So, I got my wedding dresses from Bridelily and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality. The delivery was super fast too, which was a big relief for me. This site is the bomb! They have so many different styles, colors, and fabrics to choose from, it's hard to decide what to get. And let me tell you, their customer service is on point. So, I recently ordered a dress from Bridelily and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. First off, I found out that they basically recreate dresses from random pictures they find on the internet, which they don't advertise. And let me tell you, the dress I received was nothing like the picture I ordered from. They missed the application on the waist, added cheap floral application to the neck line and wrists which were not in the photo, they used a striped fabric to mimic a folded tulle, proportions were way off and they added some cheap ribbon in place of a tier in the skirt. It was a mess.

But that's not even the worst part. Their return and alteration policy is not clearly advertised or honored. They do not clearly advise or detail what a custom/non-returnable product is even during the checkout. I purposely ordered a generic size so I could return if needed, but when I tried to return it for the 80%, they claimed I selected a customized product and declined offering a 30% credit towards my purchase. And to make matters worse, they are unwilling to honor the rebate for alterations that they advertise on their site.

If you live in any country outside the US, expect to pay customs. I live in Canada and this cost me an additional $40.00. And to top it all off, the cost I will incur to have this dress salvaged by a local seamstress will put my costs right back up to boutique cost anyhow.

It's frustrating because there are no negative reviews on their site, but if you start searching online, you'll find many others who have been through the exact same thing as me.
