Bumper says no auction found. I found out a dealer can pay to have an auction listing removed for a vin. Luckily they didn't remove the Eastern European ie Ukraine / UA listing of the auction on the global auction site for PLA. Found the vin & car & pics - we were sold a lemon with no accidents on carfax nor bumper and no auctions -but it was in an accident as shown in pics, sold as damaged goods, sold at a 1000% profit.

I was lookin to sell my car so I decide to use Bumper to get a report on it. I paid for the trial and what a waste that was! They got the mileage all wrong, it was off by a whopping 100,000 miles! Can you imagine how bad that would look to a potential buyer? And that ain't even the worst of it. They missed the fact that I had been in two accidents before. Like, how can you miss something like that? It's downright sloppy if you ask me. And they wanna charge people for this service? No way! Bumper is totally untrustworthy and I wouldn't recommend it to nobody. Thank goodness I only wasted a dollar on that trial.

Bumper is the worst service I have ever used, and I am not alone in this opinion. I can't believe anyone would give them a good review. I recently signed up for their supposedly free trial and they immediately asked for my credit card information. Naively, I agreed, but quickly found out it was a mistake.

The charges kept coming and they were all bogus. I tried to contact customer service, but they were nowhere to be found. It was like they didn't want to help me. After the fifth charge I decided I had had enough and cancelled my account. I requested a refund, but of course, they were unwilling to help me.

If you are considering using Bumper, I urge you to think twice. They will rip you off and take your money without giving anything in return. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Man, I gotta tell ya, Bumper is absolutely great! I've been searching high and low for a place to leave a review, and I finally found this spot. Let me tell ya, I had the best dang customer support experience of my life with these guys! This young dude I spoke with was absolutely phenomenal! He was smart as a whip, knew what he was talking about, and really understood my needs. Plus, he was just a really nice guy! If I ever need their services again (and let's be real, I probably will), there's no way I'm going anywhere else. Bumper has definitely earned my business for life, and I can't recommend them enough.
