Brylane Home Christmas angel

The angel is very damaged it is really bad the glitter is coming off it is torn the color is coming off it look like someone has had it for years I have contacted the company I was told to get in touch with the claims department I've had him to give me two websites and I still cannot find it I have emailed them I just received it yesterday but I am definitely trying to take pictures so they can see it thanks Eloise Lewis

Brylane Home Two lighted pumpkin lamps

I placed an order on November 17th and paid extra for super express shipping. It is now November 23rd and I still have not received the package. All the tracking says it the label has been created. Does not show it has shipped. I called to try and cancel the order and get a refund and they told me they couldn't refund my money until I returned the item. How am I going to return something that I never received?

I guess this was just stolen money. Do not buy from this company, you will not get your item or your money.

Desired outcome: I want a refund and make people aware that this company is a rip off.

Brylane Home Order number: [protected]. It was not the product so much as what someone went into my account and added another charge without my permission

I have just finishing talking to Eric. He was not helpful to me and when I asked could I speak with his supervisor or someone else he said he was the highest person. There was no one else.He said that he did not want to argue but he was arguing. He could have offer something else rather than trying to justify. My concern was with the first person I talked to. I felt she was being sarcastic. I had received an email that my card was being updated to an different price than what I okayed and I did not okay for you all to go in my account and do that. Yes it was one cent but it does not matter to me whether it was one cent or 1000.00 dollars. I felt it should not have been done without my okay. It was the principle. i told Eric the same thing and we were going back and froward with it. It was a statement that it was an estimated on one page but the final page gave me a total and did not say estimate. I indicated Eric to wait let me say it becasue I don't think he was hearing me and I repeated it. I think your company had two people on today that do not know how to talk and treat a customer. In the past, you had great customer service. I would like a response from you and would like to send the product back and will get it from somewhere else. Thank you for at least this avenue for me to communicate.

Brylane Home Damaged (bent storage part A of Shelf) no hardware

I ordered the storage shelf on 10/14/22 online. Order# [protected]. Invoice# [protected]/1 item was delivered on 10/21/22 with the corner top of box damaged. The shelf is bent up beyond use or repair on main piece corner bent out of shape. The holes for screws are also bent Pictures below that show damage. No picture of hardware that was missing also

Desired outcome: I would like another shelf or replacement part undamaged. If that can't happen. I would like a full refund including $15.00 extra back.

I have and still trying to get my problem solved no response that's helping me get results. This problem among the customer service representative are terrible at communicating to customers. I will be closing some of my accounts due to frustrations with rewards program,duplicate orders, etc

Brylane Home Three pc rug set

Called BrylaneHomes five times on Oct. 14th 2022 and talked to a different agent each time and was given a different return instruction each time, they apparently stopped sending a return slip with order and or very unwilling to issuing one.

Ordered 3pc rug set and Chloe grey rug set received, wrong color

BrylaneHome doesn't provide a return shipping label, refuse to issue return shipping at their cost, customers are mislead in the return procedure with no claim procedures to recover shipping cost incorrect made the customer problem, return cost are at customer expense.

Desired outcome: Refund return shipping cost FedEx transaction:[protected] $48.34

Brylane Home Item never delivered

In June 2022, I placed a order with Brylane Homes using my Jessica London card. On 6/3/2022 I received email that stated my Order was shipped and scheduled for delivery 6/16/2022, then 6/21. Item did not arrive on 6/21, i was giving another date 6/27. At this point I reached out to Brylane to cancel the order. They never canceled. Jessica london contacted me on 8/8 about my payment, that redirected me to Brylane Homes. Rep stated that after 90 days there is nothing they can do.

Brylane Home Never received my curtains and sheets, Brylane still charged my Roamans credit card!

I placed an order with Brylane on February 10, 2022. I experienced multiple issues during the order process, one being the inability to update my new address or easily change which credit card was going to be charged. Mistakenly, I believed that my Brylane credit card was to be charged for the transaction, but my Roamans credit card was charged instead.

February 10th, I received an email with confirmation of address, which was wrong, and the realization that the payment was to be charged to my Roamans credit card. At that point I again requested an address change on the Brylane & Roamans websites. I received no reply.

I immediately attempted to call Brylane Customer Service. Unfortunately, the call center was closed for the evening. I then reached out via their live chat option on the website, and was advised I could not change my address at this time, as the order had been sent to processing.

I made another attempt to call and change the shipping address, but was told the order was now with the warehouse and could not be changed. I advised the Agent that the package would be delivered to an address I didn’t live at, and I would not be able to retrieve. The Agent advised me to contact the shipping company after the package was picked up from the warehouse. The Agent then told me that I would receive an email with tracking information to contact the shipper. I waited to receive the email with the tracking information, but never received one.

Fast forward to March 19, 2022. I attempted to reach out to both FedEx (the Brylane Agent said they were the shippers), and Brylane Customer Service. The Brylane Agent told me that the package was delivered to my old address. After telling the Agent my earlier circumstances I was told that Brylane could do no more. Then, I received my credit card statement in the mail at my current address. Brylane couldn’t have my package delivered to the correct address, but the bill for the product sure did!

I reached out to FedEx to see if the order could be picked up and redelivered to my address. This was a problem as I didn’t have a tracking number or confirmation for receipt of delivery. The FedEx agent suggested I reach out to the receptionist where the package was delivered. The receptionist advised me the package had been returned immediately to the address of origin. There were no other records as to the whereabouts of the order.

I called Brylane/Roamans to check whether the order had been delivered back to the origin of mailing. The agent told me “there was no record of it having arrived.” At that point the Customer Service Agent advised that I would need to continue to call back to check the return status of the order. I have called once a month since to check status. Meanwhile, I’m still expected to pay for product I never received.

I called Brylane back and was told to go to their website and fill out an affidavit, then mail it, not email it immediately. DONE. The agent advised I should get a formal response via phone call or formal letter. Never happened.

As of June 21, 2022, I have yet to receive the product or a refund to my Roaman’s credit card. Having called again tonight, and spoken to 4 separate agents, and a “manager” I was told the “60 day policy for action had passed, and nothing can be done.” I was treated with contempt by the rude and abrasive man who actually told me that I’d “had plenty of time to talk and now it was his turn.” I asked whether he could check their warehouses for my curtains and sheets. He stated that he couldn’t. No other explanation. I told him that it was sad that every process with the company seemed to be outsourced to many different divisions. At that point he got angry and asked what I meant. As I tried to explain my statement, he told me he did not have to listen to me (the customer?), and abruptly hung up.

My total cost for the products I never received was $127.94. Now Commenity, the bank that issued the credit card, has added their charges/service fees on top of that. My current statement shows over $200.00.

I’m truly at a loss as to the next direction I should take with this fraudulent company. It does not seem equitable to pay for a product I never received!

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the total cost, including extra service fees to my credit card zero-ing it out, or to receive the products I originally ordered, which I would gladly pay for!

Brylane Home Brylane home shipped me the wrong item and charged me to ship it back and never refund my account when item was received back to them

I ordered Easy Up Cantilever Umbrella [protected] May 5th and received some random item I did not order. The customer service representative was rude and not helpful and so was the supervisor I was transferred to who did nothing to accomodate or help resolve my issue. I had to pay $20 shipping to have the original item I order placed and shipped back to me when it was not my fault in the first place they sent me the wrong item. I mailed the wrong item back they received the item back May 31st and was suppose to credit my account back with 10 days as stated by Luna the representative on 6/6/22. Called Friday 6/10/22 to see if it was credit no response call 6/15/22 spoke with Kimberly and Roge and was told it takes 30 days and I needed to call back June30th. This is ridiculous and I will be cancelling this credit card after the $198.94 has been issued back to the account. I would not recommended Brylane home to any of my friends or family members. Not satisfied with the level of customer service received and this company is a rip off and poor quality merchandise and bad customer service.

Desired outcome: Refund my account ASAP and request a call from the manager/supervisor better yet CEO but I still will never buy another item from this company ever again.

Brylane Home Poor shipment and difficulty getting it returned.

1. My sister is disabled (and has a broken foot) and ordered this banquette bench for her new apartment. It was shipped to her old apartment, but the packaging was paper thin for an item that weighs about 75 lbs and the flimsy box tore open spewing the contents all over the driveway! She had to get her neighbor to help her bring everything inside.

2. We moved her to the new apartment and had no choice but to take this opened box of loose pieces because the "hassle-free" return policy is anything but!

3. The first call to Dolores on 2/28 was unpleasant and she was rude. She said my sister would have to pack it up and return it. How is a disabled person with a broken foot supposed to haul this to UPS when she doesn't even have a car?!?!

4. The 2nd and 3rd call on 3/4, I requested a supervisor - Mald. He promised to have this item picked up. As of 3/8, nothing.

5. The 4th call on 3/8 got me to another supervisor, Andrea; no one knows who Mald is. Andrea said they don't have pickup service and my sister would have to take care of this return despite the original box being destroyed! I requested a manager above her. She said it's an hour wait and hung up - didn't even verify my phone #.

I'm struggling on where the hassle-free return comes into play. My sister realizes her mistake and it would be nice if Brylane would take responsibility for the poor shipment made. We simply want some assistance from Brylane to get this returned. My sister is already losing money and she's on a fixed income.

Desired outcome: We/I would appreciate someone to arrange packing this box for return and pick up. The original box is destroyed and arrived so! The packing material is all flying away and disintegrating.

Brylane Home Customer service

I purchased a chair last year from them for a trip another later. There ad said I would have the chair 7-10 business later. It took almost two months for them to ship it. We'll never received it. They say they delivered it but I never received it. Notified them three different times they were sending me an affidavit to fill out and return. We'll never received it called again said they would mail me another one. Never received it called back they told me print it. I didn't have a printer. So I notified community bank to tell them. They filed a dispute for me against Brylane Home and received letter Brylane Home deniedit. Called Brylanee Home as instructed by comidity bank. They told me it's been too long for it to be taken off my credit card and now the amount has doubled ruining my credit and still have to pay. Thank twice before purchasing anything at this store.

Brylane Home Curtain voile grommet burgandy inv402240188/1

I have always ordered from Brylane Home and never had an issue with product

I ordered Oct 3.. did not open as I was still working on Room and not ready to hang.
When I opened last night to hang they were purple not burgandy. Now I am told I can't return because it's 2 weeks over return policy. I want to exchange these PURPLE curtains for the color I thought I was getting. I am very disappointed in Brylane. If I am not allowed to fix this problem, I will never use your company again

I have been a customer for many years, but stopped ordering. The merchandise is overpriced, chinsy and frankly coupons are a joke. When you think you might save, they get you in shipping costs. So many other companies do it better!

Brylane Home 6 ft garland delivered broken

I purchased a 6 ft. garland with lights. When I put in the batteries, only half of the garland lit up. I did not have a return invoice so I went on line to see if I could print one. The order has this item listed as "cannot be returned". This is because of the size, according to the 4 reps I've called. If I want to return this, I have to pay the postage with is $44.00. I paid $39.00 for the garland.
After the second call, a manager named Ruth said that she could email me a return label. 5 days later, I call back and am told again that I have to pay to return it and be reimbursed.
I am throwing it away.

Re: order # :40029130756. Ordered 8 curtain panels from brylane home. 4- black panels 4- grey panels. The order received 11/27/21 the order included: 4- black panels 3- grey panels 1-dress - no order slips, only return label called customer service - I had to order 1- grey curtain panel - once it's received, I can return the dress for a refund

Brylane Home Trellis Fence item [protected]

I received the above which did not work for my patio per my contractor. I used your return label and dropped it off at the US Post Office per your request for returns. I was told by US Post Office employee to leave it where returns received (right side). The Market Square location in Philadelphia 19150. I called Bryland first two or three weeks after the return. I was told to wait a while longer. I called back around three weeks after that conversation and was told there is nothing they can do and to wait. I called today and was told Bryland Home can not make adjustments after 60 days. The adjustment should been made. The total cost including shipping and handling $222. My credit is $200 so I am being charged for and item I have not received and having negative on my credit report.

Brylane Home Credit to credit card and label to return items

I placed an order on 7/14/2021 it took them over three weeks to ship my order I plaid extra $38 to ship my order I was traveling and the package arrived while I was away. I am requesting a return label I'll pay to mail and credit of $125 back to my credit card. I spoke to 5 different people that refused to assist me. They are only refunding my fee to expedite.

Brylane Home Brylane website said urns made from resin not true

I ordered 2 Urns for the front of my house. The Brylane website says that they are made of resin and when I actually received 1 Urn it is made of very thin plastic that warps and melts in the sun. I have only received one after a month. This purchase was a complete ripoff. I cannot understand why they would sell something made of cheap plastic.

Brylane Home Product order

On 8-21-21 at approximately 1:30 pm central standard time, I placed an order from catalog [protected] with representative Majorie. Order number of products ordered - [protected] for 69.99 and Majorie offered me a 20% discount if I ordered the blanket on page 83. I accepted the offer and she asked about getting a BrylaneHome credit card, which she processed at my request. However, I didn't want to pay for my purchase with the BrylaneHome card. I had to ask Majorie the total for my purchase and she told me $120.03. That was a little steep for what I ordered and Majorie didn't give me a confirmation number. She told me I would get my order Sept. 2, 2021. I called later that day to check on my order and provided my telephone number and email but the system couldn't find my order that I made with Majorie I would like you to investigate the transaction I made with Majorie today. Brylane Home Curtains

In February we ordered 6 curtains for our nursery. We received 4 curtains in March and were informed the remaining 2 were on back order. I called and was told they were expected to ship prior to the expected ship date of 6/25 so we decided to wait. I was never told of the return policy if we decided not to wait. Seven months later we still don't have the other 2 curtains and the 4 we have are now useless. Upon calling Brylane Home back, was told they are having issues with their supplier. So why even market the curtains for sale? We are out a lot of money when the company willingly sold products they knew they didn't have in stock.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for the total spent of $86.35 on curtains that are now useless.

Brylane Home Service

I ordered curtains and sheets. The sheets did not arrive in the order and I found out they were coming separately. After another two weeks passed I called found out they were backordered for two months. I wanted to cancel the order but was told I couldn't because it was already being processed. They would not cancel my order amd said when I get it Incan return it and get a partial refund. Two months pass and still no delivery. I call again and was told the window for returns or refunds was closed, was given a scolding and then the agent said she would do me a favor and try to put it through. I had no product, they've had payment for almost three months, and now "customer support" was telling me it was my fault I was going to loose my money to them. She then claimed that the refund went through and I should see it in 5 days on my card. If I don't then I will go through the credit card agency to try and recover the money.
