European Jewellery / European Boutique - Unethical, condescending, and unwelcoming paying only the suit and tie type.

I recently bought a gold curb chain for a cross, I felt talked down to and manipulated. The chain broke that day!

An example of how a jewelry store should operate is Michael Hill. I bought a chain online and it was not keen on it. The store took it back no questions asked. Very helpful warm atmosphere even during Black Friday.

I have a credit at European Jewelers and their policy is unprofessional, unethical and slimy. Not a pleasant experience and they are I felt ripped off
They don't even provide any deals on Black Friday, just the tax removed.

I would like my money back, not an in store credit

Desired outcome: They even watermark it so you cannot reprint it. How trusting is that. Preferably I want my money back I don't want to give them my 1200.00$
