BUYER BEWARE; Read the bloomex policy before ordering on line. It clearly states to order at Your Own Risk.. there is a $9.99 charge for picking up an order that was delivered in poor quality. $25.00 cancellation fee. and many other fee's.. The word refund is not in thier vocabulary ......
