Last November I bought a printer online through Macro and the printer is not even a year old and is starting to print dots all over the pages or has a long black line along each page that is printed.
My family had the same printer and something like this happened to it before, so i just want to know how to get it to stop because I cant hand in my assignments and work with the pages looking like this.
I dont have the slip, but I bought it online through a sale on Black Friday. So I am hoping they have online proof because it got delivered to my house.
UV1800 Bad Quality
We brought a model U1800 printer from Brotherjet and actually visited their office. Everything was ordinary and everything was okay until we received the unit. The setup was a very frustrating and exhausting experience. At first, the machine won't turn on and the the color was not right. The customer support guy named BEN does not really know what the heck he was doing really. He just kept on telling us to clean the printer head which we did but did't solve the color issue. The whole setup ordeal took like 1 month. We compromise with the color issue but now we have the UV light issue that cause the ink NOT to dry. So it has been a frustrating and exhausting experience with Brotherjet.com printers.
If you plant to use Bortherjet.com printer for business then I would strongly suggest not to purchase Brotherjet's printer. Their printer is not very stable and the print quality is not consistent. Your customer will not be very happy with your print out thus you will probably go out of business.

I work in company, which recently bought 3 printers from the company www.brotherjet.com. It was horrible experience. We got the order on time, but two printers didn’t work at all. We reached their customer services, but they told that it was possible to replace them, but it would cost good price. We paid them money for the replacement, but they did nothing...
