Hey they are not honest with customers.
I notice that the car they sold to me was in major accident and they were trying to hide it from me.
I didn't sign the papers and walked out.
Do not deal with them if you are buying a used car from them.

I had a horrible experience as well just this past week. They are very dishonest. They tried to sell me a car and showed me the carproof which showed no accidents. After everything was signed, and I was picking up the key they said, Oh by the way we need to disclose this information to you. The car has a report front the auction saying that there has been some structural damage. But it's okay, nothing major" However they didn't know exactly where the damage was. I refused to take the car, went home called carproof directly and learned that the updated version of the carproof listed that there was in fact frame damage. The report they showed me was outdated. They refunded my money, no questions asked. They knew ir could mean big trouble.

went in for a diagnostic and was told that my car was unsafe to drive. they cut the boot of the ball joint and tried to get me to replace control arms, struts and strut mounts etc. Ball joint had just been replaced 3 months ago. Told me that MTO laws required I get it towed. My car doesn't need all the work that they claimed. my mechanic is very angry about the cut to the ball joint boot. Told me to trash my car, and I was asked 5 times to purchase a new one. my Kia went from being worth $400 to $600 then magically wow! look we can give you $1, 500.

I also just had a horrible experience with Georgetown Kia, they are very dishonest and I would advise people not to buy a car from them. All I can say is they are really shady and unprofessional.
