I faced service outage from tata sky. I lodged a complaint and they scheduled service appointment. The engineer didn't turn up on that date/time. I reconnected with the tata sky helpline and they apologized and provided another appointment. The same story repeated for this appointment. Without loosing hope in a brand like tata, I called/chatted with help desk. The help desk personnel apologize and promise quick resolution. We had subscribed for 2 regional packa in tata sky and we have already paid the amount for 3 months.Now they have stopped all these channels and they are telling that they are doing an upgrade to hd.Only if we buy their hd set top box we will be able to view these channels.We feel totally cheated .Is nt this unfair that after we pay we get set top box and believe we will be able to view these channels and they have stopped all these channels one fine day .We called customer care but they have not even replied back .Please trake action against such total lack of ethics...

Tata Sky - Wrongly deducted amount

I relocated and had called tata sky for reinstallation clearly mentioning I have my settop box and dish. After following up multiple times, I finally had to call the engineer myself and beg him to come to my place and get it done. For 8 days I was without connection. Then I realised they had wrongly deducted 625/- from my account in lieu of a new kit for which I had never ordersed. Reinstallation charges are separately deducted so no confusion there. For last two days, I would have called them 10 times, spoket to their supervisors/managers, sent many mails to helpdesk... no resolution yet.

Our subscriber ID is 1005210842 and we have raised an up gradation request on the 2nd of November, 2012 and we have been hearing from Tata Sky that there is a technical problem on my Set-top box and they will not be able to upgrade the box from a normal set-top box which i bought from Tata Sky.

Now my problem is unique to Tata Sky. I have 2 set-top boxes that i have purchased from Tata Sky. One in 2007 and the other in 2010-11. Tata Sky has made my 2010-11 connection a primary connection and since I did ask for a removal from a multi-room setup the 2007 box was executed. Now when...

VERY PATHETIC SERVICE...I HAVE REQUESTING TATA SKY TO COME TO CHECK THE SET TOP BOX AT MY RESIDENCE SINCE A WEEK. My Subscriber Id no is - 1071277642. I have made repetitive installation requests however there is one standard scripted reply stating that there is a local cable operator issue and the installation will be done in 8 days. This is a standard reply I am getting for last month for the Subscription taken in month of September. Unfortunately whenever you call TATA Sky Customer Service desk the call automatically gets disconnected with 5 minutes stating "Maximum Call Duration reached". I have spoken to almost all Supervisors but none of them have been able to provide any support. Need help....

I am having Tata Sky connection since long time and I almost pay up around 400 - 500 Rs per month as subscription charges. The reception during monsoon becomes a problem due to rains which is understandable and hence was not complained about by me. However, post monsoon, Channels 101 to 123 on Tata Sky under entertainment segment continued with reception problem. The picture stops in between, sound gets cranky. I am Jayagopal.G from kerala with Tatasky connection from last 2 -3 years.My tatasky Id is 1033323047.
Tatasky is providing only few malayalam channels compared to other service providers. On 21st of this month Tatasky dropped Amritha TV and DD malayalam without any notice or even a message in the setupbox. If they are adding any channels they will send messages in every one hour or less.
I contacted customer care about this but they also dont know whether this channels will be added or are permanently removed from list. As this is their approach to a keralite who is asking for...

Dear Concerned,
it is worst experience with Tata Sky in last few months. My suscriber id is 1044169959. There was a problem related to technical services due to which my digi-comp is not getting signals. Worst part is concerned people of Tata Sky don't have even time to respond for last 12-14 days & my account is being chareged for even stop services. What a pity???????
with this recent experience I can say with 1000% confidence that there can be no competition to Tata Sky for pathetic customer servicing & customer cheating!!!

Dear Sir,
I am a TATA Sky user. Due to some technical problem I am not getting the signal properly and I am unable to watch my TV. The problem started from 08-09-2011. I have informed the operator on 09-09-2011. He came and said that the antenna should be shifted to another place and he will come on 10-09-2011 early in the morning. Till now he has not come and he also switched off his cell phone. His name is Satish and his cell phone number is 08953185061 (as given by him). It is very problematic for me. Please help.

we had launched a complaint of shifting the dish from ahmedabad to Mumbai on 24th Aug but no one came to remove the dish in Ahmedabad and we did the same ourselves only . then in Mumbai we requested them to at least re install and fix the dish but no one attended the compliant . then one phone came and the person said he cannot come because its raining .we said ok but he never turned up. we phone again to them and they we will follow up or the person is coming in half an hour . on the 30th aug the person came after loads of scoldings at 9 'o clock in the night...

Hello,
Since last few days am having issues viewing some channels.
When I called Tata Sky helpline nos, I was taken to phone transfer hells. And the voice was so low, that my old granny speaks louder than that. Finally a guy came online and when I told him about the problem, he asked me to pay 125/- so that someone can come to my house and look into this matter.
I was surprised!!! Why should I pay for your wrong doings??? I am a customer and complaining about a service. Now it's your duty to fix it. And instead of doing their duty they were asking me for payment???

I had recently ordered TATA SKY over the internet. I got a call from the marketing department and subsequenlty placed the order. I also paid advance for whole 12 months of subscription. I was told that installation charge of Rs 500 will be included and I was fine with that. I was assured that no other installation charges would be levied after that. Subsequently, after the engineer came and installed the device, an additional charge of Rs 500 was levied on the pretext of long cable. I felt very cheated.

We started facing no signal problem in our Tata Sky from Monday afternoon. We lodged a complaint with Tat sky customer care on Monday with a promose to us that the problem will be fixed in 24 hours. The technician did come to our residence at 3pm on Tuesday.
