On 11-23 I did a password reset. Upon reset, they threw in a subscription that I did not authorize. When I reset my password, the second I got in, I got a email stating I was being charged 29.97. Note* my subscription is still active for a few months and will be the last with them. I immediately contacted (within 6 min) to be exact, the customer service for billing. After many refusals, and explaining prior subscriptions, which have all been canceled for over 6 months, I was told it was for one thing at first, then another channel that isn't even remotely close to the same name to mix up. Was offered around half cost. I denied. Along woth the 30 days to another channel they kept trying to buy me off with. Finally after repeating I will just bring the texted convo to the bank I the morning and they will charge back, I was given the full refund amount. But have to wait up to 10 days. The whol reason I made all th cancelations earlier this year was because I was given subscriptions at cost I did not authorize. I dint even put in my card info, which is turned off anyhow. So they used old card info amd then forced the charge through. Very unprofessional and is basically stealing.. sadly it happens all to much amd has potential to cause harm to folks. I have this problem. Every time logging in. Lesson learned. Last login been done
Claimed loss: 29.97 for up to 10 daysNot a big issue at this time about th money and wait, but it could be someone last 30 bucks to feed they child, get medications, eat or whatever.
Desired outcome: A apology to start... they sure dint wait up to 10 days to take the money, but that's a option I have to wait on to receive it back from a anauthorized charge, and a cleaned up site that doesn't focus on stealing from they customers.
