I made an account and purchased power ball tickets. I never got my receipt/ticket and never was able to sign into my account.

I emailed customer support and I never got a response. I gave them my phone number in my email as well.

Today I get a call from a Vancouver number, 5 months later. They know my name, number and that I didn’t win. There’s no reference to my concern of not being able to get into my account. She’s apparently trying to sell me more tickets on the phone? Saying we hope I have better luck this year. I hung up saying I’m not interested.

Online gambling isn’t about getting phone calls pushing you to gamble harder. The real lotto sites don’t call you to remind you to buy. It’s like the liquor store calling to remind you to pick up more beer. We don’t need that.

Please buy from a reputable direct source. Any other company is buying your tickets in their name, if they’re not just keeping your payment and you won’t get anything.

Their Customer Service is a joke. There is no telephone number to contact them. Email Only, and they have avoided my legitimate problem. My account was locked out, and was informed this..." Our Financial Department contacted you via email, on the problem we encountered with your account. Please follow the instructions in the email." Only problem was, that I never received this email. I contacted them several times stating to have this so-called email, sent to me again. I still never received the email, and their Customer Service refuses to help me resolve the problem. I asked them to close my account, and delete all my personal information, to include my credit card number. I never received a reply. I could never recommend this Lotto Website to anyone.

I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS SITE AGAIN, THEY ARE CHEATING YOU! I’ve played lots of games on their site, powerball, megamillions, etc., they say you can see the picture of the actual ticket they buy, but everytime I tried to click the link for getting the picture there was a message saying “We are experiencing problems showing your ticket. Please retry later”. This happens ALL the times! I’ve never seen any of my tickets, so I’m pretty sure THEY DON’T BUY ANY TICKET! Why there is no mention of any big winning on their site? Think about that. There should be someone who have won at least $10, 000 or more, like you can see in dozens other sites. And they should be interested in advertise that. Sorry but I’m afraid that if I happen to win something big with them, I will not be able to get it! And unfortunately you have no defense against them because it’s an offshore business, the BBB cannot do anything here.
Don’t be fooled by their nice site, it’s all ###. Stay away from scam offshore websites, people!
