I went to burger king on wednesday october 30th at 10 am. And I wanted to order breakfast. An the employee said " were not serving breakfast" an I said " what do u mean its only 10am. An I said well I have gotta breakfast here before with no problem, an its only 10 am. An then she said " well our grill isn't even turned on!" she was very rude when she said it. An I asked to speak to the manager. She left the window an then came back and with an attitude. An very rude like " our manager is not available. An I just gave her a mean nasty look. An said "i am goin to file a complaint against you. An I drove off.
I am very upset about this. Because it was un called for. I dont know if I will be able to eat there again. Which is a shame because I really like the burgers and tacos. My email addresss is j. Carrillo69. @gmail.com and my name is joe carrillo. I hope you can fix this major problem.

I went to burger king today 4/14/08 around 2:10. honolulu, beretania Ordered my food and the cashier purposely forgot my food. 5-6 people got thier food before me when i ordered before them. She was a white fat older lady with a whiny voice. its gonna be a while before i go to burger king again.

ASKED HER TO SMELL THE PATTY AND SHE SAID I AM NOT HER TO SMELL SR I TOLD HER JUST GIVE ME A NOTHER THING. I ASK HER FOR A WOPER SR ITS GOING TO CAUST YOU MORE. I TOLD HER ITS FIN I WILL PAY YOU THE DIFRENCE YOU HAVE TO WAIT SR I WAITED ABOUT 5-10 MIN I AM NOT GOING TO THAT B-K PLACE NEVER AGIAN. I LOVE B-K I JUST NEED TO GO TO ANOTHER B-K PLACE.
I had went to the bruger king here in my home town and when i had order my food the lady at the front was getting my money so i could pay for the food when the manager started calling me a ### and other names. While that was going on her empolees just stood there and looked at her. I have been hearing she dont only give me attiuded when i go in there but a lot of people tell me she is always giving attiude to everyone and ive also hered other things about her. I cant even go to that burger king and it really sucks because my job and my house is closer to that one i always have to drive across town to buy my food. I think with her being the manager there is going to leave u guys out of business.
We stopped in at BK Thanksgiving night to grab a quick meal on the way home. My wifed Whopper had bugs on it. We called the manager who not only was rude but denied it. We both spoke to her. She was one of the worst examples of customer service that I have seen in a long time. The BK on Pinhook is not the place to get a meal in Lafayette, LA.
I agree too... lays year, the dinner service was HORRIBLE! they take too LONG at the drive-thru, and they food is always cold! And the manager is ALWAYS with a rude look on her face.
If you don't like it so much, why do you keep going there 6 times a week paying $40-$60? All you have to do is never come back if you think they're going so downhill.
