Canada Post review: Delivery of my mail.

I have a slot in a community mail box. Delivery has been pretty good but in the last 6 weeks or so, I have been getting other people's mail, like my next door neighbour, or mail for someone on a street a few blocks away that has the same street number but the wrong street that starts with the same letter as mine. I live at 10 Penrose Court, Brampton, Ontario L6Z 4P1. I got confidential mail for someone living on 10 Peterson Court. The address looks close with someone with poor eyesight (I dropped that misdirected piece of mail into the mail box).

I also order stamps for my collection and 2 of my orders that have been shipped by mail the last few months have not been received. The cost isn't a lot but I was really looking forward to the one that should have arrived October 24 and it never did. This is causing me issues with eBay and the person I buy from. He doesn't want to lose his good rating if I don't receive my orders from him. I think that the mail is going to the wrong address and I think the contractor needs to take better care in directing the mail to the correct mail boxes and correct slots.
