Over the years, access to our oil fill has gotten more difficult as my wife's flower gardens expanded and shrubs got bigger. I've seen drivers shake their heads at the landscaping, but still drag hose in such a way as to do no damage. I appreciate that they go the extra mile.

Over multiple years and multiple homes, we have always received top-notch sales and service from Brideau Energy. Installations and maintenance always quoted honestly and done efficiently; fuel plans and delivery are always worked out with the customer in mind. Highly recommend.

This company recently became my source of heating oil. They have delivered heating oil according to their schedule. They no longer leave a delivery slip when delivery has been made and have not been reliable in terms of emailing the print out for the delivery despite insisting that they do/did.

Brideau is one of the best oil companies in the area. They work with their customers with a friendly attitude and provide great services and incentives. From service technicians to the office, everyone is great to interact with! I tell everyone I can how happy I am and a few have made the switch! Got me for life!

My old oil company retired and Brideau took over for them. Ive had no issues at all and the delivery drivers are super sweet. My 5 year old son loves when they come to deliver and they are great with him, taking time to show him the truck and how to fill the oil tank! I've had technical issues before and they were there right away!

Brideau installed 2 gas furnaces for our duplex within the last 2 years. The condensate pump started leaking. We called them for service. They said they no longer handle gas furnaces and refused to come over. We were shocked. My husband asked the woman in customer service to speak with the owner, but he refused to speak with us. I wish I could've given them ZERO stars.

We have had Brideau Oil Co now for 20 years. We can not say enough of the service we receive. It is top notch! We are on a budget plan through them and it is the best way for us as a family to afford to pay for oil to keep our family warm during the cold months. We are on a fixed budget and Brideau is a great company and works with us. We would recommend them over and over to all our friends and family.

We have used Brideau Energy for several years in support of our heating oil, propane needs as well as Furnace and air conditioning maintenance. They are competitive in their oil and propane prices and their technicians are well trained and responsive when the need arises for repairs and service. I highly recommend Brideau Energy. I've been a customer of Brideau oil for several years. I've never been anything, but happy. Service is great, thorough, and professional. Every time I call the office for any questions I may have, I always talk to someone super friendly and helpful. I receive my delivery automatically and I'm on the budget plan, every month I know that I will have oil in my tank and the payments are locked in which is a great piece of mind. Mark Brideau was at my door to sell me his service the Summer I moved into my new house. The prior owners had recommended another oil service. I decided on Brideau; he was polite, offered a price limit, technically savvy, and his good character was evident. It turned out that each of the other Brideau staff I have dealt with - delivery, office manager, furnace technician - are just as professional and reasonable. So, I'm not "giving" them five stars: they've earned it.

Brideau has always been helpful and on time with delivery. Their monthly payment program is great and it even includes a yearly system cleaning. I've had the cleaning done two years and both times expected them them tell me I needed to have work done that would inevitably cost money but both times they left with no charges to me! Customer service has also been great when I've needed to call about a question on my bill or delivery frequency. I use them for both gas and propane.

We have a small oil tank do to a lack of a bulkhead to bring in a full size tank. We have used Brideau for 29 years and the tank is always filled well before we need to sweat running out of fuel. After maintaining our old heating system for 25 years Brideau installed a new high efficiency system. The installation and performance of the new system has been flawless. Phone calls to Brideau for any reason feel like calling family. You will not find a better source for all your heating needs.

I've had Brideau Energy as my oil provider for close to 20 years! They have always offered very competitive prices and service that is professional in all aspects. What sets them apart from other Energy companies is there commitment to support their customers. I ran sports camps in Lunenburg for 32 years during the summers in which Brideau Energy was a consistent sponsor. Their financial support for the camps provided the youth of Lunenburg and surrounding communities the opportunity to participate in activities that provoked physical fitness, motor skills, team work and sportsmanship! Brideau's sense of community is certainly backed up by their active involvement in supporting programs such as my camps. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Brideau Energy to anyone who is seeking an energy company or anyone looking to switch from their current supplier.

I have been a customer for oil delivery for 26 years that I have loved in my house. Your payment plans and service for this has been above and beyond! I have never had an issue and love calling the office or sending an email - always get quick responses. I had issues with my furnace last Spring (we used another company). The other company kept coming out back and forth and cost me a couple thousand dollars. I did not pay attention to the flyers you send out and did not realize you were a full service company but then I got fed up and called Brideau and found out you guys did it all. Your guys came out and explained everything, got me up and running and also helped with what was needed in the future. You ended up sending Wayne, your salesman and he helped us get a new furnace and oil tank at a great price along with awesome service. Your guys came in and switched out the old and put in the new. I had only been getting oil from you for the 26 years but now get all my needs and LOVE it! I recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you for being awesome!

On October 12th, Brideau Energy came to my house to replace my oil tank 'cause it was leaking. 'Cause the tank was old, the techs had to run new oil lines above ground to the furnace 'cause the old ones were underground. After they finished the install, I noticed that the furnace wasn't blowing heat. I knew this 'cause I set the thermostat to a certain temperature, but the house didn't warm up even after hours of running. The next day, I called Brideau and asked them to come back 'cause the furnace still wasn't blowing heat. They came back and put a "control switch" on the furnace. After that, my heat started working, but now I can't control the temperature from my thermostat anymore. I called Brideau again and told them that now, 'cause of whatever they did, I can't set a comfortable temperature in my house. They came back again and told me I need an electrician and a new thermostat. Here's my complaint: I paid Brideau Energy $3,600 and now I have all these problems. Everything was fine with my thermostat and furnace before the new install, so how did all these problems suddenly happen? They even charged me for both visits. They were nice enough to waive one bill, but the point is, everything started after the install, so how is any of this my fault? I shouldn't have to pay for an electrician or the bills! They should fix this! I've called multiple times asking for a manager, but all they say is someone will contact me. I even went there in person to talk to someone, and he promised someone would come by, but it never happened. Places like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with stuff like this. It's fine for them to take your money, but then they completely ignore you. Think about it, if you hire professional movers to move you into a new home and they ruin your lawn, shouldn't they be responsible for fixing it? I definitely think so, and I'm sure they would agree too.
