Builder Banc does not have professional and courteous staff. Especially when you question their legitimacy.

I was screamed at and sent horrid emails.

My questions concerned their legitimacy, inconsistent information and no license to offer loans. Not registered as a business anywhere in the states. No Transparency.

They wanted a $60,000 filing fee, before even reviewing the file. Outlandish.

I was also told by an ex-employee that they are forced to change their names, not allowed to answer questions in regards to the company.
