We're pretty sure that if Hughes showed up wayyyy more often on ComplaintsBoard and paid more attention to reviews and complaints, it would lead to better results. But for now, the resolution rate doesn't show successful interaction with customers. We advise reviewers to be careful when communicating with Hughes and be ready for the chance your problem might not get a response. It's also good to start looking for other solutions if your issues aren't fixed as you want.

Hughes Disappointing Experience with Gordon's Moving and Mobile, LLC

After reading numerous reviews from customers, it is evident that Gordon's Moving and Mobile, LLC falls short of expectations. Customers have expressed frustration with the service, citing issues such as slow speeds, unreliable connectivity, and deceptive practices. Many have highlighted the poor customer service, exorbitant cancellation fees, and equipment malfunctions. It seems that the company consistently fails to meet the basic requirements expected from a moving and mobile service provider. Considering the overwhelmingly negative feedback, potential customers should approach Gordon's Moving and Mobile, LLC with caution.

Hughes When the wind blows Hughes Net BLOWS with it!

When ever we have a windy day my hughes net blows with it. My Hughes Internet service becomes extremely choppy if the wind hits speeds of 15-20 mph and its irritating as hell. Im going to have to have to kiss and make up with ATT over a billing dispute and return to their excellent hard wired Internet service where I live...

Hughes These people are a JOKE

I agree with all, nothing but lies. And very POOR service. When I call to cancel no matter what the fee will be I get a promise of a discount on my hight rate. Only for the rate to change back in a couple of months. When I call I'm told it was explained to me the discount was for a 2 month period; a surpirse to me. My next move is to, yes cancel soon along with the credit card used for this service. I will block the card so no charges can be made. Hughes net will have 30 days to remove their equipment from my home and yard or it will go to the dump. I don't know of an attorney that will help fight again these [censored]s who are only out to rip people off.

Still to this day. No internet, not a word from the from them. Then found out they took 80 bucks out my bank account. Was supposed to be only 5 bucks.

Hughes - Billing / rebate / service

First I wanted a bill sent to my home versus charging my credit card, no problem you can do that. Second I wanted to select my own password, No problem, you can do that, we can help you. Asked for a paper contract, no problme, we can do that. Installer came out, he cut away branches from some of our shrubs and hide them under the bushes, really. I asked for...

Hughes Internet

After two weeks I tried to cancel, after an additional two weeks I called to cancel. Agent told me it would cost $400 and I was in a 24 month Contract.

This is the worst internet service, its very slow and does not accommodate online streaming. This barley provides connection for my one laptop for searching. I hate this service and want out of their contract.

Desired outcome: release of my 24 month contract at no cost

Hughes Hughes internet and tv

I’ve had Hues internet for almost 6 months and for the last 3 months I can’t get good internet and I only have 1 smart tv and my cell phone. I do not game or download a bunch of apps. I’m only on my tv maybe 3 hours a day because I work I’m trying to start a new business. I upped my package to 50 gigabytes and I’m being told I used all of it in 3 days when I’m barely there. I have been hung up multiple times by customer service who keep telling me to go to their website and all I see is there charging me 50 gigabytes for almost no usage. It makes no sense and I can’t get any honest help.

Claimed loss: Money, time and energy and happiness.

Desired outcome: Refund for the 2 months that I’ve had almost no services even though I paid my bill

Hughes - Internet

HUGHESNET Services, I find this very UN-ethical for a company that does not produce what they are supposed to refusing to refund charges. Service was so bad and when we would call, the blame was on us. The computer said we had internet but it kept saying “No Connection”. We called and got the same programmed routine saying that we used up our time and...

Hughes Complete package

First, I have been charged for all data I am already paying for. Direct TV, Verizon phone data, even though I was told it is only the time you spend on the computer, which is FALSE. This double dipping. I can't do that with my retirement and disability, why can they double charge me for a service they are not providing. I also specifically asked about this when I signed up for this service.

The service was so slow, the month that I kept it hooked up, we could not watch one movie because it would buffer continuously. While it was buffering, it was using data. I could watch it deplete on my phone app and I had my app turned to TV MODE.

Our data would be gone within the first week of being renewed.

I asked the company for a statement to show me how my data was being used so fast, a daily timeline, and was told they did not provide such a thing.

At night, we would turn off every device in the house, and still lose data by morning, how was this possible?

Worst customer service ever! I asked to speak with a supervisor during a call and was talked in circles by the representative. Every time I have called the representatives talk in circles and become so rude, I am certain they get training on this technique prior to answering the first call at HughesNet, as all phone calls go down this same path.

Today was the last straw, I have completed my contract of one year.

But was told I owe $320.00 for cancelling early, the representative said they don't do any contracts less than 2 years. This point in the call the representative was useless, rude, ignorant, nasty and typical of what I expected and there was no longer any use for the conversation to continue or for that matter to have any more contact or business with this company.

I decided that I will proceed at the lowest level first, with a formal complaint to hopefully rectify the situation. I believe that the law will be on my side, as this is NOT the first time Hughes Net has had these allegations brought against them.

I paid over $1668 for unused service, over the past year to a company that has done nothing but give me a headache and make me upset every time I have called them.

They completely MISREPRESENT the nature, characteristics and qualities of their goods and services, with false statements and fine print.

They are quick to refer you to their "contract page", when you cancel your service. IVAN #[protected]

PROCEDURAL UNCONSCIONABILITY: Downplaying significant contractual terms to the disadvantaged party

SUBSTANTIVE: excessively inflated price for the product

I feel that HughesNet has misrepresented themselves on numerous occasions. They knowingly operate using unscrupulous business practices solely for their own benefit and of no consideration for the customers.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded from my first complaint call $1668.00 in August of 2022. For monthly charges of $139.02 per month until August of 2023. And todays charge of $320.00

Hughes HughesNet Review: Two Years of Hell with Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Internet Connection

I decided to sign up for HughesNet two years ago, hoping to have a reliable internet connection at my second home. Unfortunately, out of the two years, the service has only worked for about six months on and off. I have called customer service multiple times, but each time I was transferred to another agent who was supposed to "better assist me." I finally asked to speak with a supervisor, but they were never available and never called me back.

After multiple attempts to fix the problem over the phone, they scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. I drove 180 miles one way to meet them at my second home, only to be stood up after they changed the service day two times. They rescheduled the technician again, but he changed the service day again and then didn't show up. This happened a third time when they rescheduled it. I was getting the runaround from their agents and I finally cancelled the service at the end of the two years.

They were supposed to send me a mailing box to return their router, but I verified three times with the agent to send the return box to my billing address, not the service address because I'm not at the service location all the time. However, I still haven't received the return box, so I contacted HughesNet again. They sent the return box to the service location where I do not receive mail. They said they were unable to make the shipping address change and that I had to do it myself.

This has been two years of hell, and I strongly advise against using HughesNet. They clearly do not care about their customers. My friend who lives nearby also got HughesNet after me, but he is in the process of terminating his contract as well because of service issues.

Hughes Review: HughesNet Internet Service - A Frustrating and Miserable Experience

HughesNet is, without a doubt, the worst internet service I have ever had the displeasure of using. It's almost like going back to the days of dial-up, except the speeds are sometimes better. But don't get too excited, because the speeds are often comparable to dial-up as well. Remember waiting for an image to load, top to bottom, pixel line by pixel line? Yeah, that happens. And the service cuts in and out all the time - like really often - throughout the day, every day. Sometimes it drops off for hours at a time. And get this, if there's a storm in Arizona, we don't have internet access in northern California. Can you believe it? I'm not even joking.

When it comes to streaming, short videos might play continuously without interruption, but movies? Forget about it. Periodic pausing to reload is the norm. And don't even think about gaming. It's just not going to happen.

The only good thing I can say about HughesNet is that their customer service is okay. They can't fix the problems, but it's not their fault. And at what price? It's expensive for such a terrible service. This is far from a quality service.

In summary, I want to emphasize how frustrating and miserable this service is on a daily basis. Unfortunately, we have no cell signal where we live, so HughesNet is our only option. Some days, I'm not even sure it's worth it. Please, I beg of you, do not sign up for HughesNet internet service.

Hughes HughesNet Review: Slow Speeds, Billing Issues, and Poor Customer Service

I live in an area where HughesNet is the only option for internet service. I knew going into it that it was satellite internet, so I didn't expect lightning-fast speeds. However, my experience with HughesNet has been less than satisfactory.

The first issue I encountered was with the sales department. The salesman I spoke to promised me a certain monthly plan with a specific price, data allowance, and free usage during non-peak hours. I wrote down everything we agreed upon, so I had it in writing. However, when I received my first bill, it was $45 more than what I was told it would be. I called customer service and spent an hour and a half on the phone with three different representatives before I was finally transferred to a manager. This manager told me that they had never offered the plan that I was supposed to be on, even though I had it in writing. After another half hour on the phone, I was given a $20 credit on my bill for one year, but it was still $25 more than what I was originally promised.

On top of the billing issue, I pay $83 a month for slow internet service that is often even slower than advertised. HughesNet has the ability to throttle my speeds whenever they want, which is frustrating. Additionally, I have to pay to lease their equipment, which is something that many companies do. However, when I specifically asked if the equipment could be placed on the ground instead of on my house, I was told that it couldn't be done. Yet, four months later, DirecTV came out with their service and their satellite is pointing in the same direction on the ground. It seems like HughesNet could have done the same thing.

After all of these issues, I finally did some research on the company and found that I'm not alone in my complaints. There are countless negative reviews online from other customers who have had similar experiences with HughesNet. It's frustrating to feel like I'm stuck with this company because they're the only option in my area, but I would caution anyone considering HughesNet to do their research and proceed with caution.

Hughes HughesNet Internet Review: Slow and Patchy Service with Unfair Return Policy

We live in an area where high speed internet was not available when we first arrived, so we got HughesNet internet to fill the gap--it seemed to be the most highly rated dish internet service. In hindsight, we should have just paid the extra fees for unlimited phone data/hotspot connections, because the internet from HughesNet was patchy and slow, even during "fast" periods.

The worst part of our experience, though, was upon attempting to end our service after almost two years of being on-time customers. Unbeknownst to us, when you cancel your HughesNet, they expect you to return a part of the satellite dish that *a professionalinstalled on your roof. If you fail to do this, you incur almost $400 in extra fees.

In our case, we did venture onto our roof, once we found a friend with a ladder high enough and safe enough to make the attempt, and returned the requested part. However, we were then informed by HughesNet that there is apparently a "108 day" rule, where if you return the part after 108 days, you forfeit your $400. Never mind that you performed their extremely unsafe request and climbed onto your roof to retrieve their equipment, never mind that they now have this equipment in their inventory, never mind that you may have done this within 113 days, and never mind that you were never once informed about the 108 day policy. They are keeping your $400.

Frankly, I am appalled at such a company policy. I will never again consider HughesNet as a viable option, and I would never recommend to anyone that they should go with this service for their internet. Please, save your time, money, and safety and choose unlimited data through your phone service provider.

Hughes Beware of HughesNet: Dish TV's Internet Bundle is a Scam

My father, who is 85 years old, recently contacted Dish TV to get a package deal for TV service and internet. The Dish representative came out and set up both the TV and internet. He explained to my father that he would have both services for a 2-year contract. However, the representative failed to mention that the internet plan was a 'Data' plan, which is mostly used with cell phones. Residential areas mainly need 'speed' plans due to different requirements. Computer internet usage in residential areas is often determined by Windows upgrading itself or security updates or even streaming on TVs.

My father uses the internet for both his computer and TV, and even his house phone. Unfortunately, they never said that after 10GB of data, his internet speed would go down to 1 Mb/s. This speed is slow enough that most items won't work properly. The box that Dish set up with this 'bundle' and the computer went through the data in just 1 day, and for the rest of the month, my father's internet speed was at 1 Mb/s. His phone has a 1-second delay for anyone talking, making it not only hard to talk but using 911 is a major concern. Netflix will not stream any movies.

My father tried numerous times to figure out why he had slow internet. When I contacted Hughes.net to try and help, they told me to disconnect his TV box and his computer. I asked what was the point in having internet if everything is disconnected. They then tried to sell my father a higher data plan. Of course, any 'data' plan would have the same issue, and they wanted more money.

When I tried to terminate my father's plan, which is what he wanted by then, they said there would be a termination fee even though they set up a bad product for my father's situation. Dish and Hughes.net set my elderly father up in a bad contract and won't rectify the situation. It's frustrating that they didn't explain the details of the contract and the internet plan. It's also frustrating that they won't help us terminate the contract without a fee.

Overall, I would not recommend HughesNet to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers' needs. It's a shame that they took advantage of my father's lack of knowledge about the internet. I hope that others will learn from our experience and avoid HughesNet.

Hughes Disappointing Service and Misrepresentation: My Experience with HughesNet

I recently had to cancel my HughesNet service and unfortunately, I am being charged a penalty. I am extremely disappointed with the service and feel that HughesNet misrepresented the service, its use to me, and its eventual actual cost.

When I first explored whether or not to sign up for HughesNet, I explained to the agent that I work from home and am on the internet most of every day. I also mentioned that I have a Netgear Orbi system which uses 2 routers, stream music up to my stereo on another floor using an Apple Airport Express, and have a 4K TV and stream in high res. My question to the agent was whether the 20 gig plan would be sufficient for my needs.

The agent assured me that 20 gig would be sufficient for my needs and that the internet would be fine with 25 mbps, far faster than DSL. However, this turned out to be untrue. The 20 gig plan only lasted 4-5 days and then HughesNet slowed the mbps rate to the point where it took up to 30 seconds to load a simple web page. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a denial of service. I had to more than triple my expense to get coverage for the month.

The agent also assured me that the Orbi would be fine, but this turned out to be untrue as well. Their tech support is saying they think the Orbi is eating data and is not compatible with the system. I was advised to use the wifi on the HughesNet router instead. This was not an ideal solution for me as I work in the music field and need to stream music.

Additionally, the agent did not inform me that high res streams use up 3 gig per hour and I would not be able to use high res on my TV bought for this purpose. This was a major disappointment as I had specifically purchased the TV for this purpose.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and feel that there are one of two possible explanations: either the salesperson misrepresented the service and was wrong about all the key data, or the company itself is involved in a bait and switch and has its salespersons say whatever they have to make the sale.

I have now called on 9 occasions, spent nearly 5 hours on the phone, and been promised 3 calls back that never came. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and feel that my story is not being believed by their agents.

In conclusion, I would advise others to avoid HughesNet and not make the same mistake that I did.

Hughes Terrible Experience with HughesNet: Slow Speeds, Poor Installation, and Terrible Customer Service

I had a terrible experience with HughesNet and I would not recommend it to anyone. The installation process was a disaster. The installer arrived in a dirty van and left pop and beer cans on my driveway. He ran the cable over the top of my gravel driveway and left it like that. I had to dig a trench and bury it myself so that I wouldn't be driving over it. The post for the ditch was not put in straight and looked terrible.

The internet speed was extremely slow. I work from home and I couldn't deal with speeds that low. Internet speed testing showed speeds at under 1 Mbps, like. 45 and. 07. When I called customer service, they made me do all kinds of checks that did not help me gain more speed. I called many times about the issue and got to know the routine as well as the HughesNet person. The customer service people were terrible to deal with. One of them told me, "oh well, that's just the way it works for you", referring to my speed that day of. 08 Mbps.

When I decided to cancel my account, I was put on hold for long periods of time. After an hour and 47 min, they hung up on me. I called again and after another 1 hour and 39 min, I finally got them to cancel my account. However, I got charged $300.00 early termination fee. I am going to call my credit card to make sure they can't make any more charges against it like they have for other people.

The customer service representatives are very rude and unhelpful. They read from a prompt and don't seem to care about the customers. I feel like I have been robbed of my hard-earned money. I hope that after reading this review, people will think twice before using this service. The whole experience has left a foul taste in my mouth.

Hughes Warning: HughesNet Internet Service Fails Miserably - Terrible Customer Service and Fees

I gotta say, be careful with this HughesNet company. I had standard Verizon DSL service, but my daughter needed faster internet for her online college classes and violin lessons. HughesNet claimed they could improve my speeds by 5 to 10 times, which sounded great. They offered 25 Mbps and their price was in line with other providers, so I decided to give them a shot.

But let me tell you, the negative reviews were spot on. The service failed miserably on the same day of installation. I called HughesNet and they tried to reset some technical things over the phone, but it didn't work. They sent out a technician to replace the radio transmitter, but he said the over-the-phone technical people at HughesNet had no idea what they were talking about. He did some tests and thought everything looked fine, but later that day, the service failed again.

I decided to cancel the service, but HughesNet customer service made it seem like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to cancel their awful service. They said they would send me a pre-paid UPS shipping box and that I was to return their equipment (router, power cord, and radio transmitter on the satellite dish) or I would be charged $400 as an early termination fee. I had to get my son to climb up on our 2nd story roof to cut the radio transmitter from the satellite dish because they wouldn't send anyone out to retrieve their equipment. The satellite dish is still attached to my roof.

They wouldn't reimburse me for the $99 install fee, and they charged me $37.10 for 12 days of usage (starting from my account start date until my cancellation call & approval date). I never even used their service during those 12 days because I kept my Verizon DSL service going during the transition period, just in case something went wrong. The 12 days of service I ended up paying for was the time it took HughesNet to diagnose the problem, resend a technician, and have multiple lengthy phone calls, all while I couldn't use their pathetic service.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company for anything. Their sales, service, product, and customer relations are all terrible. This is not a righteous company, and I'm pretty sure it's going to collapse soon.

Hughes Warning: Do Not Sign a Contract with Hughes Net - My Experience with Their Scam

I want to share my experience with Hughes Net and warn anyone who is considering signing a contract with them. I made the mistake of believing the promises made by their sales department and now I feel like they have stolen money from me.

Initially, the sales representatives were very friendly and assured me that I would have no issues accessing the internet. They promised that if I ever had any problems, they would send someone out to help me. They also said that if I got the higher data plan, I would be able to stream and game without any issues. However, it turned out to be a complete scam.

Within the first week of having Hughes Net, the internet stopped working. I couldn't load any websites, including Pinterest and Netflix. When I called customer service, they told me that there were clouds in Arizona that were blocking the satellite dish. They never mentioned this during the sales talk. I was charged $1.00 for the call, but still had no internet.

After that, the internet was spotty at best. We could only load Facebook or our online bills for about 10 minutes a day. After months of paying $85.00 a month and not having internet, I finally called customer service again. The first representative told me to monitor when we didn't have internet, which was not helpful. I was charged another $1.00 for the call. When I called back again and explained that we still couldn't access the internet, they told me that everything looked fine from their end. I was constantly transferred from one representative to another and charged $1.00 for every call. I eventually froze my account.

When I called again, a sales representative told me that I shouldn't be having any issues and that customer service should have sent out a technician to help me. When I was transferred back to customer service, they said they would have to troubleshoot first. They looked up my account and said that because it was on hold, they wouldn't be able to troubleshoot for 72 hours. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they suddenly were able to troubleshoot. I was charged another $1.00 for the call. I cancelled my card on file with them.

To cancel the contract, I was charged a $400.00 termination fee. I refused to pay for something that never worked in the first place. They sent me a box to return their equipment, which was the nicest thing they ever did for me. Now, I am facing collections for not paying the early termination fee. It's ridiculous that they want to steal more of my money when they already got $85.00 a month and didn't even give me internet in return.

I highly recommend that you do not sign a contract with Hughes Net. Their contract states that they don't warranty anything and they charge $195 to send someone out to look at your equipment. They also don't guarantee that the internet will give you the speeds and data they offer. If you need internet, get Dish Network or Direct TV or get a good data plan on your phone with access to a hot spot. If you still want to go with Hughes Net, read the terms and conditions very carefully and realize that you won't get help from anyone at Hughes Net for any issues you face.

Hughes Hughesnet Internet Review: Poor Streaming Quality and Frustrating Customer Service

Hughesnet is a company that provides internet services through satellite technology. While it may not be the worst company out there, it certainly has its flaws. The company seems to prioritize profit and share price over morality and decency, much like its corporate cousins. However, unlike other products that can be deadly, Hughesnet's internet service won't kill you (unless you throw yourself off a cliff due to the unwatchable Netflix streaming).

One thing potential customers should be aware of is that the advertised speeds do not match the quality of what you actually get on your TV. While you may get a speed test result of 25 MBPS on testmynet.com, the quality of the viewing is consistently around 0.5 MBPS, according to the Netflix speed test. This is a major issue for those who want to stream movies or TV shows. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a solution to this problem at the moment, as it may have to do with the way satellite internet works.

When customers complain about the poor quality of the service, Hughesnet seems to deny any wrongdoing and cover up the issue. This is a frustrating experience for customers who are paying for a service that doesn't work as advertised. In fact, when one customer cancelled their service, they were hit with a $300 early cancellation fee and a $600 early equipment return fee. This seems unfair, especially since the issue is with the service itself and not the customer.

It's clear that continuous real-time streaming is simply not possible with current satellite technology. This is something that Hughesnet should be upfront about, instead of trying to sell the service with slick sales pitches. It's disappointing that the company doesn't seem to care about the negative impact their service has on customers. It would be refreshing if they were to apologize and make things right, but based on their responses to complaints, this doesn't seem likely.

For those who have no other option but to use satellite internet, there is a workaround for streaming movies and TV shows. You can download Netflix and Amazon movies with an app or third-party program to your computer, and then use screen sharing if your computer and TV support it. While this isn't ideal, it's better than not being able to watch anything at all.

Overall, it's important for potential customers to be aware of the issues with Hughesnet's internet service. While it may be tempting to go with a company that promises high speeds and reliable service, it's important to do your research and read reviews before making a decision. If you do decide to go with Hughesnet, be prepared for the possibility of poor streaming quality and frustrating customer service.

Hughes In-depth Review

In Summary: HughesNet offers satellite internet services primarily targeting rural and remote areas where traditional broadband is not available. While it provides widespread coverage and a variety of plans, customers should be aware of its speed limitations, data caps, and contract terms. The installation process is straightforward, but there may be initial costs involved. Performance can vary, especially during peak times, and customer service experiences are mixed. HughesNet includes features like built-in Wi-Fi and a Bonus Zone, but users must weigh these against the overall cost and value for money. The company also shows a commitment to sustainability and community involvement.

Company Overview: HughesNet is a long-standing provider of satellite internet services, known for connecting users in rural and remote areas. Their core offerings revolve around internet connectivity with a focus on areas underserved by traditional broadband.

Internet Service Options: HughesNet offers a range of plans that vary in price and data allowances, with speeds up to 25 Mbps. All plans come with data caps, and exceeding these limits can result in reduced speeds. Contract terms typically require a 24-month commitment.

Installation and Setup: Installation is generally handled by professional technicians and is often praised for its simplicity. Customers receive a satellite dish and modem, but there may be initial setup fees or equipment costs to consider.

Performance and Reliability: Users report that actual speeds can sometimes fall short of advertised speeds, particularly during peak hours. However, the network is known for its reliability in areas where other internet services are unavailable.

Customer Service: Customer service experiences with HughesNet are varied, with some users reporting quick and helpful responses, while others have faced challenges. Support is available through phone, email, and chat.

Coverage and Availability: HughesNet's primary advantage is its extensive geographic coverage, especially in rural and remote areas where other internet options are limited or nonexistent.

User Experience: Customer reviews are mixed, with some praising the service for its availability and others critiquing it for speed and data limitations. The user interface for account management is functional, and the mobile app offers additional convenience for managing services.

Additional Features and Services: HughesNet includes built-in Wi-Fi with its modems and offers a Bonus Zone, where customers can use additional data during off-peak hours. Other value-added services may be available depending on the plan.

Pricing and Value for Money: When compared to other satellite internet providers, HughesNet's pricing is competitive, but it may seem high compared to traditional broadband. The company occasionally offers promotions, but customers should be mindful of termination fees and refund policies.

Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility: HughesNet demonstrates a commitment to reducing its environmental impact and engages in various sustainability initiatives. The company also participates in community programs and strives for social responsibility.

Pros and Cons: HughesNet's key advantages include its availability in remote areas and the inclusion of features like the Bonus Zone. However, the disadvantages of speed limitations and data caps are significant. The service is best suited for users with limited internet options.

Final Verdict: HughesNet is a viable option for users in rural and remote locations who have limited access to other types of internet services. While it offers reliable coverage and some unique features, potential customers should carefully consider the speed and data limitations, as well as the overall cost, before committing. For light internet users and those without other options, HughesNet can be a suitable choice, but heavy streamers and those used to high-speed broadband may find it lacking.
