Cato Good Clothing for the price

Always have good sales and cute clothing. Plus sizes are always appropriate for all ages. Love their handbag selection and shoes. Jewelry is some of the nicest I've seen in a small store like Cato.

Raynal helped me out from head to toe. She had me buying things I hadn't come in there for, but at the end of the day it was worth it I was complemented all night long. And my entire wardrobe was cost efficient and so stylish

I VISITED CATO TODAY AND BOUGHT A FEW THINGS. THE LADY THAT WAITED ON ME WAS

Cato Clothing colors

I have loved shopping at Cato’s for years. But in the last several years the clothing colors have gone more to rust, pumpkin, yellow, darker greens. These colors are great for people with skin that has warm undertones. My skin has cool undertones and these colors look horrible on me. The colors need to be more diverse for the different skin tones. We are headed for Fall, but not all of us want to have a pumpkin colored wardrobe.

Cato Pants

I am a frequent shopper of Cato‘s, and so I purchase a lot of clothing there and I purchase some brand new pair of pants less than a week ago. I wore them to work had them on about six hours, and I noticed at the bottom of the seam was coming loose. I really like the pants and I just wanted to exchange them the store in Saginaw Michigan refused to let me exchange refuse to even address my concern and basically call me a liar. I want Catos to stand by their products, and that’s not fair to me. I tried to call the customer hotline and I did not get an answer. This is very disconcerting

Cato I’m assuming a employee/friend out front eating food and talking to another employee while the other employee did everything

It was last Tuesday 8-15-2023 there was 2 employees working and and one standing there and talking to one eating food while the other girl was working, helping customers, ringing up than about 1230ish or so the one that was taking said I’m goin to lunch she clocks out and the worker and friend walked out. I thought this was very rude to be eating in front of customers.

Cato Return policy.

I spend a lot of money in Cato's almost monthly. I go in with receipt and I can only get $7 on a $39.99 purchase and zero for one that I got on clearance for $7.99. just wanted you to know you lost a good customer. I will never buy another thing from Cato's ever! I was just wanting to exchange it. I was not wanting cash. I'm not going to give you back a $40 blouse that I paid $40 for so you can return around and sell it to someone else for $40

Desired outcome: I just want return my purchases and exchange them for something else. I didn't want the money I just wanted to exchange!!!

Cato Customer service

I arrived at Cato’s in Douglas Georgia about 9:53. The store hours said it opened at 10, so I decided to wait. 10:00 rolled and I waited a few minutesand I never saw anyone come open the door. So I thought maybe there was someone inside and they had opened the door when I wasn’t looking. I got out of my car and I heard somebody shouting “Ma’am”, I turned around to look and there was a girl in her car yelling at me. She said “You parked over the line. You don’t need two parking spaces” I looked and one of my tires was over the line. So I moved my car. (This is a huge parking lot and there were 4 cars in the parking lot including mine and hers.) Mind you her tone was very rude. So I started walking to the store. When I get to the door it’s the same lady and she opens the door. So not only was she late to work but she took the time to yell at me in the parking lot. So I went in the store and shopped, ai almost left but I really needed a few things. She was on the phone the entire time I was in there up until the time I checked out. If she can not treat a customer any better than that she needs to go home. That looks bad on Cato. I have my receipt and date. Cashier 101 on 6/26/2023. I have worked in customer service my entire life and have never talked to anyone the way she talked to me and I don’t expect to be talked to like that by a person in customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like for someone to explain to me why a customer service rep would speak to a paying customer the way she did.

Cato Poor Customer Service at Cato Store #1113

Me and my sis went to Cato store #1113. We were the only ones there and there was only one worker. The worker didn't say hi or even look at us. We waited for a bit and the worker didn't ask if we needed help. My sis picked out some clothes and went to the counter. She had to wait a while because the worker was on the phone with a co-worker talking about their schedule. We like Cato but this time it wasn't good.

Cato Cato's New Lines Disappoint: Quality and Design Need Improvement

Cato used to be my favorite place to shop for stylish clothes, but lately I've noticed that the new lines are not up to par. The quality is not as good as it used to be, and the colors are too bright and flashy. Some of the designs are just plain weird! I mean, who wants ruffles all over their body? Not me, that's for sure! I think Walmart is doing a better job these days. They have better quality clothes at much lower prices. It's no wonder that most of the Cato stores are empty these days. Whoever is in charge of designing or buying for the chain needs to be fired! They should bring back some classic styles that people actually want to wear.

Cato Cato Fashion: A Disappointing Decline in Style and Selection

Cato fashion used to be a great place to shop for the latest fashion trends, but now it seems like they have lost their touch. The clothing selection is very limited and outdated, with styles that look like they belong in a thrift store from the 90s or early 2000s. It's a shame because Cato used to be one of the best and most popular women's clothing stores around.

It's disappointing to see how far Cato has fallen. The store used to have a unique and stylish collection of clothes that would make any woman feel confident and fashionable. But now, it seems like they are just trying to get by with whatever they can find. The quality of the clothing has also gone down, with many items feeling cheap and poorly made.

Cato Terrible Customer Service at Cato Store in Southaven, Mississippi

I gotta say, I'm a big fan of shopping, but there's this one store that I've been to that just has the worst customer service ever. I'm talking about the Cato store in Southaven, Mississippi, right on Stateline. Let me tell you, they need to teach their workers a thing or two about how to treat their customers right.

So, I was in there the other day, just browsing around, when I saw this really cute blouse that I wanted to check if it was on sale. I asked the young lady working there if she could scan the ticket for me, and she just straight up told me that she couldn't do it because her scanner wasn't working. I mean, come on, that's not my problem, right? But then, to make matters worse, she turned to me and said "6 feet please." Like, what? Maybe if she put a mask on, she wouldn't have to say that to me, especially since I'm a customer and all.

Anyway, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience, and I don't think I'll be shopping at that location anymore. It's a shame, because I really do like Cato and their clothes, but if they can't get their act together and provide better customer service, then I'll have to take my business elsewhere. This all happened on May 27th, around 5:20 pm, just so you know.

Cato Discrimination at Cato's in Columbia: Denied Job Opportunity Despite "Now Hiring" Sign

I went to Cato's in Columbia South Carolina to ask about a job. I talked to the manager and asked if they were hiring. She said no, so I asked a few more questions and left the store. But then I looked up and saw a sign that said "Now Hiring." I felt really disrespected because I have a disability and use a wheelchair. I think they discriminated against me and treated me unfairly. I deserve a fair chance, but they will never know how great I am. It's really disappointing.

Cato Uncomfortable Shopping Experience at Cato Store in Montgomery, Alabama

So, I just gotta say, I wrote a review not too long ago about the Cato store in Prattville, Alabama. I was just trying to share my experience, you know? And let me tell you, it wasn't a good one. The workers there always treated me like I was up to no good, like I was gonna steal something. It made me feel so uncomfortable that I just stopped going there altogether. But then I found the Cato store on Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama. And I gotta say, I felt pretty good shopping there. At least, I did until today.

I walked into the store and the staff started looking around me like I was some kind of criminal. It made me feel so uneasy, like I was doing something wrong. But I'm not! I work hard as an IT professional and I wouldn't steal a thing. It's starting to make me wonder if the Cato stores train their employees to act this way. I mean, I shop online and in stores, and I still like the clothes, but I think I need to take a break from Cato for a while. Maybe a long while.

Don't get me wrong, I still like the clothes. But I just can't deal with feeling like a criminal every time I walk into a Cato store. It's not fair to me or to anyone else who shops there. I hope they can figure out a way to make their customers feel more comfortable. Until then, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Cato Beware of Cato's Pre-Authorization Charge: Unfair Banking Practice

Cato is a clothing store that you can find online. I recently placed an order on their website and was surprised to see that they charged me twice for my purchase. I used my debit card to pay for my order, which was $22.98, but then Cato charged me an additional $23.01. This was not the price of my order, it was more! I was confused and frustrated, so I called Cato to ask why they charged me more than what I bought.

They told me that it was a pre-authorization charge. I didn't really understand what that meant, but they said that it was a one-time charge that would be released in a few days. It has been three days now and the charge is still pending. This is really annoying because when you have something pending on your checking account, the bank puts a hold on your funds. This means that you can't spend that $23.01 until Cato releases their one-time authorization charge.

I think that this is really unfair because they are playing with your banking account. They could cause someone to have bounced checks if they placed a big order or even a small order. I hope that this review will help you avoid having an overdrawn bank account.

Cato Mixed feelings about Cato: Great products, terrible customer service

I gotta say, I really dig Cato's stuff. Their clothes and other things are just so cool! But let me tell you, if you gotta call them for anything, it's a real pain in the you-know-what. Their people on the phone are just so snooty and don't seem to care about your problems at all. I used to have one of their credit cards for a long time, but I got so mad at them about five years ago that I just canceled it. But I still buy from them all the time, even though I've had some issues with their gift cards not working online. I mean, come on, their system just wouldn't take my cards! So I had to call them up and one of the reps I talked to was just like, "I don't know why they're not working." No offer to help or anything! They act like they're doing you a favor by letting you buy their stuff. And it's not just that one time, either. I've had other experiences with their snooty workers lately too. I love their clothes, but I'm not sure it's worth putting up with these people. They're gonna be sorry when they lose customers like me who've been shopping with them for a long time!

Cato Disappointed and Frustrated: My Experience at Catos

I have been a loyal customer of Catos for many years now, and I have always been treated with kindness and respect. However, my recent experience at the store has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Last Saturday, I went to Catos and purchased three beautiful blouses for $22.99 each and a lovely bracelet for $7.99. When I got home, I realized that the bracelet was missing from my bag. I immediately called the store, but all I got was the sound of a fax machine. The next day, I went back to the store to inform them that the bracelet was not in my bag. There were three ladies at the store, two of them were black and one was white. The white lady told me that she would have to ask her manager about the missing bracelet.

To cut a long story short, there was a lot of back and forth, and I ended up calling corporate because it was no longer about the bracelet. The District Manager promised to review the CCTV footage to see what had happened. I was confident that the truth would come out because I knew that I had paid for the bracelet. However, when the District Manager called me back, she told me that the rep had put the bracelet in my bag. She even claimed that the rep had wrapped it up in tissue paper and put it in my bag with the three shirts. This was a blatant lie because there was no tissue paper in my bag, and the bracelet was nowhere to be found.

I was extremely disappointed with the way Catos handled the situation. I paid $22.99 for each blouse, so why would I lie about a $7.99 bracelet? The manager promised to let me look at the CCTV footage, but I am not holding my breath. I have lost faith in Catos, and I will not be shopping there again.

If you decide to shop at Catos, please make sure to check your bag before leaving the store. It is a shame that a store that I have been loyal to for so many years has let me down in such a big way.
