The Brick - LG refrigerator

I purchased a refrigerator on September 19th, it was the display model on the sales floor. I had to leave it unplugged for 24 hours due to it being on its side on the way home. Once we plugged it in it continued to make a chiming noise. I was unsure of why this was happening so I contacted the manufacturer. I was told it was the sensor going off due to the doors being installed by the Brick incorrectly. So I immediately contacted the Heritage Brick location and was told to contact the service dealer and provided me with the contact number. I contacted the service dealer, they told me because it had not been 48 hours after purchasing the fridge the Brick would have to resolve the issue. I then contacted the Brick yet again to be told again to call the service depot. I then said I was getting the run around and wanted this resolved. I was then told she would get back to me in about an hour. After 2 hours of listening to the chime that sounds every 30 seconds I decided to contact the Brick once again. I was told that the employee was just emailing me, which I thought was odd after our contact had been by phone. I now needed to provide photos, which I did. Eventually I was told they would send a technician which could take up to 10 days, she also told me they could not expedite the issue. In the mean time I contacted head office in Edmonton to explain the situation and see if they could resolve it sooner. Unfortunately I was only able to send an email as customer service never answers their phone. On September 22nd I received a response from head office via email stating ui would have to go through the manufacturer for warranty, keep in mind I have the purchased warranty from the Brick as well. I responded to the email stating a technician was scheduled to come and how on earth does head office not do any research prior to following up with a customer. I asked The representative Dakota Jones to give me a call, as now I am concerned that no technician is coming. I did not receive a call back, so I left 2 voice-mails, again no return call. It is now October 3rd we have been listening to this chime now that goes off every 30 seconds for 14 days. The lack of customer service from the Brick is appalling. There is no employee there that tries to go above and beyond like there competitors do. I thought I should write this after reading other reviews and the lack of concern to rectify the issue any sooner, and the run around I was initially given. Train your staff, otherwise you will be another company that closes the doors, and they will all be out of jobs. Oh and a technician will be at my home this afternoon, hoping this will all be just a memory.

The Brick - RAJI (sales) CHARLIE (manager) Dixie & Dundas

My online review:

"Do not, do not, do not buy from this location! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not purchase ANYTHING from salesman, RAJI or deal with CHARLIE, the store manager. Disgusting and horrible service. Once you make payment, kiss the service out the window. My list is too long to report what I experienced for a simple washer and dryer. I was sick and cried over their lack of interest to fix their awful service. My washer and dryer is sitting in my living room as I write this. I beg you NOT to order from the brick. You will avoid headaches, frustration, anger and disgust. Fraudulent, lying, scamming and manipulative sale tactics. RAJI should get arrested or fired."

Desired outcome: I want to speak directly to President, Dave Freeman to apprise of his staff and horrible service I received.

The Brick - Washer/dryer

Placed an order for a washer and dryer. That was supposed to be delivered today after waiting 3 weeks... I called in to confirm delivery and they told me the products are not in stock and they won't be in till December sometime.

There was absolutely no phone call no update that they changed everything and there was a waiting period of an additional two months.. after. And when I called in to talk to someone they pretty much said that's the way it goes and could care less.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had from any company in my entire life, now I am sitting without a washer and dryer because the brick completely screwed us over.

Desired outcome: Free washer and dryer

Product availability is terrible all over. That doesn't excuse poor communication.

By the way, by stating they "could care less" you're starting that, in fact, they do care.
