Hi, on 12/5/2023 I was billed 6.99USD by SEGPAY.COM *SKYLINE. I don't know who is this and don't have any subscriptions and I want my money back (refund).

I also want an explanation of what happened just to make sure it never happens again and how can I be billed without my permission?

SegPay Unauthorized Charges

I keep getting charged 6.99 from Segpay *skyline and I don’t have any subscriptions running through the card the charges are appearing on. The most recent charge was April 23, 2023. I assumed it was a subscription for a while but I investigated and I don’t, so I’m unsure where this is coming from. I can contact my bank to dispute the charge but I wanted to try to find out what the charge was first.

Desired outcome: I would like to know what the charge is for at bare minimum. If the charge is for something I didn’t order or subscribe to I would expect to be refunded for the false charges

SegPay What an awful mistake segpay is

I signed up for a subscription back in January and paid the $19.95 on January 14th.

SInce, they charged me $19.95 on 2_7_2023 and $29.95 on 2_5_23 and now I see a pending charge for $19.95 on 2_12_23.

I have contacted Segpay and got four condescending emails promising nothing, that was on the 10th, before the charge on 2_12.

I then called my bank to have then change my card numbers and start a dispute.

Desired outcome: A refund of all charges except the first one in January

SegPay unauthorized monthly charge

i have not authorized any monthly payments for the amount of $31.95. and i will not give the live agent 10#'s of my cc so they will not help. even though i have convinced them to do so on a whole different issue. also the last time i spoke wtih them through the live chat i was told that any and all subscriptions were cancelled per my request. so there should not be any new charge at all.

Desired outcome: i want a refund for all the monthly payments they have charged me.

SegPay Unauthorized credit card options

I wasn't doing any thing but scrolling through my phone then I got a notification at 3:11 am saying that I've been charged $6.99; and this isn't the first time either my phone said that I've been charged on December 26th as well. I do not appreciate any unauthorized charges to my card. if something isn't done I will complain get a higher up involved I will await for your response at [protected]@gmail.com

SegPay 52 charges from skyline on my banking account

Checking my statement today i found 52 transactions Back from March 16,2021 weekly up to today, the last one that still being processed

I have no idea from what it belongs, checked on my email, navigators, payments and agreement documents anything named skyline (is what says on each charge ) but couldn’t find anything

It shows on my statement as :

All 52 from the same merchant with the amount of $6.99

SegPay Unauthorized charges

On August 31st 2022 I was charged 42.94 and 2.62 out of my account, and I do not remember making these purchases.

The 2.62 charge reads intl visa deb retail purchase segpay *latoura [protected] 1.95 usd @ 1.343590.

The 42.94 charge reads intl visa deb retail purchase segpay *latoura [protected] 31.95 usd @ 1.343975.

I looked in LATOURA and could find no information on it, and do not remember putting any recurring charges on this card that have not been cancelled yet. If someone could help me track down the source of these charges, it would be much appreciated.

Desired outcome: I would like to know what caused these charges, if it is a subscription I would like to know the name, and if it was malicious I would like to know my next steps.

SegPay Unauthorized transactions and multiple attempts

Hello,

I am not sure who is responsible for these processing errors. The last few months I keep getting the same transaction hit now the first few time it stole from me I had a lot going on personally and didn’t have time to fight for myself. However I’ve freed up some time and would like to know why is my card constantly being attempted to be charged by these source(s) when I have NO IDEA what it is and why I’m being charged.

First transaction April 17

2nd transaction June 7

Last attempt July 16

I would like all my money back and my information removed as well as all attempts to steal cease.

I just noticed that I have a pending 96 dollar transaction. I didn't even authorize it and it says it happened on 6/23/2022. I would like to have my money back. It's says it's from Segpay Tle com. [protected] NY

SegPay Unauthorized card charges

On June 6, I was charged for the amount of 3.99 dolars for something I did not purchase. I dont even know what Segpay sells or what or what it offers, but honestly they are stealing money from people without them knowing.

SegPay Unauthorized charges

Currently there's unauthorized charges from this company on my bank account, one for 34.99 and another for 1.00. They haven't fully gone through yet but I never visited the Segpay site or signed up for anything through Segpay before this was done, it came completely out of nowhere. It just told me I suddenly had a subscription with them I never authorized at all.

SegPay Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card

I was charged $19.99 on May 7th. I never initiated this charge. I do not know what your company is or what it does and I never signed up for anything. Please help me get this refunded.

I'm making this longer so it gets noticed apparently. Let me reiterate: I would like a full refund of the $19.99 charge on May 7th that I did not authorize. I would also like to make sure this never happens again. This is extremely unprofessional and predatory.

Segpay keeps charging me $6.99 twice this week and twice last week I have no subscription to anything I want my money now this is stealing and you people are thieves. Fix the problem and don’t charge me again

SegPay Segpay/Skyline

i complained back in October and the one charge was reversed but only that charge and no other one but it is happening every month. No explanation was provided as to what the charge is. Please reverse all the past charges and stop all additional charges.

SegPay SegPay - unauthorized billing

Hello, I am having weekly unauthorized billing, last one was 04.03.2022 (4th of March) $6.99 (€6.34). I never subscribed to anything from SegPay and I want it to stop, also what are they billing me, and the refund.

I tried their website, but it wasn't helpful.

I started to be charged on 31/12/2022, so 10 times now (€63.4 euros or $69,9 in total).

SegPay Segpay is a joke - pure garbage

#1 - There's no option to pay with American Express.

#2 - They offer an option to pay with paypal but instead of using the paypal account to pay with the funds from the account directly like everyone else does they STILL ask for a credit card number.

# 3 - When I put in the number for my Paypal Business Debt Card (Mastercard) which pulls money directly from my paypal account which has plenty of money for the transaction it denies my card.

#4 - When I call paypal to ask why my card was Declined Paypal has NO RECORD of any attempted transactions.

I call SegPay customer service number and they tell me it's for refunds or something and can't help with my concern.

I actually had to call back and READ to the next customer service rep: Segpay "Customer Service Information

The quickest way to solving any billing problem is to contact Segpay's customer support department before your bank or card company."

At that point the lady decided to "help" - She told me my purchase was flagged as a "security risk" and that it would need to be forwarded to their Management Department so they could make a decision as to why is was flagged and they would contact me in 24-48 hours over what?

A $30 transaction.

I asked if I could instead talk to a supervisor and she said, "My name is Abby and I am the supervisor." I was like, "Wow so I just called at Random and the person I got right away was the supervisor but you can't do anything?"

So that was a dead end.

So now I have to wait for an email that could take 24-48 hours from someone to tell me why my transaction of $30 - which compared to the hundreds of transactions made with the same card at every store, gas station, restaurant, bar and even several websites is suddenly a security risk. At that point I don't even KNOW if that will resolve the issue, I will have to do some complicated appeal or they will just give me some copy/paste excuse as to why their broken algorithm decided to flag me as a security threat.

What they need to do is fire whoever wrote their crappy algorithm for flagging security risks and hire someone competent to re-write it so it's no longer broken.

What a joke. #DOBETTER

Desired outcome: Just Let me pay with my friggen mastercard. It doesn't have to be this complicated.
