I made the mistake of calling and asking a Telus rep in January 2008 when my contract was up with Telus (I was in a 3 year contract to get free monitor) and was advised it was Feb 2008. I then canceled. Now Telus is trying to stick me with a $240 cancellation fee. I feel this is very poor business...
