private vehicle transfer dublin airport to dublin hotel
On Mon. 6/18 my family arrived @ at Dublin Airport at 6:50 am. We had paid in
booking number BV /230604 for transfer to hotel..
The supplier reference: Buslink LTD
NOBODY CAME TO GET US...
We flagged down another Brendan Vacation Rep at airport picking up another party.
They made calls for us for 1 1/2 hrs .
I finally paid for a cab at my expense for $33 euros
I would like to be re-reimbursed as it was a bad first impression of Ireland
They charged my credit card anyway!
I got screwed by Brendan Vacations! I have filed a complaint with the BBB in their state. My numerous statements of "I'M NOT INTERESTED", fell on deaf ears! They charged my credit card anyway!
Brendan Vacations requires a non-refundable deposit for many of our vacations. This deposit and payment policy is clearly stated on our website, brendanvacations.com and is explained by our Reservations Agents to consumers and travel agents making a booking on behalf of a traveler. We will not confirm a booking or charge any credit card without the consent of the traveler, or the agent making a booking on behalf of the traveler.
