I purchased the huawei on 11-4-13for $123.84 i have returned this same phone 2times and still get bad coverage phone does not ring at times and always dropped calls!! i want to return it again and upgrade and your company is giving me a hard time! I am trying to get someone to listen to me and return this same phone again and upgrade! I called store to ask if they accept Discover card for payment and the bimbo gal said "I don't know" "you can call this number to find out" . She gave me a number that was not metro, it was a sales pitch for Life Alert. The employee in the store doesn't know what kind of payment they accept?????? S he didn't even offer to ask some one else there. How stupid. I'm disgusted....

My name is Keri Stevens. I have been with "metro pcs" for at least 6-7 years. I pay top dollar for an international plan. Some of the texts I send from my US phone to another US phone within the same area code are not being received. I have no problem with my international texts, so that is not my issue. I am texting a phone with the same 517 area code and they are not receiving all my texts. I also cannot send pics on a Sunday to ANYONE! It says that "picture text is unavailable at this time. try again later." I pay $60 a month for this? I like metro and I do not want to change...

Like most of the complaints here I was also ripped off for money from METRO PCS. I have had problems with billing, and paying on line. I went to a corporate store to pay the bill, and was charged $5.00 for the privilege of driving to their store to pay my bill paying the bill as I could not on line, and then called their customer service. For two days I have bounced back and forth between 2 different Metro PCS ;ocations and the Asurion Insurance company for cellular phones. Basically I was sent a replacement phone (a HTC Wildfire) in Septemeber 2012 with a 40.oo deductable. Off and on the phone was doing quirky stuff. I went to this store twice, one today (12/03/12) and one back in, I believe late August or early September this year. Metro PCS will not honor rebate. Bought phone at the end of January submitted rebate form with UPC Code and pat of Package with other numbers and did not receive a reabte. Wrote to them went back and forth for months and still no rebate. The company just reverts messsages to the place where you purchased the phone and they cant do anything and then asks you to call suctomer service and customer service tells you they cannot do anything you have to contact the rebate department still not rebate and it's July. This is unacceptable....

My daughter has a Metro Pcs phone. She has a son with a disability so this phone is vital for communication with doctors and hospitals and care givers. She bought a new phone for $90 on Sept 1rst. The phone stopped working for no apparent reason on Sept 14th. We traveled back to this store (which is a half hour drive) to tell them what happened. After payin for this phone and also paying $50 for service for the month of sept. she was told they had to order a new one which should be in around 3 to 4 days. They informed us they would call my number when the phone came in.

I sign for metro pcs some months ago. Unfortunately it is the worse service that I have ever had. I paid for 2 months 5$ more for international text message but I had that service only for 3 weeks. Because of my limited time, I did not have a chance to take off that service. Finally I did it.

This company is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I lost my phone and had to order a new one through my insurance 3 times now because I keep getting sent phones that already have many problems. I don't receive about half the calls that are made to me. Text messages come in a day late very often. The phones I get always shut off by themselves for some reason. The people at the stores are all very rude and I could go on and on. I am finishing my month and spending my money with someone else....

I used to be a metro customer and I've seen sevral times upon paying my bill people step in with stolen phones and metro would flash it with a new number no questions or identification asked.
