Bought a kitchenaid dishwasher that was exchanged at delivery, but the PSP was not transferred to the new unit. Am being told HHGregg can not help me, now that I need service, as I was refunded the PSP contract amount. The refund, I was told was for the difference in cost of the two dishwasher models, not for the refund of the extended service plan. Now I have a lower priced dishwasher that does not work, I did not get any consideration on the price difference when exchanged and I do not have the extended service I purchased either. I have been trying to have my washer and dryer fixed since the day I purchased it and brought it home. The first two years was under manufacturer warranty. I've had seven different repairmen come out, all of which gave a different reason or explanation as to why they aren't operating correctly. However, no one could seem to get this washer to spin. HHGregg is now saying there is nothing more they can do even though there is still a year warranty. I'm tired of calling and being given the "run around". I've learned a valuable lesson and will make sure my friends and family...

October 2014. Sales manager Larry sells me an iComfort queen size mattress. Sales person Ryan rings it up, forgetting to include a bed frame (AT NO CHARGE). Mattress gets delivered without bed frame. I go to the store and Larry says to go ahead and purchase the bed frame and he will CREDIT my charge card for the amount the day after it is delivered. Bed frame gets delivered and I get charged the $79+. Two weeks later I call Larry to ask where my refund/credit is. HHGregg, Worst service ever!
I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator 8 months ago and it has
had to be returned 3 times so far... Poor Quality. The delivery department has
made no attempt to work with our schedule and have even canceled delivery after
we have taken days off of work. So far 6 and 1/2 days of work missed for 1
refrigerator. Also hours of phone and in store time to work this out. I have
also had to spend an additional $140 in moving expense. They have no clue about
customer service and do not respect the customer. hhgregg at your own risk!...

I purchased a fridge and stove from hhgregg. When they came to deliver the fridge was too big because the associate told us the wrong measurements! Although he wrote them down correctly he verbally gave us the wrong info. When I called the store the sales associate argued with me for 5 minutes about what he wrote verses what he said. Anyway after spending 2000 dollars I could only get part of my refund then and had to wait 10 days for the other half!!! I purchased 2 of the exact same televisions from hhgregg, and both came with mail in rebates, so I checked on-line to see how long til I get them back and I find out that hhgregg is only honoring one of the rebates, it says the one is a duplicate, thats bullshit, I plan on calling them tomorrow, but im sure that they will just give me the brush off, if so I will never shop there again, and I will inform everyone I know about how they rip people off....

If you work in customer service with this company you get the short end of the stick. Overworked and under paid. For a company that has a ton of money they treat their operations employees horribly. They under pay their operations supervisors by a lot. Giving them all the responsibility of a manager making salary and bonuses but without the pay. You have someone making just above minimum wage in charge of everything inventory and shrink but don't receive the bonus for busting their butt to make sure it's correct. The company has tons of money but the insurance sucks. You make under $10/hour...

We purchased a DVR Recorder from HH Gregg that wound not record. Model no. DVR 620, paid for a 2 year replacement plan SERWT 2-2. I exchanged for a new one. We were moving and didn’t have a chance to use it. At our new address we had time to hook it up and found it had nearly no sound. We had checked to be sure all was hooked up right. Friday 6-6-2012 i tried to return the recorder and the store MGR would not take it back.He indicated i would have to send it back to Toshiba. I sent it back at a cost of $25.00.

I bought a LG 47 inch led T.V. from hhgregg 1year and 2 months ago I also bought a 5 year warranty. Well my t.v. has been fixed 3 times now. Warn Tech call and said hhgregg is got a credit for me for 629 dollars to come and use it. I paid 1300 for my t.v because I talked the sales man down.and 400 for the warranty so I tried to work with hhgregg and warn tech to resolve the problem and just give me the same TV .I bought already they said no. so I took them to court in April and I won all my money back including the 400 i spent on my 5 year warranty .so dont give up do something when you get done...

On Oct 14, 2011 I called HHgregg for service on refrigerator, was told A&E service will come to my home to service it on Oct 18, 2011, from 8-12 know one showed up after waiting all day I called 1-800-905-9505 and was told I had the wrong date my service was instead on Oct 20, 2011, I was told Oct 18, 2011. I purchased a Jennair ice machine from HHGreg on 1/3/2009. I took it home, and waited 48 hours to plug it up, as suggested. When I plugged it in, there was no power in the machine (no light, nor did the compressor motor run). I left it plugged in all night, but nothing happened. Just so happens i need a dishwasher and in the flyer there was a Frigidaire listed for $389.99 (SRP) and then take off 25% = $292.49 Went to the store and the same item was listed at $299.99, asked the salesman if I get the 25% from the $299.99 and he said nope, must take off from $389.99 price. I purchased a Mitsubishi DLP Model # WD65732 a few of years ago. In the 4 years I have owned the TV the Lamp has been replaced 4 times. The light engine has been replaced 3 times and is bad again. Luckily I purchased the protection plan when I bought the TV. However, beware of the sales pitch you get from the sales person. The warranty is though an outside company. Throughout this whole ordeal I've been in contact with HHgregg only to be told the matter has to be handled by the warranty company. Once the TV is out the door and passed the 14 day return policy, HHgregg is out of the picture!...

I personally went in to try and purchase a washer and dryer. After telling me they would be able to have the pair delivered to me the next day, I filled out a finance form to purchase the product. They then informed me that they do not know when they would be able to deliver the products. No estimate whatsoever. They then completed a credit card in my name WITHOUT my permission. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filled fraud on my credit. I cannot believe that they would do this. They wouldn't even give me my personal information back. Warning. Was scammed at hhgregg store by employee. I entered the store after reading that they had 24 month interest free financing on purchases over 397. After talking to the sale person I was informed to get the 24 months on tv's you had to spend 999 or more. So I did. Then I get a my statement from the CC company and they say 24 months on all purchases 397 or more. Long story short I call the hhgregg store where i purchased the products and that is correct 397 or more on ALL STORE ITEMS. I am returning both tv's tomorrow because they only wanted to give 50 dollars of my 1500 dollar...

Company treats it employees as if they are in a cattle car - overw orked, unpaid, and any issue compnay will not take ANY responsbility for - as a X manager I cannot beleive that a compnay could and does treat its employees and management so badly - its embarrassing ! why would anyone want to work for such a bad company - also, they cannot deliver on their service nor on their deliveries - and all the balme gos to the employees vs corp....
