I saw an ad for Buttah Enterprises LLC and decided to order their $25 sample kit. It was advertised as just paying for postage, and I used the code "free buttah_tracking" to track my order. However, there hasn't been any movement on my order. I reached out to them and they informed me that they are currently out of stock and unsure when they will restock. They did refund me, but I noticed that they are still accepting orders for an item that is out of stock. This seems like a bad business practice to me. The website should clearly state that the item is out of stock before accepting orders.

I made an online order on Dec 7 at 8:36pm EST and chose "DHL Express Worldwide" shipping for a speedy delivery to Italy, costing me $38.04. However, when I got my email confirmation, it said my package would be shipped via USPS "First Class Package International" for $22.80 and would take "7-21 business days" according to their website. I tried reaching out to their customer service twice via email, but sadly, I didn't receive any response. The product I ordered was CocoShea Cream. My order number is XXXXX.

I bought a bunch of stuff from this company for my face. The stuff made my face burn, peel, and get super dry. I ordered the Buttah Vibe + Cleanse Kit, Rosewater Toner, and the Customizable Skin Kit. It cost me $95.71 with tax. I got the stuff on 12/03 but didn't start using it until 12/05. At first, everything seemed okay, but then my face started getting pale, itchy, dry, and peeling. It felt like it was on fire! I reached out to them on 01/19 to ask for a refund, but they said it was too late because it had been more than 30 days. They also told me to use the serum every other day or every 3 days, but there's no instructions on the bottle or anywhere else that say that. It's so confusing! It's really frustrating that they don't seem to care, especially since it's my face we're talking about here. Other people have complained too, but all they say is sorry and that everyone's experience is different. I just want some of my money back, not even all of it because I did use the product. But now I have to buy other stuff to make my face feel better. It's just not right. I posted some pictures of my messed up skin. The one with the black sweater is how my face looked before I used this product.

One person says one thing, then someone else says something else. It's messed up that they don't seem to care, especially since it's my face we're talking about, something I can't hide. It's sad that other people have complained too, but all they keep saying is sorry, but everyone has different reactions to the product. I just want some of my money back, not even all of it because I did use the stuff. Now I have to buy other stuff to calm my face down. Just the fact that they should do something about it is enough reason for a partial refund. The pics I posted show my pale, dry, itchy, burned skin. The pic with the black sweater is what my face looked like in October before using this stuff.
