FreshCo

On Sunday, August 20, 2023, around 4:40 pm, I went to my local Freshco in Weber greens Edmonton to get a few things. Upon going into the store I noticed a woman and man walking out of the store with their dog on a leash. The dog was not service dog and as I looked at the woman going out as I was going in, she sheepishly grinned at me and left.

I love animals but not in a grocery store or any place where food is being served. I asked the clerk who literally was beside them before they went out when they changed their policy to let animals into the store. She was oblivious as to the fact there was a dog there even though it would have walked by her 10 seconds before. Freshco's staff is as useless as they come and won't even bag your groceries even when you hand the bags right to them.

I really shouldn't rag on the staff as a store or business is only as good as its management and supervisors are. Sorry Freshco, won't be going to your outlets anymore and will be spreading the word about letting animals into your premises.
