Oct 01, 2023: I have been buying this product for two months, approx one box a week. Every box has an exposed or a concealed void - at least 1oz, and occasionally up to 3oz. The most recent, purchased 09/23/23 from Giant Grocery, Easton, MD has a concealed void of 4.2oz.

This is not an occasional packaging glitch; this is a customary occurance.

And it is unacceptable.

Here are the markings on the bottom of the box: "Jan2925 GB1" "29230 B 22:30" "F.G. #[protected]" "[protected]".

It was just a container of vanilla. There weren't any cookie pieces at all. This actually happened in 2 of the last 3 containers I purchased. It's bad enough that Breyers manufactures these defective containers, but it's even worse that they are sold in retail stores. In reaching out to Breyers, they give a standard response (the weight checker should have found them), but they don't seem at all sorry OR interested in using manufacturing methods that would have prevented the production of defective cartons (like statistical and optimization methods).

My 10 year old son had a birthday party what goes best with cake,? ICE-CREAM (of course) !

His absolute favorite icecream is chocolate chip cookie dough! So of course it’s his bday he gets what he wants ! But we go to serve it and there’s like NO cookie dough pieces or chocolate chips ! I seen like 2 pieces of cookie dough and maybe 2 little specks of a chocolate chip . He was so disappointed! Along with all the family and friends!

Today 01/05/2023 I purchased a carton 1.5 quarts of Bryce’s chocolate chip ice cream after dinner while watching tv I opened it to my surprise I did not get chocolate chip what I got was 95 % vanilla ice cream with just a few chocolate chips ( very few ) wtf Bryce’s I paid 5 dollars for this little carton of yours and you cheap out on the chips .if I wanted vanilla I would have bought vanilla and yes I have pics not buying your ice cream anymore I’ll checkout some of the other brands

We just bought a container of this today 01/01/2023 the flavor is so bland, much smaller container but higher price and only had a couple of strawberries in the entire container. We use to love Breyers ice cream. Never buying this ice cream again. Talked to other family members and friends they said the same thing. Such a tasteless mess! We will buy a different brand.

I’ve seen many complaints and lawsuits against Unilever and Tresemme but they are denying any wrongdoing here in South Africa. They want some medical report from a dermatologist but they don’t know exactly what I should do. I have no clue what to do. It’s a known fact worldwide that they use dangerous ingredients and they have been sued and there are ongoing lawsuits for the past decade.

I’ve used Tresemme Smooth and Silky for many years but in recent years I’ve been getting serious reactions like boils, pus, itching, burning, bleeding and hair loss. It has been scientifically proven that the cumulative effect eventually gets out of hand when the skin is totally sensitised. It does not matter how many ppms of the ingredients are initially added to the formulation. How can I handle the situation in South Africa?

Just recently I purchased cherry Garcia for my mother in law. She ate it and noticed there wasn’t a single cherry throughout the entire gallon of ice cream. She kept hoping that some would show up at some point in the container. Nothing. I purchased that gallon at the Harris Teeter in Kitty Hawk NC. I don’t recall exact day. Then a couple of weeks ago I purchased a gallon of breyers chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and my 7 year old kept complaining there wasn’t any cookie dough chunks in it. I didn’t really think anything of it until I myself took a bowl full as it is my favorite ice cream- and I didn’t get a single spoonful of cookie dough. I purchased this container at my local food lion in Grandy North Carolina. Don’t recall exact day either unfortunately. Each night I’d scoop more ice cream and no chunks to be found. At $6/a gallon I’m upset that I lost out on my favorite ice cream. Not once but twice! I love breyers and so do my kids but I don’t think I want to purchase breyers anymore with the chance of not getting what I’ve paid for.

Rotten pecans I got sick I tried to tell Walmart they tell me to get in touch with Breyers ice cream you go through the web and make a phone call they tell you to call back Monday through Friday what do I get an attorney sue you for me getting sick Walmart and buy ice cream I am in your eating buys ice cream with 35 years I’m a 65 year old man I don’t need to get stomach sick from eating your rotten ice cream lol get back

I have been a loyal purchaser of Bryers ice cream for over 10 years. Even after switching to Lactose Free ice cream 5 years ago it continued to be my favorite affordable go to. Earlier this year I noticed the lactose free vanilla started tasting terrible. Just tastes less like ice cream and more fake with a weird flavor. I read on line how the recipes have been changing and stopped purchasing the lactose free. I switched back to the regular Vanilla/Chocolate and was able to purchase that flavor until most recently the store where I get it must have switched to stocking more recent inventory with the new recipe. It's just awful. No longer does it have the sweet vanilla bean notes or rich chocolate flavor. I will no longer buy Breyers ice cream.

BAD PECANS IN OUR ICE CREAM! Me and my boyfriend bought some butter pecan ice cream and while eating it I ate a pecan and it filled my mouth with a chemical taste it tasted such as bleach or nail polish was poured in my mouth and I was complaining to my boyfriend and he really didn’t think much of it and thought I was being dramatic well however he was still eating the ice cream then he started making a weird face and complaining about his mouth tasting like bleach. We stopped eating the ice cream and went to google and it said bad pecans taste like nail polish remover. Therefore Bryers is now selling ice cream with bad pecans in it. The pecans literally tasted like bleach was poured into our mouth and not to mention the price on the ice cream. You guys are ridiculous. NEVER BUYING AGAIN!

Today I purchased 2 gallons of your icecream 1 chocolate/vanilla and 1 butter pecan I opened the chick/vanilla and it had freezer burn, I tried taking it back to Edison Shoprite and they told me I couldn't return icecream and advised me to write to customer service and tell them what happened... I don't have my receipt so don't know what u can do to remedy my situation

Purchased about a week ago, went to open it. Looks like it is all dried out and the amount shrink in size. Purchased at a Safeway food store in AZ

I bought a box of Breyers pecan butter ice cream from Giant in Maryland. The shell hurt my tooth. I reported this incident to Breyers and send them all the photos as they required. But they decline to compensate me anything except asking me to send them back the pecan shell and box. I informed them I had already sent them all of the photos and I couldn't these physical evidence. They refused to process anything from there. What horrible product and terrible attitude from Breyers!

Purchased a tub of Butter Pecan and the taste of the Pecans are horrible this is usually the best brand for Butter Pecan but it taste nothing like it usually does, the ice cream seems like it's Missing something just a very horrible tub of ice cream I purchased from the Kroger in Bartlett Tennessee a week ago April 24th 2022

I just tried the low carb vanilla ice cream and it is very bland. There is no taste of vanilla flavoring at all. I love the regular vanilla , but it is full fat and I am trying to avoid fat.The regular vanilla has specks of vanilla bean. Please add this ingredient and increase the vanilla taste.

I am a new mom breastfeeding my 3 month old baby and just had a small bowl of breyers butter pecan ice cream and after biting into a pecan I had a terrible chemical taste in my mouth that won’t go away.. I’m so scared it’s something bad that will make me and my baby sick now and scared to breastfeed him now.. This is not okay how can they put products like this i’m stores..

This is the 2nd time this has happened and I understand its a production line and things like this happen but its still frustrating and annoying. I buy 4 half gallons of cookies and cream ice cream every week. When I opened 2 of them no Cookies just vanilla ice cream now I have to try and return them. I can sent you pictures and dates on bottom of container. I don't have the receipt.

Balled up black long hairs found in my last servings of brewers rocky road ice cream 3/27/22. My husband had to take it out his mouth and ask me what it was, causing me to continuously regurgitate, triggering my dog curiosity and his uncontrollable need to eat my vomit! I am highly disappointed, upset, scared to eat, super high anxiety causing me to still gag the morning after

Your peppermint hot chocolate ice cream is not the same every time. The chocolate in some of them are really dark chocolate and the others are very light almost white looking, I buy A LOT of this flavor because, in the beginning, the chocolate was very dark and delicious that's what I liked about it but it seems like every time I buy it its light and not as good. Do you not use the same recipe all the time? When I say I buy a lot of this flavor I mean I eat a half-gallon everyday! I'm only 120 lbs believe it or not and I have been doing this since this flavor came out. I know not good for my sugar. That's also an idea making it sugar-free! The main reason for my complaint is the consistency of your products I don't want to stop buying them but I would like you to fix the problem LOL Seriously though I love it aside from my complaint.
