I was directed to their site, VIA an ad on craigslist, where it said "get your CNA certification here". Before I purchased their course their customer service was great. I was emailed back promptly and they vaguely answered my questions. I signed up and to my surprise all they offer for the low price of 50$ is a list of procedures that is freely available on the internet. Now it takes 2 days for them to respond to my emails. They are a complete scam. I demanded my money back. But they refused to issue me one. They mislead you into buying their course. A "nontangible item" not covered by paypal. So there is little to no chance of you being able to charge back your money. Save your money and go some where else. I might as well flushed 50$ down the drain.

I would like to apologize on behalf of the FloridaCNAonline.com Team for your dissatisfaction with our course. I also would like to apologize for the delay in answering your emails. Occasionally we have a high fluctuation in email flow and it takes us time to answer them all. I can assure you we do not discriminate against answering particular emails. Furthermore, I can assure you the material located within the course is part of a published copyrighted work, not something that is found freely on the internet. Typically we do not offer full refunds after a student has been exposed to the content of the course and has utilized it. However, we are willing to provide you a refund. Please contact our support staff immediately so we can work things out with you. Again, I apologize for your dissatisfaction and can assure you we take pride in the course we offer our students.
