LZWS000567029 Heidi Bender's police report for the missing items from my bag while under the care of WestJet flight #KSYYCSSA31 March 22, 2016

Flight # KS YYCSSA31 WS 676 gate A21 March 22nd 2016 at 6:20pm
that flight had been delayed by half hour,
once we landed from Calgary Airport to Toronto Pearson at 12:42am
we passengers had to wait for our luggage 45 min.
Not sure why that was?
I grabbed my bag as I had a ride waiting for me.

Items that were no longer in my bag from a flight I took from Calgary, AB to Toronto Pearson International

Items not found in my bag that I had in the bag I put through Check Baggage in Calgary Airport, AB
>1 TomTom $300.00 taxes included
> 1 plastic glad bag of 7 personal travel containers filled up with liquids for personal use, $25.00 taxes included.
There were other items I did not find in my bag that was found taken / missing out of my travel bag that had gone in the care of check baggage handlers.

I need this item replaced asap please, as it was one of my work tools.
I drive for a living and it's an essential tool for my work as a
driver, especially in the United States.

They kept asking me to do more things for them and I did everything they wanted, but I have not had any of their claims of refunding me in full yet...it's almost mid August and this happened in March 2016

Excuse me but I did what I was to do under the instructions of a Westjet agent one month ago.
The young man told me he had all the information that was required and that a Westjet agent would be in touch...NOW you're telling me I have to wait another month?
This is the worst service I have had to go through.
I will be in contact tomorrow with someone at Westjet.

When I looked into the status of my claim...it says that my claim is closed.

I want a tracking number for that credit card that Westjet claims they have sent to me, Heidi Bender
That tracking number should have been your job to provide me.
I am not impressed with how this whole procedure has been handled in something that Westjet has caused me.

Please provide me that tracking number

Nowhere in any of the last emails do they reassure me that I will be getting my refund.
I expect $608.00 from Westjet for taking / stealing my GPS and then getting me to buy another GPS mentioning they would refund me full amount.
I want for Westjet to send me my full refund of $608.00 asap!
