They received the phone over a week ago from today but now they are telling me I may have to wait about (2)-months to receive my money back which was over ($300)-dollars. I only made (2)-calls, and the phone was returned within the (14-day) return policy. I would also like to note that I am a U.S. Marine Corp. Veteran attending school here in Georgia, I am presently self-employed and in dire straights and I need my funds asap.

Sprint - Sprint and why I want to cancel, please spread the word on their customer service (or lack of)

For over one month my cell phone number 3387 has not been able to successfully place voice calls to 3389. To our knowledge no one else is
having trouble placing voice calls to 3389. The 3387 number is in Michigan and
3389 is in Virginia. It does not matter which region of Michigan I am in I
still cannot successfully place a call to 3389, however I can FaceTime and text
message without any issue. The 3389 number can call 3387 without any issue.


I have had several experiences with Sprint Business since
January 5th when we sought help with this...

I am paying sprint for 6gb of mobile hotspot. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. When I call to complain, my call is routed to the phillipenes, where all they do is waste my time and appologize, but never resolve anything or find out why. Recently, sprint shut off my mobile hotspot use after only 3.04 GB of use, even though I am paying for 6, and have unlimited data on my phone itself, which has only used 4.86gb total, including phone and hotspot. I purchase the Iphone 4 on 10/11/13 on a pay as you go plan at 2110 Henderson Mill Rd STE 22A. I recently order two iphone online thru sprint online orders. The two iphones was on back order. I had 14 days to return the pay as you go phone back to sprint. I've been a Sprint customer since 2011. Since day four, I noticed that I had poor data service. I jumped through their hoops and no satisfactory resolution was made. I returned the phone to the retailer and exchanged it for a new one, just in case my phone was bad. No difference. Last September I bought the new Galaxy S3 LTE phone from Sprint. They told me it had the newest and greatest 4G capability. LTE is not available in my state. I have been a customer for many years as I was originally a Nextel customer. I began having problems with dropped calls and late voice mails in Atlanta within the last year. Before that, I never had good service in most of Washington, DC where I would spend months at a time. Last July, I, baclk in Washington and not making the connection between no phone service and no Hot Spot service (just needing to use my computer in Washington) got a Hot Spot from SPRINT and, naturally, it never worked. 15 years of customer loyalty and what do I get? When I 1st signed up with Sprint I worked at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago and my office was located in the sub basement. I can remember getting great call quailty WAYYYY down there. And I understand that things have changed as well as the devices we use have changed and the amount of users and probably tripled since then. I am not just beyond frustrared with the lack of coverage and data and crappy phone they sold me. I have also NEVER been able to activate my reimbursement debit card I got when I purchased the new phone because my "unlimited" plan can't make 1-800 phone calls. I have also encountered their system is conveniently "down" the day my payment is due, therefore making me incurre in late fees. Also, the hot spot is a joke. Don't even bother activate it! Sprint treats Loyal Existing Customers poorly compared to New Customers.

I am in the process of looking at renewing our service with Sprint. We are also eligible to upgrade our phones however after looking at upgrading our phones I discovered that Sprint offers its NEW customers special pricing for phones but does not offer its existing loyal customers the SAME pricing on phones. I asked them to Match the price since I would hope they would treat loyal customers with at least the same level of respect.

Said said they will not match their new customer price for phones...

My main reason for writing this review is due to the customer service sprint offers. I had a little issue with my phone and was recommended by a sprint store to take it to a sprint store which had a technician who could look at my phone. Thinking this was a good idea and I could actually use the insurance I have been paying for! I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 from Sprint and was told there would be 4G service by December..not only do i not get 4G service since i bought the phone when it first came out but i get no cell phone service anywhere... its the most horrible service i have ever had..if calls go thru, they are lost within seconds, or you cannot hear anything. I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent service with Sprint. I had an HTC Evo 4G and always had reception. I switched to a Samsung Galaxy S3 in September and have not had reception almost anywhere since! The same places I was able to speak on my phone with my Evo, I no longer have reception.
