure each individual photo. It would definitely make things more user-friendly!

The only thing we wish they would improve on is giving a better estimate of delivery time once you place your order. It would be nice to receive an email right after you place your order that gives you an approximate delivery date. Waiting for an order is expected, but it's always nice to know the approximate length of time you'll have to wait.

Overall, we're really excited to receive our order and hang the pictures on our wall. We can't wait to see how they turn out!

This business is just plain awful. I can't even begin to describe how bad my experience has been with them.

So, I placed three orders on July 1st for a total of 16 canvas prints. I was so excited to receive them, but it took a whole month for them to arrive (early August). And when they did, I was so disappointed. Two thirds of the prints were printed incorrectly, and some of them were even physically damaged before they were packaged. Out of the 16 prints, only 3 were printed correctly and undamaged. And the quality of the prints was just mediocre, at best.

Trying to deal with their customer service has been a complete nightmare. They're nice enough, but they're just so incompetent and don't seem to care at all. They keep making empty promises and excuses, but nothing ever gets resolved.

It's now the last day of August, which means it's been two whole months since I placed my orders. And I still don't have all of the prints I paid for. The latest replacement I received just a few minutes ago is even more damaged than the one it was supposed to replace.

Honestly, it's clear that the people who run this business just don't care. They'll waste your time, ignore your emails, and give you the runaround while blaming everything on COVID-19.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business at all costs.

I recently ordered some canvas prints from Canvas & Decor and I must say, they are absolutely stunning! The colors are vibrant and the quality is top-notch. However, I did have a couple of issues with my order.

Firstly, one of the canvases had a little support behind it that was not installed on the proper side. This was a bit frustrating as the picture was printed in portrait and the support was on the wrong side. It took a bit of maneuvering to get it to hang properly, but I was able to make it work.

Secondly, I paid for shipping but when the canvases arrived, nobody was home to receive them. This meant that I had to either pay additional fees for a second shipping attempt or drive a whopping 65km to pick up my order! Needless to say, this was quite inconvenient and I was not pleased with the situation.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Canvas & Decor, but I do think they could improve their shipping and delivery process. Despite the minor issues, I would still recommend this company for their beautiful canvas prints.

Canvas n' Decor is a pretty good service, I gotta say. I've ordered from them three times now and I'm mostly happy with what I've gotten. But, I gotta be real with y'all, the last thing I got was a bit of a letdown. There was a big ol' mark on the canvas and it made me so mad I just chucked it in the trash. But, you know what, I'm not gonna hold it against them too much. Stuff happens, right? So, I'm giving them another chance and ordering the same picture again. Fingers crossed it comes out better this time!

It was a real bummer because I needed these prints to be a gift for someone and I was on a tight schedule. But, the customer service team was really helpful and they were able to sort out the issue and get my prints to me just in the nick of time.

This website could use some improvements. Every time I try to add something to my cart, it says "system error" which makes me feel uneasy about the whole process. Also, when I was trying to check out, my login session timed out without any warning, and my cart suddenly became empty. This is not a good experience for customers and makes me question the reliability of this website. Another thing that bothers me is that they charge a rural surcharge for UPS, which I have never seen any other vendor do before. However, I must admit that their prices and quality are good, so I will probably come back. By the way, they should consider using FTP, Amazon S3, or Dropbox for file upload as it would make the process much easier for customers.

Hey there! So, I was really excited to try out Canvas & Decor for printing a collage, but unfortunately the site didn't seem to want to cooperate with me. I tried to download the collage, but it just wouldn't work. Instead, I decided to go with four separate items to create a square shape on my wall. It ended up costing a bit more, but I think it will look great!

I was hoping to apply a discount of 10% since I was purchasing four items, but the site didn't seem to want to let me do that either. I tried to pay with PayPal, but it just wouldn't log me in. It was a bit frustrating, but I'm hoping that everything will work out in the end.

I'm really excited to give these prints to my husband for his birthday in May, so I'm hoping that Canvas & Decor can help me out with that extra discount. Overall, I think the site has some issues that need to be worked out, but I'm still excited to see how the prints turn out!

The shipping time was reasonable, but I did encounter a couple of issues. Firstly, I was charged for UPS shipping upfront, but it was later changed to Canada Post due to the area it was being shipped to. While this was understandable, I did have some trouble getting the tracking number. I was told that I would receive it later that day or the next day, but unfortunately, I never did.

Additionally, I had some questions about the shipping charges since the canvas was no longer being shipped by UPS and was instead going through Canada Post.
