Best service ever at Target in Medina, MN
I was so pleased this morning when I went into Target/Medina, MN to look for a toy my grandson wanted for his birthday. I soon found out it is one of the most popular toys of the season. A Hatchimal. I interacted with about 5 employees who all made my shopping experience amazing. Never did I feel like they didn't have the time for me. They went through their morning freight to see if they had this toy. Explained to me how to use their app "Cartwheel". Told me the best way to get my hands on this popular item and presented me with a rain check so if the toy does become available I can get $10 off. I wish I would have written all their names down. I have a renewed interest in shopping at this particular Target.
Target store #1319 in Columbia, SC
All I can say is, "WOW!" I couldn't have asked for better service from everyone in the store while I visited. Then I left my phone in the restroom and was almost home in Atlanta before I realized it. Not only did they retrieve my phone (thank you honest people in the world), but they shipped it back to me. Connie in customer service was amazing as well as everyone that helped me along the way... I wish I knew all your names. You all deserve a raise! I am already a loyal Target customer, but I am now a huge fan and believer that human kindness and customer service are Target's priority. I am so impressed. All my friends are all going to hear about this Target experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you Target!
NETGEAR V3700v2 modem/router
Bought a NETGEAR C3700v2 cable modem/router for less than I was paying for my annual rental of my cable providers modem. This device is easy to hook up. And it is able to give me 130 MB per second in Wi-Fi mode. Download in about 10 to 15 MB per second upload. Toughest thing was getting cable company tech-support to get it going. I am pleading with you to make sure you ensure the modem you're purchasing is compatible currently compatible with your cable provider. Or you will be frustrated. I learned way too much about docs is 3.0 3.1 and Internet package compatibility with different routers yesterday. I hope this helps people this is a great router Wi-Fi combo and again it's cheaper than a yearly rental of my cable modem.
Customer Service Goes the Extra Mile
The customer service at Target is top notch. I recently purchased a rocking chair for my pregnant sister as a baby shower gift. The one that I ordered later came back as sold out and my money was refunded -I got the email three days after the purchase. The next comparable chair was $100 more but included an ottoman. I was disappointed but ponied up the extra $100 since I already told her I got her the chair. Then, Target charged a $50 shipping charge. I e-mailed Target and they agreed split the difference with me and issued me a $75 credit to apply to the purchase. While I was still out $75, they were willing to meet me halfway, which is sometimes all you can ask for. This experience changed my opinion of their service, in a positive way.
Cheaper and timing saving to shop target online than going to the store!
So if u have the target credit card/store card and u shop online, u get a 5% discount plus free shipping. So what that means to me is I can take less time, not even have to leave my house and get my products from target cheaper and shipped right to my front door. Lol. That's pretty sweet! I don't know why everyone isn't doing that. No going up and down aisles, no check out lines to wait in, and no carrying bags out to your car and then back in your house from your car. Seems like a pretty sweet deal to me and obviously everyone knows you can get pretty much everything from Target and there is even more offered on their website so check it out! Also I didn't get paid to say any of this and I'm not the kind of person to take time to write reviews but this is a feature everyone should be taking advantage of.
Everything under one roof. Complete, caring, clean, progressive, cost effective
Target stores care about their customers; needs, lifestyle changes, being current with innovative trends and technology. Stores are brightly lighted w colorful displays. Cartwheel ap for cell phone is user customer friendly- true discounts.
Target debit card makes extra savings each time used. Stores are clean everwhere; consistent w keeping tidy. Employees smile when greeting. One misunderstanding, maybe I'm traditional and ' conservative. Is lack of employees
Dress code. Seems anything goes: nose piercings are disturbing, untucked shirts or hanging belt less pants. Unkept hair styles on Young Men & Woman. Doesn't keep in conjunction w Target image makers presentation. Understand it is the trendy age of Youth; but image is everlasting. Youth need to grow-up with work ethic responsibility. Theses are our future Leadership Adults in apprentice.
Best store ever
Where do I start? I do a lot of comparison shopping, and they always seem to have the lowest prices on most things, especially beauty products. I do own probably too many high end shoes and bags, but have recently bought a pair of faux suede sandals here( learned the hard way suede shoes get damaged easily, so don't spend your money there) that look like real suede and are a hot style that I've seen pretty much identical for, no kidding, hundreds of dollars more. I walked for hours in them, super comfortable. I have even bought a pair of jeans here and a couple of dresses and tees. And on top of that, the stores are well designed and stocked, with very nice, helpful employees. Keep your eyes peeled, they always have some great sale going on.
Then there's the website. Very easy to navigate, with an amazing selection and free shipping at $25.00. On top of that their customer service and return policy are top notch.
Good news/bad news
I love Target for the most part, but get very aggravated at over paying for sale items. Virtually every time I shop at Target, they end up charging me the original price of an item and not the advertised sale price. I try to remember to take pictures of the sale price underneath the item, but I don't always have time. Also, it's very difficult to find someone to help you in the grocery section except for produce. I often have to ask taller customers to reach things on the top shelf for me. Target should make things more reachable for shorter people or have employees checking the shelves more often than they do. Target is usually very clean which I appreciate. I mostly shop in their grocery department, but occasionally buy things from electronics and home and garden. It's a long walk from grocery to the home section to get light bulbs. They should have staples like that in the grocery section, but I know they want you to walk a mile so you can spend more in their store. Maybe if they were more accommodating to their customers, they would be making more profits!
Nice Place!
I went to officemax today to get some printing done and i brought my sheet i needed copied and the lady/girl just pointed to the copy machine and moved her head. Like over there.
Ok i understand i go to the copy machine and use a credit card. The 3 employees were just chatting and i felt like i interupted them. Then i went t whole foods and the cashier just rang me up and talked to the bagger... but she did ask me if i wanted my reciept. Went to 2 other stores and pretty much the same thing. But then i went to target and i was greeted twice as i walked in and i was told very precisely where to find what i was looking for and when i got there the guy really helped me out and explained things to me so i understood how to use
What i was buying. Now i am not upset with the other stores workers I am just saying when i compare my experiences i had shopping today, Target was light years ahead of the rest on customer service! T rarely go to target but someone bought me a gift card so i went there. But forsure i will shop there wheneveer i need something that i can find there!
Maybe that is shy the stock has gone to the stars!
Rude Store Director
I'm a frequent shopper at Target in Springfield Mall, Virginia, and I am disappointed because I've seen the store director treat her employees poorly. I know she is the store director because I asked an employee who she was. She doesn't have a respectful tone when talking to her employees. You can tell how unhappy the workers are, which makes my trips to Target unpleasant. I like Target, I like to buy there, but I don't feel comfortable witnessing that kind of behavior.

Rewards points
I tried to redeem my reward points for a $25 Target Gift Card. After receiving my rewards redemption confirmation email, I still haven't received the link to get the link to claim my card. All I have received in response to my repeated requests, are identical emails giving instructions on how to have a 're-send eCode' sent which just generates the same email with the same automated message.

iPad purchased at Target (Eatontown, NJ)
My sister bought a brand new iPad from the Target store in Eatontown, NJ, and paid in cash. The box was sealed. But when we opened it at home, we found a Samsung tablet inside.
We returned to the store with everything: the receipt, the incorrect product, and the box. Instead of helping us, the staff laughed at us, accused us of fraud, and refused to issue a refund or replacement.
We’ve already filed complaints with BBB and NJ Consumer Affairs, and we’re making this public so other customers are warned. This is not just about a product — it’s about the lack of respect, responsibility, and basic customer service.
We are asking for a full refund or the correct iPad we paid for.
Claimed loss: $299.99
Desired outcome: Full refund or delivery of the correct iPad originally purchased.

Received fraudulent money from Affirm.com for a gift card not purchased by me.
Please see complaint #[protected] and follow up complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Target fraudulently accepted a payment from Affirm.com for a $500.00 gift card that was still in the cart according to the customer service at corporate Jeremi, who took it out. If it was still in the cart it wasn't bought. Scammers from Amazon International had set up...

Earning a gift card.
On 4/13/2024 I purchased over $100 in cleaning products. The signs stated a $15 gift would be awarded with a $50 purchase. When checking out, I was only given 1 rebate. When I inquired why I didn't get a second one, I was told that it must be in 2 separate transactions. When speaking to the manager she confirmed what the cashier told me. I explained that...

Absolutely worst customer service! My adult daughter and I shared a basket but weee paying separately. No customers were in self checkout. I had about 10 items as did my daughter. We were stopped by Gregory who stated that self checkout was for only 10 items or less. I explained that it was two separate transactions that we would do at the last two terminals and it would be no different if she had a separate basket. He said “oh okay”. Then a raging [censored] named Sabrina comes running down and says, “No, you are not using self checkout! You need to go to a cashier.” I tried to explain to her as well (their cashiers always take forever) but there was no reasoning with her. Her customer service was atrocious at best! Sabrina is a complete and utter piece of work! So, I left! I will not be shopping there at least not at that location!
Desired outcome: Her reprimanded and retrained on customer service

Threatening email
I been receiving threatening emails from a Target Repayment Service. The Aledge that I have a loan out from a Cash Advance company and trying to collect on it.
I never heard of Target repayment services, (they are not listed on the internet!), and I have never heard or done any business with Cash Advance company.
Upon recommendations from the U.S. Consumer Protection Dept., I filed complaints with the local police dept., MSP cyber crime unit, the FBI's 3c&I unit, and with the FCPB.

RE: Target Order #[protected]
I made order # [protected] online on 02/17-18/24. There was an issue with one item in the order. Therefore, the item was exchanged/replaced. The subtotal illustrated on the receipt for this order appears as $108.20. Additionally, a Regional Fee ($.10) and taxes ($8.06) was charge. The 12 items, taxes and regional fee totaled the order to the amount of $116.36 excluding discount (-$10.33) and gift card (-$15.00) used. Calculating the discount the order total and Target Card charges should have illustrated as $91.03. However, my receipt illustrates a total of $99.01 and my Target Credit Card was charged $96.74. I have attempted to rectify this matter with Target and have not received a comprehensive resolution. Can you please assist me with this matter.
Desired outcome: Refund for the over charge

A month to receive a delivery item and it's damaged
To whom it may concern,
I have contacted the customer service department several times and I have no success in having my issue resolved. This has now escalated beyond my imagination.
I ordered the Tobi Kids Train Bed - Red from Target on December 4th, 2016. This was to be a Christmas surprise for my child. Apparently my package got lost as it hadn't been delivered by 12/16 which it said it would be and the delivery system couldn't find my tracking number anymore. I called Target on 12/16. A customer service representative called EWS (the company delivering the item) and said it would arrive on 12/19 now. They finally found it and was rush delivering it to me.
Once it arrived on the 19th, the package was ripped in several spots (which I have several pictures of), one whole side was open, and multiple pieces were damaged beyond repair. I called Target on the 19th and spoke to a supervisor named Yaretci. She gave me a case number and said she would re-order the item for me, marked it as expedited and the replacement bed should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. As a token for my inconvenience, she provided me a $50 e gift card (which is now a complete joke as this item was $550.00).
I was tracking my new order online and it stated it was arriving by 12/27. I wasn't happy, but this still gave me time to set it up for my child before he came back from his Christmas vacation (12/28 at noon). Around 5 pm on the 27th it still hadn't shown up so I called the delivery service as it showed it had arrived in my city in the morning. The delivery service said since Target didn't specify a delivery day or said I would sign for the item (which I actually stayed home to get this delivery so I would have been happy to sign for it), they were holding onto it till January 2nd. JANUARY 2ND! I asked since it was already in my city, could I just come pick it up - they replied no. I asked if they were seriously going to just hold it in the warehouse for a week "just because" when it was about 30 minutes away from me? The lady then said she could get it delivered on the 29th. The lady at the delivery service specifically stated it wasn't coming earlier because of how Target set up the delivery.
I then called Target. Well the guy who I got on the call kept quoting me they can't indicate how the delivery is done and they did nothing wrong. He continued to say there was nothing they could do. He then said we can't ever say something will take 5 business days to get there. All he kept doing is offering up the PC excuses as to why Target was not at fault for any of this. I interrupted and said BUT it has been a month! A MONTH! AND Target DID say it would be 3 to 5 business days, was expediting the shipment as they knew my situation and I was extremely pressed for time. AND they never asked if I could stay home to sign for it which would make it faster. Target is pointing the finger at their delivery carrier and the delivery carrier is pointing the finger at Target.
SOMEONE has to take ownership of this as I am the one who is being penalized - actually it's my child who is loosing out on this wonderful Christmas memory that has now been taken from him - and it is Target. That is who I purchased this item from. I have waited a MONTH to get this item that was supposed to be here well before Christmas. This is your responsibility Target.
I am beyond frustrated, saddened and angry at how this whole thing has been handled. Never in a million years did I expect a delivery to take a month and for the item to be damaged beyond use when I initially bought this. And I never in a million years thought this was how the ecommerce team would handle it. I shop at Target locally all the time, I buy my groceries there and I always seem to wander over to the regular side and stock pile my cart with more things I "need". Even though this is an ecommerce issue, it's putting a huge distaste in my mouth to even step back into a Target. It's just sad and I am hoping you WILL make this right.
Sadly I've now realized I could have bought this from Amazon. Who does guarantee their deliveries, their quality and has wonderful customer service to make things right. Lesson learned for all the folks out there. I'll never be able to enjoy my child's enjoyment after seeing how Santa redecorated his room.
Customer service/ no registers open
I’ve been shopping at our mini target store number 3225 since it’s opened, it’s been wonderful for our quaint little neighborhood, considering they took away our local Ralph’s. However, this last month, when they close down all the self checkouts, which is roughly 10 of them they failed to fill those positions with actual register operators. The last...

horrible customer service from customer relation department
I have been placing a ton of orders online with your company since November 2023 until now. Recently I placed two orders. One arrived on time. The other order (order #: [protected]) and the tracking #: [protected] has been damaged and returned back to the sender Target. This package was scheduled to delivery yesterday 2/22/24. However, due to the damaged of package and being returned to your company. This has caused an extremely inconvenience as I in need of the food for kids and family.
I called several times and got all three are extremely rude, unfriendly, not compassion and unprofessional representatives (Lexi,Toni and Tanisha). They told me it is not their problems because of the package damaged and can not delivery as it was advised me in the timely manner and nothing they can make me happy and satisfy. This is not the customer services that I expect in my entire life. I swear this is the last time I will order the items from target.
Desired outcome: I need compensation for the inconvenience caused to me

Scam involving target gift cards and spectrum
On February 22, 2024 I received a voicemail from supposedly Spectrum stating I could receive my internet, phone and cable services for half of my normal monthly bill. They told me I needed to pay 8 months upfront of one half of my bill and then my monthly bill would be one half of the monthly payment for 36 months. The "catch " according to the scammer was I had to pay by Target Gift cards. I was to call back a number provided to me and give them the Gift Card number. This would be applied to my spectrum bill. I did this after checking by calling the number to verify it wasn't a scam not realizing it was a Scam Center I was calling to verify the authenticity. It was even answered as spectrum and sounded legitimate. I gave my Gift Card numbers to the Scammers and lost my money of course. I called spectrum who told me this was definitely Fraud and that spectrum and Target did not have a partnership for this which the Scammers told me it was a promotion by Target and Spectrum. Long story short I lost my money because of this SCAM. Nothing can be done as the Gift Cards were used immediately. I doubt I'll EVER use or buy a Target Gift Card or even shop there even though Target was not at fault. It's just a bad connotation with the company now
Claimed loss: $440.00
Desired outcome: I would like some monetary compensation for the amount I lost as the cards came from Target and the company should have made this SCAM aware to the public since it involves the public

Driving on North 41 in Florida. Truck driver driving on 12/20/2023 at 12:33pm #188181 with a Maine license plate. This driver was driving extremely recklessly. He had forced his way past multiple vehicles in a merge lane almost did swiping myself and others in front of me. He then continued to swerve in and out of his lane. He has hit his break and almost caused a multiple car accident. This is ridiculous. For someone driving a semi truck this recklessly is unacceptable. This matter, if continued during my drive, will be brought to the attention of the local police.
Desired outcome: I’d like to see this drivers job to be reevaluated. This issue poses a threat to other drivers on the road and will become a liability issue if a crash happens.

Read full review of TargetTarget, Paramus NJ.. Bergen Town Center
Earlier this evening my wife and I had the utter displeasure of visiting your Paramus NJ store and was absolutely appalled at what we witnessed..
Entire aisles of merchandise opened, torn and laying on the floors, throughout the entire store,.. it looked as if the store was abandoned and smash and grab gangs had come in to finish the job.. and in every instance there was a teen aged worker nearby idly talking with her coworker and another “team member” was extremely busy watching videos on his phone, where were the managers?..
If there is no supervision then of course you’ll have chaos and staff members goofing off..
My question is,.. do the CEOs and Human Resources people KNOW what is going on in these stores?.. it was a GHETTO HOOD STORE,.. complete with all the “WOKE” garbage and racial tolerances..
In closing I am happy to say that I didn’t spend one thin dime there as we practically ran from the store so as not to be assaulted by the hired street thugs hanging around inside the store.. we will NEVER “darken” your door ever again,.. but I just wanted someone to know what is REALLY going on.. CHAOS.. but then again, that’s what you liberals and big corporations want right?.. chaos.
Well you have it here, all the chaos you want..
I will gladly republish this message on all social media and create scathing reviews for this disappointment of a store.. no management, no supervision, no quality, just pack ‘em in and sell sell sell,.. deplorable way to do business if ask me,.. but you didn’t so I’m done,.. no wonder the big retail stores are all tanking,.. this message will wind up in the trash bin on some entry level [censored]’s computer but at least I tried..
Disgusted.
Claimed loss: 40 minutes of our time we’ll never get back…
Desired outcome: Clean your act up,.. this is disgusting..
Online order - wasteful number of boxes
I have an order of 12 little items for the holidays, and five of them arrived today (yesterday now) - - in three different little boxes. 2 sets of the same napkins in one, 2 of the same chocolates in another, and 1 of the 7 little ornaments ( all of the same collection) in another little box. And they all shipped from the same town and address in Illinois! WHY THREE boxes? (I dread to see how many boxes the last 7 ornaments arrive it. It's not like they are glass. They're FELT. And the one that just arrived was all by itself bouncing around the shoe box size shipping box with nothing to anchor it. Luckily, the box wasn't crushed, because mostly empty boxes often arrive seriously damaged. I believe in minimal packaging, but putting them all in one box with a little bit of something wouldn't have hurt.) ***
And one more comment (because Target's "Feedback" link is offline - - indefinitely?)
They are saying that because people are shopping less there, it is an indication that we are heading toward a recession. While there may be some truth in that, I've just recently taken to NOT going into Target much anymore (for years now, it's been one of favorite places to wander, and shop) because the store by me is SO MESSY and disorganized, (with barely any employees). It has become stressful to shop in the Target store.
Online web tracking
I frequently shop Target Online and I do not like getting blank screens on search and sort requests. Upon checking, Target is tracking customer request, for example, those prevented from tracking me and causing blank screens were: js-sec.indexww.com pub.doubleverify.com edge.curalate.com resources.digital-cloud.medallia.com ..urepubads.g.doubleclick.net etc. As a customer and former developer, trust in Target is not there as I and other customers do not like to be spied upon for our searches. This is very "cheesy", insulting to us and quite frankly, not secure. It wastes our time and prevents us from timely and accurate result screens and selections. I have cancelled out of items only to go to Walmart (which also does some but limited tracking) and order there. Is there an option in a customer's profile to opt out of tracking and 3rd party requests such as target.scene7.com assets.targetimg1.com ponos.zero.naught.com? If not, I'll continue to take my online shopping elsewhere.

Desired outcome: Please see above changes to customer's profile to prevent 3rd party requests and advertising tracking. Please have Target I.T. properly test their website and provide a secure and safe online shopping experience.
Visa 200 dollar gift cards
I purchased $1400 in gift cards from target in June for my kids graduation. I had saved for 12 months to do this. They let me know the cards were not working so I checked them on the mybalencenow website and it said there was a reversal of the funds back to target. I called the third party Incomm company and they said it was an activation issue. I sent them the receipt and all the card numbers for the claim. I called back 6 weeks later and they said the cards were sent I don’t get them. So now sept 2023 I finally got them to resend the cards to be told 7 to 10 days it’s Oct 30th no cards yet they keep telling me they are on the way. How can you sell this Target! I need help getting my hard earned money back
Claimed loss: $1400
Desired outcome: Cards or money back I have the receipt and my credit card payment
