Fraudulent return policy

Returned a rainbird sprinkler that was so poorly made that it broke at the base after 2 days of use. Sprinkler was $14.99 on the shelf but I was told I would get a credit of $5.99... the last "sale" price rather than full return on another purchase. This is the most offensive return...
