Look, I have been trying to contact intelius by phone for two days. I have been using my cell and have used all my minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. How do I communicate with a live person? Any advise......

I have made several attempts to call intelius to cancel subscription. I get put on hold everytime and spend 10 ~ 15 minutes on hold never to get through.
On the phone recording it states you can log onto custserv@intelius to email information. I cannot get through to this website either....
