Hello,
I went to change my tires and they installed the wrong wheel nugs that also hold the hub caps in place. The mechanic put one tie wrap on each hubcap and I almost lost the hubcaps since they were not fastened correctly.
I went back to ask why this happened and the manager said I was lucky the mechanic even tie wrapped them since it’s not their problem. Very bad after sales service especially when spending $100 to change my tires. They took no responsibilty and very rude. The last place I will ever bring my car for repairs. Unprofessional is putting it mildly
Desired outcome: I want to know what happened to the original wheel nugs that also held my hubcaps in place without tie wraps. I also want the original ones found or replaced.
